It all happened last summer, i called mr. Giancarlo caporusso from béton serrateck to redo my cement gallery in front of my house. He came we agreed on a price and i said it was good, he can go ahead and do the job. He asked for half the money, i gave it to him. He started the job very late in the summer. He is very unprofessional, very disorganized and very dirty. He broke the gallery and started to do the wood work i guess to pour the cement. He then asked for more money and i gave it to mr. Caporusso that by the way has no rbq license. It took 3 weeks for him to finish and he didn't even finish it properly. My gallery looks like crap. Waves of cement on the steps and on the top. The finishing is chipped everywhere, i called alot of times but he never answered his phone, really a bad job. I had to call another company to redo my gallery the proper way. Last summer, I met mr. Giancarlo caporusso on rue Raymond, Lasalle from béton serrateck to do several projects in and around my home 1. Laying ceramics on my back balcony, 2. my front stairs break down and rebill with room under stairs, 3. Remove chip rock wall inside my house, comments on item 1. We agreed to a price and he started the work, then we went together and bought clue + as per agreement he was suppose to supply all materials am was only suppose to buy the ceramics, I ended up paying half the clue and other material. this job suppose to prevent water from licking into the room downstairs however, water is still leaking and I have to redo the balcony this summer. 2. For the front stairs and balcony he broke it down and in mid July to date its incomplete and water is coming into the room under the stairs. 3. he break down the walls inside my house with removing or covering my furniture's damaging it all, dust all over my home, everyday I have to clean after him, electric outlets left open and my 3 years old son was in danger for almost 3 months because of exposed electric wires, my ceiling, walls completely damaged, he also did my floors I purchased hard wood at 80$ a box (3, 000) in hard wood, the wood is chipping and my 3 years old hurt his foot is small pieces of chipped wood he did not have tools and had to rent from a company in Newman use my credit card without my approval, when I called the company in Newman and told them I did not buy anything from them they told my Giancarlo used it to pay a bill, when I told them am calling the cops Giancarlo called me and apologized and add the amount on a existing contract I have with him. I have called him many many times he never pick up my calls, I texted him many many times about the problems, he would call me and abuse me regularly during the time he was doing the job at my home and then apologize, I kept quiet because he had my money and the work is not done. On February 20-2017, he called me at 5:03pm I was driving so did not pick up the call he text me ANSWER MY ###ING CALL, once I got home I returned his call once again he started abusing me, he told me IF I WAS IN FRONT OF HIM HE WOULD KILL ME, I then told him its death treats and am calling the police, he replied if I do he will be right behind me everywhere I go. He is very unprofessional, very disorganized and very dirty. He then asked for more money and i gave it to Mr. Caporusso i called alot of times but he never answered his phone, really a bad job.
