I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration regarding a recent incident during my attempt to travel with your airline. On September 16, 2023, at Hamburg Airport, Germany, I encountered a distressing situation in which I was denied boarding, solely based on my nationality, despite having met all the necessary criteria. This eligibility was confirmed by both the British Airways website and the UK government website:

The impact of this incident on my plans cannot be overstated, and I am left with no recourse but to consider reporting this serious misconduct to the authorities if the matter remains unresolved. I implore your immediate attention and swift action to rectify this situation, as it has resulted in significant inconvenience and distress due to your airline's actions.
