I had a really bad experience with Booksgoat. I ordered a book from their website and paid for it, but I never received it. I tried to contact them to find out what was going on, but they just kept giving me excuses. They said that there was an issue with the shipping company, but I don't think that was true because the item was never even shipped. They just created a label and left it at that.

I asked for a refund, but they said they had already issued it. However, I never received the refund. When I tried to email them about it, I got a mailer error notice. This is really frustrating and I feel like I've been scammed. I worked hard for my money and I don't want to waste it on a company that doesn't deliver what they promise.

I have now opened a dispute with my credit card company to try and get my money back. I would advise anyone thinking of using Booksgoat to think twice. Don't waste your time and money on a company that doesn't care about their customers.
