I recently had an experience with BlueStone and I must say, it was not a pleasant one. Their customer service is basically non-existent. I tried reaching out to them multiple times but never received a response. It's frustrating when you have a question or concern and no one is there to help you out.

But that's not the worst part. They also play dirty tricks. For example, they keep the status of a delivered item as "in process" so that if you want to return it, you don't have an option. It's a sneaky move and it's not fair to the customer. I hate these cheaters.

Overall, I would not recommend BlueStone to anyone. Their lack of customer service and dishonest practices make them a company to avoid. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

So, I ordered some stuff from BlueStone for Rakhi, but it didn't come on time. They told me it was gonna be late just two days before Rakhi, which was way too late for me to do anything about it. Bluestone.com is not a good place to buy gold. They charge making charges when you buy the product and then again when you want to exchange or sell it back. This is not fair because no one else in the market does this. Additionally, they also deduct GST and a handling charge of 500 rupees. I recommend that you do not buy anything from Bluestone.

DON'T BUY FROM BLUESTONE!

I recently purchased a Lucida nose ring from bluestone.com and had it customized with a high-quality diamond. It cost me a whopping Rs. 12,117/-. The product was delivered to me on May 2nd, and I wore it for only two days. On the morning of May 5th, while washing my face, the nose ring fell into the basin and was washed away through the drain. I was shocked and disappointed as I had only worn it for two days. It couldn't have been damaged due to usage, so it must have been a manufacturing defect. I lost my hard-earned money because Bluestone didn't make the lock properly.

But wait, there's more! I also ordered The Circlet nose ring, which was delivered to me yesterday. However, when I opened the box, I found a used, bent, and disfigured product inside. I contacted customer care multiple times to report the issue, but they gave me false assurances and took no action to resolve the problem.

I urge you to be cautious and not fall into this trap. Bluestone is not a trustworthy company, and they don't value their customers. Don't waste your money on their products.
