On January 25th I was charged for $12.99 from my card ending in 7862 again on February 25th I was charged for $12.99 from my card ending in 7862 I did not authorize these I've never ordered or used this app/ website. Also money was taken out because it says I have $14 of blidz cash. I just want all 3 amount refunded and the account closed. I've wrote to you guys 3 times now.
Claimed loss: I've lost $40 in total because I deposited a certain amount for a bill and you guys dipped into that money admittedly and withdrawal from my account before I could pay my bills or do anything
Desired outcome: I would be happy with all the money thats been taken and whatever account in my name is closed.

I am in the same situation, we need to sue this company, I read many reviews about them so I didn’t want to order from them but somehow they still get my card info and charge it like crazy. If you want to sue them, im down with you
