Seat system of billion star express bus and no respond from bus driver
My ticket is from Penang Sentral to Kl Sentral. 10 June 2022. The bus supposed to arrive at 8pm but arrived late at around 8.20. The plate number is AJF6633. My seat that I booked is 6A. I got into the bus as stated in my ticket. I then went to my seat and see a man wearing a cap is seating at my seat. I told him that he was seating in my seat but then he said that the seat are first come first serve because his seat was also taken by other people. I then randomly seat on a random seat. A few minutes later a women come to me and say that I am seating in her seat. Out of responsibility, I then change my seat again. Few minutes later, same thing occurs again. A man came to me claiming that I am seating in his seat. After that, I then request help from to bus conductor to get my seat that I paid for which is 6A. But then the bus conductor only try to ask the man where his actual seat, then he found out that the seat in the bus is already messed up. The bus conductor then just ignored me who is currently standing without a seat then proceed to switch off the light and drive the bus. I then had to walk while the bus is moving to find the nearest empty seat which is at the back. I had to seat there for my safety since the bus is moving and I have no seat.
Desired outcome: Bus Conductor should check the customer are seating at the right seat. Each and every single one.

Hentian Duta to Penang
I booked two tickets for Bus from Duta to penang. Bus Time : 08 Jun 2022 12:00 PM .
Once arrived duta bus station and noticed that only available one seat and ask to wait for one more hour for the next bus.. This is not acceptable and pls check how it's possible and what kind of action you are going to taken for this .
Really hate this kind of situation ... Hope you can take some necessary action and wants feedback from you...
Desired outcome: what kind of action to taken to avoid this and also want to know the reason behind .. I don't want to happen this situation for others...
Complaint about staff
I all ready book my seat but somebody setting my seat I ask to driver he told me you seething anyway free seat after this I seat another seat then again same problem one passenger coming tall me you seething my seat if I book ready online my seat how can possible another passenger seething my seat the driver attitude very bad he don’t know how do talk very rude fast time I book this bus but I’m. Not happy

Trip from TBS to Penang, 11/09/2022, 3.00 pm. The driver was so crazy. He turned on the radio so loudly all the way from TBS to Penang, am I in disco club?!. No one can sleep because of the music. He also used his phone while driving and hit the road divider while texting. He used bad word like sial, pantat to the passengers that talked to him politely. Smoking inside the bus while driving and we all arrived late like 3 hours late. He also drove dangerously like he owned the road. How can you hired someone like that? NO SAFETY AT ALL. Will not choose this bus again ever. IT WAS A HELL FOR EVERYONE!

DBT 2255 this bus supposed to arrive at Butterworth to pasir Gudang Johor at 10pm but was delay for 1 1/2 hour ..no reason given but 10.30 bus was on time which going to Johor too ..
I was booked seat for 1b1c but when I bus arrived at 11.30pm I saw there was some other passengers there.. and the driver say it's free seat can sit any where.. if want to sit anywhere what for you all ask to book seat..
Then he drop passenger at road side even at TBS KL and Larkin Johor bahru it inside bus station..

No seat
First time using this bus. I bought my ticket online (TBS website) and the only available seat is 2A. When I come on board, turn out it was two storey bus (?). They asked me to seat at the top one. But then I cant find seat 2A. The guy said 2A doesn't exist. Only 2B and 2C. He then laughed and said 2A is the stair. The hell? I'm paying RM40 for this sht? After that he said just sit anywhere. I hate this because I'm full of anxiety, what if I sit at other people's seat? What if someone come and claim it was their seat that I sit in when the bus stop at another terminal? If there's no seat, don't put it on the website.

My gf bought a ticket from penang komtar to tbs, kl. The time of the ticket was clearly shown in above 8:15am. The bus come late on 9am. Ok fined wasted almost 45min of nothing. Understand that there is too early for some of driver or those drivers would like to go for breakfast or whatever [censored] 1st, can you all next time please prepare earlier drivers? Get your guts and take it as your responsibility come on! Then driver ask my gf to drop her backpack put inside the bottom chamber of the bus wtf is this [censored]? She waited your bus from 7.45am in order to punctual before 8.15am (even your ticket say so to reach 30min earlier before) but did your company apply any of the sop? Come out of all this [censored]ty rules to follow? So she need to starve herself from 8.15am to 4.30pm with a cup of milo. Wtf is this.. Here come the next issue, go sungai nibong take others passenger.. Ok fined, maybe this is what kind of whatsover the rules of the company is.. So there is a result of waiting again. The girl who sit beside the ticket was 9am of the ticket. Understand to pick up all 1st.. To save money for company save for petrol or what kind of reason behind is. Then after pick all, finally the car started to move on. Asked to leave the bus in tbs for a seat that i pick & bought
I have been waiting for hours at tbs for the bus and when it arrive and after i was seated i was asked (like a cattle) to leave the bus and take the next one.
Then after half an hour or so and then only the next bus come and suprise2 i was once again denied entry.
Im curious did i buy the ticket from a fraud but i bought from a machine in tbs i didnt know that ticket machine can be an 'ulat' a scammer now.
At 00:54 i still have not see any changes to my predicament.

Bus delayed too long
2/6/22 i bought a ticket from tbs to jb at 6:30pm. The bus delayed quite long for like 2 hours without me knowing any update. I am so frustrated that the bus delayed that long which im supposed can arrive earlier. Dont you think that I have an urgent matter that night. Im very disappointed with your services and not gonna use your services again!
Desired outcome: I would like a refund for my waiting time that had been waste just like that

My bus time was 7.45pm but the bus arrived at 10.45pm..useless bus services..if u guys can't follow the punctual time,u are not having qualifications for doing this bus services

I brought bus trip from TBS to Johor Jaya on 20/5/2022 11pm, I waited patiently at the TBS platform 19 since 1045pm. The scheduled bus WVH1551 then late/delay until 2359 without any notice, then was late/delay AGAIN untill 21/5/2020 0030am without notice! I waited in the platform from more then 1 hour 30 minutes. The Worst bus service I ever had!
Departure time
My departure time from JB to TBS is at 3.00pm, 19/05/2022. But 4.30pm the bus still not arrive. What the hell are you guys doing? Its not delay 10 or 20 minutes, it has been delayed for almost 2 hours! If I got extra money I will buy another ticket so I can make a departure earlier. But I dont have any choice. Just wait like an idiot! Stupid. So what will you compensate us as passenger?

Unsatisfied trips and complain
Good Evening, I would like to complaint about my unsatisfied trip from Terminal Amanjaya Ipoh to Terminal Seksyen 17,shah alam at 6.30pm, trip number BSE 475. First of all, the seat that I booked was dirty and when I complaint about this to the bus driver, he was super rude by answering "that's not my problem, the pervious passenger is in responsible for that". I answered that "I paid for this journey and I need a clean seat" but he replied in a rude manner " everyone pays so I can't do anything" this was super rude and I was really upset with this behaviour of the driver. And another thing that I would like to mention is that throughout the journey, the driver was on the call, this might be dangerous for our journey. I would like to tell the management to take further action towards my issues. Thank you.

7 May, My bus supposed start drive 10AM, from JB to KL , bus was delay till 12PM, then the driver round round in the town, I am still at Larkin area 1PM, if I drive for one hour I already can reach kulai already, don’t know why the driver round to mount Austin then come bc Larkin again. Bus is ETIKA BILLION STARS 574, the most wrong decision I choose this bus. Then ticket is more expensive then other buses, 45 ringgit

I purchased ticket online from Pasir Gudang JB toTBS on 27/5/2022. Supposed to be 9am but bus coming at 10.30am. Than stop at Larkin bus station ask us to change bus? My seat so far with my daughter! She only 8 year old! I paid for executive coach but now we are moving with express bus.
