Best Buy review: GE dryer 1

I purchased a GE washer and dryer November 29 of 2022 within three months of having the set the dryer stopped drying everything worked but it wouldn’t heat up. They told me I had to call GE well every time you call GE you get sent to another website and it ends up being sears who is a third-party And the only way they’ll fix it is if I pay them $150 why should I have to pay anybody anything when it is still under factory warranty yet again nobody will come fix it. This is the second time in less than a year my dryer has broke down. I approach the store. I tried to be calm. I tried to be nice but all I got for 20 minutes was a big song and dance about how they can’t do anything about it. Tell my extended warranty kicks in , I mean just flat refused to help me at all so yes I became very verbally upset. I don’t have money to be throwing away on appliances so now I have to go buy me a used dryer until the extended warranty kicks in and then possibly Best Buy will do something there is no reason for this I own two businesses myself And when you sell something to someone and it breaks down more than once in less than a year because the wiring Jeep GE put in it is not heavy enough to carry the load so it melts down and burns out. What does dryer have to catch on fire in my house burn down , and do you know the smart [censored] had the nerve to tell me that my homeowner homeowners would take care of it motherfucker, I’m gonna get a lawyer and I’m gonna do the [censored] out of Best Buy. Excuse my language I apologize I am just so it’s I can’t even see straight , I doubt that y’all will be able to do anything but I’m gonna complain on every complaint board possible thank you
