The pictures on the website showed the watch just like it is in real life. The price was fair for a watch that, when it arrived, looked brand new. The shipping was quick and safe, and they only charged $30 for it.

I'm really happy with my Omega watch. The whole experience working with Bernard Watches was great. Chris answered all my questions and knew what he was talking about. I would definitely order from Bernard Watches again! I'm so stoked with my purchase!

I wasn't sure 'bout buyin' a used watch online. But lemme tell ya, this watch is somethin' else. It looks brand spankin' new, like it just came off the assembly line. This is my second time buying from Bernard Watch and I gotta say, the watch is absolutely stunning. However, when it arrived, I noticed that the band was put on the wrong way. Now, I understand that this might not be a big deal, but come on! I've spent a ton of money with these guys and all they tell me is to take it to a jeweler? That just seems lazy and not good enough.

I've been dealing with Bernard for like 10 years now, and let me tell you, they're the bomb! PJ and the crew at Bernard are like super awesome at making buying fancy watches a total breeze. Like seriously, it's so satisfying and smooth, you won't even believe it. Their business game is on point, so there's like zero reasons to waste your time buying from some local store. Why pay more, right? Bernard is the real deal, my friend. Trust me, they're like the best of the best.

I bought a silicone strap and deployant combo for my secondhand Sinn watch from Bernard Watch. The watch already had a Sinn compact deployant, but I gotta say, it was not well thought out. Every time one of the release buttons brushed against my wrist, that compact deployant would just pop open. Talk about annoying! So, I decided to take matters into my own hands and got myself the Sinn large deployant from Watch Buys. And guess what? Problem solved! No more unexpected wrist releases for me.

I bought a watch from Bernard Watch, ya know? Had to keep it at a FedEx spot 'cause my place had some theft problems. So, after the hold thingy, this dude PJ found out and swiped my package right after it got delivered. Supposedly, the package got sent back to Austin, but FedEx says they got no record of it. And get this, PJ won't give me my six grand back until the watch magically shows up, even though FedEx had it the whole time!

Seriously, folks, steer clear of this company. They're like, super unprofessional and totally outta touch with reality.

When I decided to buy watches online, my main concern was whether they would be authentic or not. I stumbled upon Bernard Watch, a website that had received great reviews. In the past month, I have made two purchases from them. One of the watches was brand new, never worn, while the other was in mint condition. I must say, both watches were exactly as described on the website.

Working with Chris from Bernard Watch has been an awesome experience. He has been helpful and accommodating throughout the process. I am so satisfied with my purchases that I am already planning to buy a third watch from them. This decision has actually annoyed my good friend, who happens to work at an authorized watch retail store. He can't believe that I would choose Bernard Watch over his store, especially considering the price difference. But hey, I'm all about getting the best deal!

One thing that gives me peace of mind is the fact that I still receive the factory warranty when buying from Bernard Watch. This is like having insurance for my watches. I believe that Bernard Watch has got my back in case anything goes wrong. After all, I base my decisions on the level of risk and potential impact.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My experience with this company was absolutely horrible when I tried to sell them a watch from my collection. At first, it seemed like it would be a simple and smooth process, and we agreed on a price. However, the representative then changed the price not once, but twice! When I mentioned that I needed some time to think about it, he rudely told me to go pound sand. So, if you're looking to be treated poorly, look no further and give Bernard Watch a call or shoot them an email.

The only positive thing that came out of this whole ordeal is that I never actually sent my watch to them. I can only imagine that if I had sold it to them, they would have changed the price yet again and held my watch hostage until I complied. The term "bait and switch" definitely comes to mind here. Thankfully, I was able to sell my watch elsewhere for a significantly higher price.

***3/21/23*** Bernard Watch went ahead and published our personal business correspondence without my permission. They conveniently left out the complete email chain where I clearly stated that I do not consent to them publishing any of our information, as it would be a violation of my privacy and copyright. If they truly wanted to provide full disclosure, why didn't they include my response? This just goes to show the questionable ethics of this company, which is a major concern for me.
