I visit the storm September 21st and was denied a refund because I didn't have a receipt the cashier from customer service and the manager was very rude made me wait over 30 minutes to get denied a refund and I drove over 2 hours to the store. I wasting my time and gas. The cashier first take the items and took forever and slowly hung up the dresses. And she took forever to get a manager she kept checking out the other customers took them in payment took another customer items all I was in there waiting on the manager another manager came and she hollered out from a distance so you need anything. I was trying to tell other manager talking to you she totally ignored me look at me crazy and kept checking the other person outI. I said they're trying to get your attention and she's still ignoring me so that black manager walked off and was too lazy to come to the desk and never helped us then the cashier just walked off in the middle of taking a checking out cuz she couldn't find a price for something she went and got me a manager and the manager said all we can't do that I said but y'all do returns all the time with no receipt oh no we don't. I said yes I'll do I've done it several times here before at this store. She said well not on these items they didn't even thank me and the cashier who is the female black was very rude and the Mexican female manager was very rude and didn't even thank me or say goodbye or apologize for the 30 minute wait. I will not be back at the store. That cashier that work open that day and the managers that open it from 10:00 a.m. till about 1:00 p.m. to be investigated for poor quality customer service and reprimander. Corporate just see why their customer service is not up to par and they and I should not be making me wait 30 minutes to get denied a refund. Also I know other people that's winning there and did Returns what receipts and have to wait over 30 minutes and they're very slow.

Desired outcome: This store should be investigated and reprimanded for poor quality customer service and are rude to customers.
