This company, Be Createful, is pretty good until you run into any issues with them. I recently purchased a bulk bag of rhinestones from them and unfortunately, they were very foggy. I reached out to a lady named "Annette", who I believe is the owner or manager of the company. She informed me that they were not accepting any returns at the moment but since I mentioned that the stones were foggy, she asked me to take a picture and send it to her. However, the pictures did not do justice to the foggy stones and you really had to see them in person to understand the issue. After some back and forth, she finally agreed to send me a return label. I emailed her to let her know when I would be sending the rhinestones back and then had to send two more emails inquiring about my refund. Unfortunately, I did not hear back from her for two weeks.

When I finally checked my emails, I saw that I had received a refund for a lesser amount than what I had paid. I emailed Annette to ask why and she basically told me that they did me a favor by taking back the stones and that there was nothing wrong with them. She also mentioned that the bulk bag I had purchased was their "house" line and if I wanted better quality, I should have gone for their "Luxe" line. This was strange to me because I had purchased both lines in the past and never had any issues with the quality of the stones. I know a good quality stone when I see one and the bulk bag I received was definitely bad.

To make matters worse, Annette proceeded to tell me that I had used 10 gross of stones from the bag, which is about 1,440 stones, and that was why I wasn't refunded my total amount. However, this was not true. I may have used 20 stones at most before realizing that the bag was full of defective ones. In my opinion, this is not a good company to do business with. Be careful if you decide to use them because once you run into any issues, you will see their true colors.
