Bat Club USA is a great website. The prices are fair and the shipping is fast and efficient. I highly recommend it to my buddies.

Predatory company. If you can't afford a $400 bat, buy a used bat from a friend, craigslist, FB marketplace or anywhere but Bat Club USA. That $400 bat will cost you almost $700 to borrow for 12 months before you send it back to Bat Club USA.

I luv Bat Club USA. I been a member since the company started and I enjoy gettin' a new bat for my son every 6 months. I always get a top of the line bat and never gotta worry 'bout spendin' a fortune for it every time my son either outgrows the bat or has to change it 'cause of league standards.

I had a issue this weekend when my daughter cracked her bat and in researching what to do we found that we had way over payed on our first subscription. I called your team and they went above and beyond to help us. We have a replacement bat on the way and they helped remedy our over payments. We will continue to use your company for all new bats and are very happy with your customer service. Thank you for helping us afford great bats for my daughter!

Be careful with this company. We rented a bat for a month cuz ours broke and needed a replacement ASAP. HS season ended and I connected before being charged the next month cuz we were done using the bat. But the bat wouldn't make it to them before the next month based on shipping. We weren't using it and BCUSA could see when it was put in the mail. I asked in the chat if we would be charged and they said yes, but also said I would be reimbursed for the month we were charged but didn't use it when they received the bat. Fair enough. When I connected with the online chat, they said I wouldn't get a refund even though they have the bat and I'm left paying for a month without getting to use it. We didn't get a full 30 days but got charged double. Do what you want, but I'd avoid these guys at all cost.

I was really hopin' this experience would be good. Got an email yesterday sayin' they couldn't fulfill my order 'cause apparently I already got a bat I ain't paid for. That was a big surprise to me. I told 'em if they cancel my order, they better give me my money back, which they did real quick. They sent me a response sayin' someone nearby with the same last name as me got a past due account. They didn't even try to fix the problem. So it seems like they think I'm lyin' and tryin' to scam 'em for a bat, which really ticks me off. Bein' a Marine Corps veteran, my integrity never wavers. This made me feel accused. I gave 'em 3 stars 'cause I didn't really get a chance to have an experience with this company, 'cept for the accusation and cancelation of my order. (Note: instead of assumin', verify your customers' identity with somethin' like IDme or get their driver license info. That could stop ya from losin' customers in the future.)

Just got our second bat from Bat Club USA and we are NOT disappointed! First of all, gotta say the whole process was so easy. No hassle at all. The first bat we got was the Posey 28 27/17. I was really happy with this bat and it gave our son so much more confidence, it was a great starter bat. With lots of practice it took him almost 2 months to get into the hitting groove that he's been wanting and waiting for. Then we started adding weight to the bat to help improve his swing. Then he started practicing with a 28oz bat at practice. Seeing how well he transitioned, we decided to trade the Posey for the 2021 Cat9 28/18. We just got it today and he's definitely loving it more than the Posey. He's having no trouble sending them out there. So if you're in the market for another bat, give it a shot. Now onto Bat Club USA, I'm so glad I found the company when we were looking in the beginning. Their customer service is great. If you want a bat that's out of stock, it's literally one click and they'll notify you when one becomes available. I was actually looking into a DeMarini and it was out of stock. When one came in they emailed asking if I would be okay with receiving one that had been used instead of it being brand new. By that time we had changed our minds on that bat. But I thought that was awesome. Their add-on programs are great and a life saver. I'll spend an extra $5 to save money on a switching fee any day and to get faster shipping. Bats are expensive and I have a dancer/tumbler that I have to buy for also. And an up and coming baseball player (baby brother). So I really enjoy and appreciate the convenience of giving my son(s) a great bat and being able to pay monthly, especially because of being able to swap bats anytime I need or want to! So thank you Bat Club USA, you have a member for life!
