We love banking with Bank of Oakridge. They are always more than willing to accommodate our needs. They truly are a “full service" bank. I worked in a hometown bank in NY for 43 years and Bank of Oakridge gives us that same experience every visit. Special Thank you to Sean for taking care of our recent request. Recently I made a banking error that had the Pisgah Church branch of Bank of Oak Ridge not caught, I would have lost a substantial amount of money. The bank system noticed an unusual transaction, Christina (Pisgah Church branch) immediately notified me, stopped and corrected my mistake. The entire staff, particularly the Pisgah branch, have been extremely helpful in closing my accounts and reopening new ones. I highly recommend Bank of Oak Ridge, again thank the entire staff.

I have been Banking with Bank of Oak Ridge since they came to Oak Ridge and I have always been very pleased. They have always had very pleasing people working for them. I Bank mainly at the Branch on Pisgah Church Rd and love all the staff. Tina is always very helpful and can usually give me the help I need. Mo, Melissa, and Miriam are all great. When you walk in you are always greeted with a Smile. Thank you Bank of Oak Ridge for being one of the best banks I've ever banked with. You are the best. Five stars and highly recommend.

Jody helps me often when I come to Bank of Oak Ridge. She is always friendly and professional. Her knowledge of banking is wonderful. Jason has also been very helpful and kind. My mom passed several months ago, so in the past year I have had to set up a Trust checking account for my mother's estate, had wire transfer of funds to and from the bank, IRA's and CD's transferred from another bank and documents that required a notory. I'm so grateful to have these employees at Bank of Oak Ridge helping me through the process.

By far the best bank I've worked with. Tellers are always friendly and helpful, Pat at New Garden is the best. We've worked with Tammy B for almost 30 years, in that time we followed her to several banks and so glad she landed at Bank of Oakridge. Tammy has always been there with great service and unparalleled knowledge. Everyone I come in contact with at any branch has always shown kindness and professionalism. They were very understanding of our needs and provided paperwork and clear instructions to make the necessary adjustments to our accounts. Back in 2020 at the start of the Covid-19 pandemic when the 1st PPP loan was announced I tried applying for both of my businesses through my regular commercial bank. I received no communication from them and knew that it was important to get this done quickly. I reached out to every bank I could and Jason at Bank of Oakridge replied to my request, spoke with me on the phone and has been extremely helpful through this whole process. Bank of Oak Ridge has been extremely helpful in obtaining PPP loans for both of my businesses in both rounds of funding and in helping me file the paperwork necessary to file the forgiveness applications. I now have both of my primary business banking accounts with them and recommend them to anyone locally for your personal or business accounts and loans. It's service like the 'old days' and they don't make them like that anymore. Thanks!

We have banked with Bank of Oak Ridge for 25 years and moved to North Carolina 3 years ago, after paying cash for our home we decided we wanted a HELOC and because I'm a commission sales person they informed me I would need to be employed in NC 2 years before they could help me. I spoke to my boss about Bank of Oakridge because that is where our business account is he said they were awesome and made a call for me with in an hour I got a call back and it was the VP Tammy B she has helped us tremendously came to our home, helped us with all of the paper work and within a few weeks we had a HELOC loan and with the great personalized service we switched our Auto loan and personal banking over to Bank of Oakridge as well. I have personally referred two others who have had the same experience we had. My spouse and I are super happy we switched to Bank of Oakridge and Tammy and others at the Bank have helped me numerous times. They are all wonderful, and I cannot say when I have ever had the exceptional treatment that Tammy has given us we have needed as I said help with a few things and she has always as everyone else been extremely helpful! I also know without a doubt in these uncertain times God forbid something happen, Bank of Oakridge would be there for you. I'm absolutely sure Bank of Oak Ridge and national banks would not be.
