So, I had a bit of a mix-up with Bakersgas. I ordered some hand sanitizer from them back in March of 2020, but they didn't have it in stock at the time. I decided to cancel the order, but somehow they still charged me for it. I was a bit frustrated, but I figured it was just a mistake and I would get my money back.

Well, fast forward to March of 2021 and what do I receive in the mail? You guessed it - the hand sanitizer that I had cancelled a year ago. I was pretty surprised, to say the least. I mean, I had completely forgotten about it by that point.

Anyway, I decided to give the hand sanitizer a try since I had it now. It seemed to work fine, although it did have a bit of a weird smell. I'm not sure if that's just how it's supposed to smell or if it had gone bad after sitting in a warehouse for a year.

Overall, I have mixed feelings about my experience with Bakersgas. On the one hand, they did eventually send me the product I had ordered. On the other hand, it took them a whole year to do it and I had already cancelled the order. I'm not sure if I would order from them again in the future, but I guess it's good to know that they eventually follow through on their orders - even if it takes a while.

I've bought from Bakersgas twice and got my stuff both times. But then I saw a charge on my account for something I didn't even order. I hit them up and they couldn't find any other orders I made for that amount. But they won't give me my money back for the mystery charge. So I can't say I'd tell anyone to shop there.

I recently purchased a welding machine from Bakersgas.com for a whopping $8000. I was promised that I would receive it in 2-3 days, but boy was I wrong. It took over 3 weeks for me to finally receive my machine. I had to call and check in every two to three days because no one would call me back or give me an honest answer. It was a real hassle, let me tell you.

Greg, the person I dealt with, was the worst. He was unhelpful and didn't seem to care about my concerns. The pricing was competitive, but the service was the worst I've ever experienced. They even promised to send me a gift card for all the problems I had to deal with, but that was a big lie too. I never received anything from them.

If I had known from the start that Bakersgas.com would be such a hassle, I would have looked at a different machine. I recommend OIC instead. They told me it would take three weeks, but we couldn't wait that long. In the end, we got our machine from Bakersgas.com, but it was a real headache.

I recently tried out Bakersgas.com for the first time and I have to say, I was pretty disappointed with their customer service. It seems like they don't really care about their customers or their orders. I placed an order over two weeks ago and I still haven't received it. They promised that if I spent over $50, they would ship it to me in two days, but that definitely didn't happen.

I've been calling and messaging them constantly, but they keep telling me that they're out of stock on certain items. Last week, they were out of one item, and now they're out of another. They've promised me multiple times that my order would be shipped, but it still hasn't arrived. If you need welding supplies quickly, I would definitely recommend looking elsewhere.

Finally, after waiting for 16 days, I received my package. However, they didn't even ship all of the items that I ordered. I specifically ordered two safety glasses, but they only sent me one. When I contacted them about it, they insisted that they had sent two, but I never received the second one. And to top it all off, I'm still waiting for one more item that they didn't even ship.

Overall, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with Bakersgas.com. Their customer service was lacking, and they didn't even fulfill my entire order. I would definitely recommend looking for a different supplier if you need welding supplies quickly and reliably.
