Simply the best
The best source of organic produce and household goods I have ever come across! The produce is of excellent quality, and there is a large gluten free selection. The large selection of meat is hormone free and the beef is grass fed. I am constantly amazed at the large selection of goods, including non-food items that are environmentally safe. I love not having to drive into town and stand in long lines but I especially love knowing I am getting healthy food. I can't remember the last time I set foot in a Safeway...
LOVE LOVE LOVE!
Not sure why the bad reviews because everything about this company is great. I havent tried email customer service but have called phone customer service a few times and they were pleasant and helpful.
In regards to anyone who complained about product they do have a period of time for you to report problems. I doubt the viability of these reviews because they should and could have reported immediately in my opinion if something was wrong.
I do not work for this company, nor am I in any way affiliated with them. Just love the food!
A great source of organic food
Like with everything, you have to check out the price/value ratio. There are items you better buy at Whole Foods or Costco. But they have a lot of excellent offers, especially in grains, flours and produce. Where do you get organic millet for 90c/pound ( in a 25 pound bag)?
With one exception; and I received refund, all merchandise has been excellent.
There is a bit of getting used to their drop system which needs improvement or the fact that you sometimes do not get things you ordered and which were available at the time. But overall- excellent and there is nothing comparable out there.
You can verify that I am a customer.

Satisfied with bulk grains and pick up
I first started purchasing bulk grains, great prices for organic. My next order I decided to try refrigerated items. I have always been satisfied with the products received and the ability to save money. The coordinator in the area I was in was very helpful. I've now moved to another state and plan to order again.
The only con would be that the delivery date/time can change so it's best if you have a friend or make a friend in the group and you can switch off if one of you can't pick up your items, especially if dates/times change for drop off.
My only negative in packing was when I ordered a liquid cleaner - it was bagged, but in a box with food items and the cleaner leaked. The cleaner did not destroy the food items fortunately, but they could do better in boxing cleaners or any liquid items separately from dry goods.
I'm glad I found Azure Standard and will be sharing this info with my neighbor and friends in the area as we enjoy healthy and organic foods.
Great products from good people!
I am shocked at all the negative reviews! These reviews are largely from first-time customers who have little understanding of how Azure Standard works, from what I can see. It is not Amazon (thank God)! It helps to think of your order on the website as a shopping list. You can add items to the order, and remove them all month long. The order is only finalized on your checkout date. At that time the warehouse takes your list and begins to pick the order. If the items on your order aren't there, you don't get them. Yes, you will often not receive a couple items on your list, but do you become furious at the grocery store manager when they are out of a certain item for a couple weeks? No, that would be insane! Azure has amazing products and about the best customer service I have encountered. If you are a want high quality well priced goods from a family company, are a reasonable person, and are able to plan ahead, then Azure is a great choice. If not, then its probably not for you.
PS the plant starts they sell are beautiful, and arrive in perfect condition.

IF YOU HAVE A JOB BEWARE
Word of warning! Your drop is going depend GREATLY on your drop coordinator! I had my first and last pick up recently! Learning from my mistakes may save you from a tremendous headache! #1: BE A PEST! Contact your drop coordinator days before the drop to see if there is a time change! Contact your coordinator the day b4 the drop to DOUBLE check if there is a time change for the drop and make sure they add YOUR name/number to their contact list! Especially if you are driving any sort of distance! My drop 45-60 minutes away! I unfortunately was NOT a pest and took the coordinators word for it that she WOULD inform me of any changes (MISTAKE!) #2 Place a very small first order to see if this drop is being ran well and if this is something you actually want to deal with in the future! ( TG I did do that!)
#3 Search online for azure standard "complaints" don't just search azure standard! Also their Instagram is scrubbed ie: they remove complaints!
What happened? The coordinator emailed me time of drop ect... I emailed back with my phone # and asked that she PLEASE contact me if their were any pickup/drop delays bc I was driving far! Well 50 minute drive no truck! No people! Texted coordinator she says drop is now 4pm not 2pm! I have to work so I can't stay for 2 HOURS! The coordinator was absolutely impossible to work with getting my stuff! Took multiple texts, phone calls, contacting azure customer service! I knew right away this going to be bad and asked azure to just refund me so I didn't have to deal with it! NOPE! She had told azure she was going to drop the items off on my porch while I was at work! NOPE! Didn't happen! Never happened! 2nd day she refused to answer any messages at all! And I had to spend more time with customer support - basically she was holding my items that I PAID for hostage! Mind you I asked her to leave the items 2 miles from the drop at one of my spouses clients! Instead of answering me if she would. She called the client BEFORE WE DID! The client thought she was a lunatic and of course didn't know what she was talking about! So then she refused to leave it where I told her! ( remember its paid for and belongs to me!)! 2 days of back and forth HELL due to no fault of my own! Finally got my plants she kept my milk! Longer story! Be warned! Btw she finally left my items at the place I asked her to leave them in the first place! Also... she tried to say she told me 4 o'clock until I sent her a copy of the email! I felt like this is some kind of scam she does so people just leave their stuff and she keeps it? Could be wrong!? But I gotta call it like I see it! Fyi Coordinators are NOT paid! So its whomever volunteers! Azure customer service- first girl actually made things worse! 2nd one Hannah was a god send! Ty Hannah you rock!
Quality of items? Ask HER about my milk!
Plants: Pretty good for being in a semi truck for a week! Giving em some tlc now
Also I think most of the youtubers are paid affiliates but I could be wrong!
Bad produce
Called customer service and asked for credit for a box of produce, plastic container of grapes, plastic container of cucumbers and a cantaloupe. They say they don't guarantee produce shipped to Alaska. In the past I was given store credit.
They said to go no to credit and go to the shipper. So I'm out of the produce. Never had problems before to get credit. Been buying from them for around six years. It is azure fault for not individual boxing the fruit and vegetables in different boxes or the produce was going bad.
Company does not quarantee you will get anything that you order...
Hi, Ordered twice from Azure. I though the first time I got an incomplete order it was a fluke. Turns out, this is the STANDARD for Azure.
Well 99% of web sites work like this:
Pick your products that are in stock, add to cart, go to checkout, enter payment info, complete your order, get order confirmation. Poof! You expect to get what you ordered that is in stock and by default the seller is committing to getting you what you ordered. These are general expectations in eCommerce.
Products show as "IN STOCK" when I order. I enter payment info, get a standard "Order complete". So I believe I will get what I ordered, right? Well this is not so at all. You need to wait till a delivery cutoff date that can be a month later. Well if they do not have the products you ordered "in stock" at the time of your cutoff date, then you will not get them.
They dont send you an email about your "incomplete" order until AFTER your cutoff date! So basically, unlike most every other eCommerce web store, Azure will never offer you any kind of guarantee that you will get what you order. They say "it says this on our web site and when you order" yet I have not seen this stated anywhere now on 2 occasions! I'm looking at the PLACE ORDER page right now, and there is ZERO indication of there "different ordering model".
Be warned, your "order" is not really an order at all and they offer you ZERO guarantee that you will receive what you order AFTER you wait a month to not get what you ordered.
Horrible business practice. They should plaster this info in bold red all over their order screens as to not cause such a gross inconvenience to people.
Desired outcome: FULLY AND PLAINLY disclosed “your model” on the ORDER SCREEN so that customers know that their ORDER is not a real complete order and is a mere roll of the dice! Instead, Max blamed me. Nice.

Bad service
I bought some organic food from the website azurestandard.com. I wasn’t satisfied with their services. They charged me for $40, but when I collected my purchase, it turned out that some products missed. I contacted the seller several times and received only one email, where they wrote that missed products were out of stock. They never again sent me emails and returned money for missed products. They have horrible services, because they don’t update information on their website. And it is very difficult to communicate with them, they very rarely answer to your calls or emails.
