My account was billed $299 dollars out of the blue on Sept. 25
I did not authorize it nor did anyone ask before charging my credit card.
I have not talked with anyone at this site for years!

$99 spent on a website that advertised lifetime hosting and with automated lead capture pages. What a joke. I received access to some cheap templates that came with zero support (unless I wanted to pay additional fees). I finally walked away after spending many frustrating hours trying to build a working site. I redirected the domain and forgot about them. 4 years later, they had the audacity to inform me that because of all their hard work on upgrades, they would need to charge $99 per year to keep hosting this useless site. I emailed several complaints which they did answer but offered no resolution. I'll continue posting reviews for years to come.
They updated platform and I lost everything
I used the website www.websitebox.com in order to make my own website. I almost finished it and these guy updated their or changed something in their platform. When the website started to work again, it turned out that my website was already lost. They didn’t save it and my work simply disappeared. When I tried to get info from them about these changes and what I needed to do next, they simply ignored my emails. Don’t rely on them.

I started to use the website www.websitebox.com and decided to pay $99 and buy everything I wanted. I sent them payment, but I couldn’t buy from them. I have no idea, but my payment simply disappeared. The seller also stopped to reply to my emails, and I have no idea what to do now. Maybe someone has any ideas how to return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.
