On 26th July 2919 I purchased a dining voucher no. ZWB9NPND for Sergio's pizza restaurant.
On Saturday 24th July we booked to go to this restaurant. My partner and I requested an eye fillet steak and a fillet Mignon steak respectively We were both surprised to see how big in size the eye fillet was and of course when we cut into the steak, it was two very thin big slices of what I would call a sandwich steak on top of each other. My steak looked very dry and when I cut into it, it certainly was. I complained to the chef and stated that neither of these were eye fillet steaks to which he replied that they were fillet steaks. It stipulated on the menu that they were eye fillet. I told the chef I could not eat mine and he offered me a chicken schnitzel of which I also could not eat as it was not cooked properly and was not the chicken schnitzel to which I was used to. I subsequently could no eat that either. My partner also did not eat his supposed eye fillet steak. We left the restaurant feeling very disappointed.
I have bought a few of your vouchers and never have I experienced such deplorable food. I request a refund for my purchase as I did not get the service that I was expecting. If you wish to contact me my no. is [protected].
