Insecurity for women employee
The company has two offices. One at raheja arcade and other one at G.M. arcade of kormangala. The second office is a hell for women employees. The head of the two offices his the same person and he sits at g.m. arcade. He behaves very indecently with girls. During the course of work, he behaves unethically and tries to behave very dirtily with girls. I heard a lot about him from the female employees (who were also new and planning to quit) but i dint trust til i had my own experience. He has a very sick body language towards girls and because of this the turnover of female employees is very very high in this office i.e 5 girls had quit in 2 months. nobody stays for more than a month. Somebody should put an end to this behaviour of the person. And girls who get an offer from this company be careful about it.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I have worked here for 6 years and it is shocking to read such stupid statements about people who have many get jobs in the corporate world. There are people who come and refuse to follow the targets for resumes or billing. Life is bad for them and when questions are asked it is sad to see people being accused of drunk. One asks questions because one has invested monies. Today I run my own placement business in US and I am thankful for the lessons I have learnt here. I did checking with people I know and I have idea what happened. obviously when the person broke the contract or not do what is asked for ...there will be consequences which are legal in nature. then there is no point in blaming people and imputing motives. Grow up "DEBINA" and read the contract before violating the same
I am still working here for the last few years. I have never faced any kind of disturbance from him or anyone. If you donot do billing for 7 months and send one or two resumes to customers every day...there will be severe reviews and question asked. Then there is no point in making cheap personal allegations against people who are based in abroad.. Also this is anger is because the management refused to give fake references.
there are people who take the smart phones and vanish or do personal sms and make international calls from office phone. When asked to repay, it is sad one make such allegations.
I too worked here for a brief period. This fellow Murugesh thinks no end of himself, very egoistic, very rude, behaves very badly with women employees. Women, please think twice before joining this horrible place. Also, not to forget the so called CEO is always drunk or is under the influenc eof drugs.
follow up and correction to my earlier comment : I have been paid salaries every month for the last 4 months. this I got pay on 15th and that is cycle every month 10 -15th monthly is cycle every month I am told my seniors. i checked more above statements and certain people run away saying mother sick, grand mother accident etc. Then after joining corporates and these people call to request for reference. if not given then accuse every one of everything under the earth. best of luck. there is lot of pressure to give billing collection
I just leave company after 4 years. I have got salary all months. There is no person who has not got salary unless they run away without gives notice periods. The CEO and managers are good people to those who meet targets and send 12 resumes every day. else they are very bad and they really donot know how to be nice to bad performers or people who do zero joinees. I am joining big corporate in delhi with experience got from them and they gave good reference checks. I was worried because I was joining their ex client. But they were nice in reference checks. please stop this nonsense about no salaries, ceo and managers. if you have given notice period and resigned, not misused office phone or data card you will get letter of relieving
I have joined here 3 months ago and I have got my salaries till date. There are people who have left with out notice and they donot get salaries. Also there are cases where people use their office phones to make personal calls and sms and it is deducted. Frankly there is huge work pressure to deliver and but salaries have been paid every month
Please stop saying lies. I can put my bank statement which show salaries get paid every month. There people who have taken the company phones and data cards and that amount gets deducted. The person who made the above post deleted the candidate contact information also and is making allegations. I have worked here only 3 months the CEO doesn't have any ethics at all and he doesn't know how behave with girls. I didn't get last two months salary and he promised me i will give after completion of the work but he didn't keep his promise and there is lot of politics happening inside the company. and he is a very cheap and doesn't fit to run any company. and two other people also faced the same salary problem as me. This is my real time experience in that company and i suggest you all before joining that company please think and at any cost you can't grow your career in that company.
it is sad to accuse people of sick, body language after leaving company without informing. I no longer work for this company and the good experience from company is making job for me in Company HR department. work tension is high but good hike is given only for IT peoples. I have no problem with managers in all offices.boss gets angry when targets are not met and doesnot listen at all at end of month reviews
I have worked here for2.5 years and I had leave since I was getting married. If you meet your targets there are no problems.If people didnot come in time or not meet targets or not send resumes there is pressure.There is no point in saying manager is sick etc
There people who donot do billing at all and when asked for results blame the manager and say IT is important etc., I have no problem since I was able to meet numbers and all managers have behaved decently with me. it is a terrible place for people who wants to be in facebook, chat with friends in office time . there is work pressure, resume pressure, collection pressure...and if one does job well in time & there was no problem. I have relieving letter also
I agree . I had to quit that firm for the same reason .. He is a sick manager I have ever seen .. his attitude towards girls is terrible . He never listens to the opponent who is talking or trying to justify . He just tells and completes . A horrible place to work with ... I would tell never join this firm as it is terrible place to work for . He has no manners and 0 work ethics ... People who are going to join this firm please be beware of him ...
