So, we heard a lot of good things about Artist Push and saw that they had a decent 4-star rating, so we thought, why not give their promotion service a try? We made the payment and that's when the trouble started. Yana, the person we were dealing with, told us that it would take a whole year, 365 days, to get 10,000 Spotify streams. We also paid for Apple Promotion, but only received a measly 300 streams out of the promised 30,000. Yana tried to blame Spotify, Apple, and Deezer, saying that they control how many streams you get per day, but we know that's a lie.

Naturally, we asked for a refund, but Yana told us that we would have to wait another 365 days to receive it. Frustrated with the whole experience, we decided to write a negative review on Trustpilot to warn others about our experience with Artist Push. That's when Yana reached out to us and asked us to take down the negative review in exchange for a refund. We agreed, but instead of getting our money back, she sent us a fake document claiming that we were receiving a refund.

We took the document to our bank, and the bank manager immediately recognized it as a fake. There were no bank transaction routing numbers, no recipient's name, and no credit card information numbers. To make matters worse, the document was dated for November of last year. It became clear to us that Artist Push and Yana are running a scamming operation from Estonia, a poor former Soviet republic, and they seem desperate for US dollars. They specifically target musicians based in the USA.

We want to warn everyone to stay away from Artist Push. They will steal your hard-earned money and then have their friends and cohorts write glowing reviews about their services to deceive others. We fell for these glowing reviews too, only to find out that they were part of the scam. We actually dealt with them and spent over $400 on Apple, Deezer, and Spotify promotion. We are just trying to warn other musicians about how they operate.

They stole our money and we received absolutely zero refunds. Yana is nothing but a cyber crook who forges documents and lies about sending refunds. But when you take these documents to your bank, they tell you that there is no routing number, no recipient's name, and no credit card information. It's all a big forgery and a fake.

Please, please, please stay away from Yana and Artist Push. We tried them and they stole our money. It's been over a year now and we still haven't received any refunds. Yana has completely ignored us and refuses to respond to our messages. Don't make the same mistake we did.
