We recently had ARC insulation insulate our attic and are so pleased with the results. It's so warm in the winter that we don't even need blankets upstairs anymore. They had very good communication and were very professional throughout the job, including taking the time to protect our floors while they worked. Also they were Covid aware, which is a plus for seniors like us!

They were professional in the entire process, from responding to phone calls, making appointments and arriving on time. Very careful inspection and explanation of the attic and how they would add insulation and improve the air flow in the attic. They were on time the day of the install and careful about the property. Very concerned about removing our things from the attic and through the entire process explained what they were doing

I would highly recommend ARC Insulation ! Kevin came out and examined the attic. He explained the problems and the solutions in great detail. Any questions were answered and I felt this was the right company for the job. The work crew were very professional and hard working. When the job was completed they clean up everything and you would never know they were even here. Kevin even stopped by the check on the status of the work. I was impressed with their service. Im so happy with my decision to have ARC remove old insulation and install new in my *** home. From start to finish it was a top notch job. *** did a thorough inspection of my attic and explained everything that needed to be done. A technician came out to check pressure levels the day before work began. The crew did an excellent job and were very respectful. My contact with ***, the owner, and his office was great. I would highly recommend ARC to anyone who is considering new insulation.

On the day of the work, the team came in and took care of our attic and crawl spaces, foam air sealing, replacing molded plywood near a replaced skylight, better insulation for exhaust fans, and building up a curb around attic access to allow insulation to be installed evenly. They worked efficiently and effectively. Our home is noticeably quieter and warmer.

We do not have a basement, and our floors were always cold. We also were getting multiple estimates for the new varnish and were recommended to do isolation before redoing floors. We called various places within a 100 miles radius. We got a few estimates, and ARC was the only company that did not charge for the estimate. ***, who came over for the appraisal, was professional, attentive to details, and explained what needed to be done. He emailed me a quote within a few weeks. It was a little more than different companies, but I had a feeling that they would do the best job. I was correct. The job took two days. The guys were hard-working and professional, and *** came over to check on the progress. Since we have it done, floors are warmer, and I notice our *** is lower. I am delighted that I followed my gut and used ARC.

During the winter the upper floor of our home would get noticeably colder. One of the bedrooms is above the garage and the floor would be cold to the touch. *** from ARC insulation came and did a free estimate. He was extremely knowledgeable, providing us with resources and information on how best to resolve our issues. We felt comfortable moving forward with ARC. The day of the work the team came in and took care of our two attics, foam air sealing, replacing molded plywood and building up a curb around attic access to allow insulation to be installed evenly. They worked efficiently and effectively. *** checked in while the team was here to make sure all was going well. After we received a message from *** reexplaining all that was done and asking if we had any further questions. With the temperatures that we have endured since the installation we can absolutely tell that our home is more comfortable!

ARC insulation did a great job start to finish. *** came over and took time to look in our attic and explain exactly what we needed to help prevent further issues with ice accumulation on our roof during the winter months. He also took the time to explain how increase in insulation, baffle installation and sealing of areas in attic would help with temperature regulation in the attic and therefore improve our energy bills. *** was quick to get us the estimate the next day and we felt that the estimate was fair and actually more reasonable than other companies that we had compared. The work was done about two weeks after the estimate and the team was extremely professional and finished the job in the expected time frame. After the job was finished the guys cleaned up the area so well that you would have never known they were just there working! They took us up to the attic to show us the finished job which looked great. I would highly recommend ARC Insulation and will definitely plan on using them again in the future for other services!

I'm a big fan of ARC Insulation! *** was extremely helpful and was fast and consistent with communication. He spent 2 hours walking through our house and answering all of my questions and taking a look at everything with his thermo imaging camera. The pricing was fair and we ended up insulating our basement ceiling with cellulose, as well as a porch ceiling and sprayed foam in our exterior crawl space. The interior work was done perfectly and the crew cleaned up super well. Everyone was extremely friendly & respectful that I spoke with, from *** the owner, on down. The only issue we had was the exterior spray foam got on one of our bottom pieces of siding and our water spigot. After notifying ***, the crew came right back out and cleaned it up perfectly. They even went and got matching paint so that the bottom piece of siding is 100% back to the way it was. They also were able to remove the foam right off of the spigot like no big deal (hence my 5 star review). Would highly recommend their work & professionalism. I plan on working with them again in the future when we re-do our attic.

The people that I worked with in the company were Jean in the office and representatives Robert and Tom are very professional people. Jean is very nice, helpful and pleasant to talk to. Robert and Tom are very professional, knowledgeable and great personalities. They explain the work that needs to be done so you understand what they will be doing and show examples of the work they do. They did a test in my house to see if carbon monoxide was leaking and came to find out, it was slipping from my hot water tank and I didn't know it. Tom was very helpful in telling me what needed to be done before they could proceed with the insulation in my attic. If it wasn't for the test they did I wouldn't have known my water tank was a problem and it was installed wrong. Thanks to Tom and Robert, I needed another water tank, which I brought and it was installed correctly. The ARC Crew that installed my insulation was nice, polite and professional in the work. I went up in my attic and saw the work, great job and the young man showed me pictures of what he did in my attic. They did a great job cleaning up after they were done. I would recommend ARC Insulation to anyone who needs their house insulated. Thanks ARC Insulation for a great job done!

Start to finish it was a great experience working with ARC. *** came out to evaluate the current state of our attic and to provide an estimate to air-seal and add insulation. He was very nice, thorough, and he took the time to explain some of the basics about the process. He was easy to communicate with via email and/or text as the work was scheduled and to follow-up with after it had been completed. ARC was able to offer a competitive quote compared to other companies in the area, and I liked seeing all the positive reviews from people all over the Chicagoland area. They are also one of the few companies approved for the rebates from *** which was able to save me over $400 for the air-sealing and insulation. We had a couple hiccups in scheduling due to the weather not cooperating (for the roof work), but it was easy to work with ARC staff to reschedule. In addition to air-sealing and insulating the attic, the crew also ran the vents from our upstairs bathroom fans out through the roof (instead of venting directly into the attic, which could lead to mold). The 3-man crew was very polite and efficient, and they were able to complete a large job in one day. After the work was completed, they sent a bunch of before & after pictures of the attic. I will be recommending ARC to my friends and family that *** need similar work done.

I recently had insulation installed to my homes attic in ***, *** by ARC Insulation and I can not be happier with the process and the results. My experience started with the consultant, ***, coming out to the house. *** did an analysis of the current insulation. He was very knowledgable and answered my questions, which were many. He not only informed me of the current insulation I had in the attic but also suggested that I have insulation placed under my bay window to eliminate the drafts that I was experiencing during the winter. *** sent me a quote for the work to be done which included:1. The type of insulation to me used (I was given the option of which grade of insulation to use.2. Ventilation Chutes 3. Block off *** to attic areas 4. Build curb around the attic access opening 5. Air seal attic hatch 6. Build a rigid foam board enclosure 7. Install Insul-Shield 8. High Pressure Caulk 9. Celulose Insulation 10. Combustion Safety Test (performed 2 days before work commenced)11. Blower Door Testing 12. Install platform in attic for storage 13. Insulate under bay window I received the *** rebate that they processed directly and also was provided with a bank that would finance my cost with no interest for 1 year.I mention the work above to indicate the amount of work that was performed by the 3 man crew. I can not say enough about the crew. They were professional, courteous, attentive to keeping the areas of my home protected. They were the hardest working crew Ive ever dealt with. They kept me informed as to the work being performed, and answered any questions I had. I noticed the difference in my home that evening. Before I could hardly sit upstairs due to the heat of the summer I now spend my evenings in comfort while upstairs. My whole house is different. Im looking forward to the savings on my utility bills.I
