Makoti fashion drop my parcels last week Tuesday I have not received it until today I phoned them every day they keep on telling me my parcel is out for delivery until today is still out for delivery I want my parcel my tracking number is DBP [protected]. I have sent them an email they have replied that my parcel is in their Stellenbosch branch how can is still there with them parcel that was dropped last week Tuesday it's another week now still I have not get my parcel this is not on guys you don't care about people important staff how can you keep our things with you things we deadly need the reason why we didn't not use post office it's because we know you are an overnight drop off but now you sound like a week drop off or more than a week

My Shipment # [protected] has still not been received after one month of delivery by Bank

I've now had two (2) instances of no delivery over the last three (3) weeks. The most recent is that they advise the loading but it doesn't show up. I have tried to phone and along they pick up the phone the line is immediately disconnected without even a hello. This has been going on for almost two (2) hours. My delivery was promised last Friday and the last nite but still nothing. This was local to local.

The first order was from overseas and from not being able to track/find the shipment they advise on the tracking system they've had it since July 26, 2021. It's now August 10. Your Australian operation is totally useless and not recommended.

I ordered a product from adidas online and I supposed to receive it with three days as they mentioned in the delivery terms. I receive a msg from aramex stating that I'll receive it on 8/8/21 then they didn't send it when I called to ask they said that there is a problem with my address although it's not the first time to receive from them packages on the same address so that was invalid reason for me, I called to complain the stuff was so polite and considerate but still haven't received my shipment.

I dropped my shipment (Documents - 0.1 kg) On August 3rd. 2021 to Aramex office in Cairo to send it to Russia..They informed me that it will take a maximum of 5 days to be delivered...I am astonished today when I got an update that the shipment will be delivered on(August 14th.) to its destination.
Upon contacting the customer services agent, one of them told me that the shipment reached GFK in the US then it will be sent to Russia!
Upon contacting another customer services agent, He told me that the shipment is currently in Dubai and will be sent to Russia!
Vey Unprofessional company..No credibility...Fake commitments...collecting money with no follow up..Careless about the clients.
Aramex is a big SHAME on the courier services industry...

I have attach what Im going to say, I just need a positive answer.

Please update delivery status, because we have contact you past 3 days, but not received any input for delivery related.

Kindly I request you please push your team, and update delivery status.

Order shipped out to be delivered Wednesday 4th August. Sat home all day waiting for delivery only to call at 5pm to find out that there was an attempted delivery at 11:43 and driver couldn't get hold of me. I have viewed security footage from 10:00 to 12:00 and there was absolutely no driver who came and was not attended to neither was there a missed call from the gate or any number. Theo advised it will be rescheduled for Thursday the 5th (today) I called at 11:43 Theo said driver will get back to him in 15mins and he will call me, to no avail I called back at 16:24 and Theo contacted the driver and got back to me saying driver is 5mins away from my gate, silly me went with my child and sat at the gate until 17:15 waiting for this 5 minutes away again to no avail I had to contact aramex AGAIN spoke to a lady who gave me the drivers number because I wasn't having another rescheduled delivery that never makes it to me, I called the driver who says it's his first day and Theo lied about him being 5mins away cause he can't actually make the delivery today. So what must I do? It's my graduation at 9AM tomorrow the 6th and my outfit is in that package! He'll make a plan he said. 19:00 I receive a call from my gate for a parcel which turns out to be from THE COURIER GUY which was only ordered this Tuesday and is bath salts and NOT my aramex delivery with my graduation outfit from Shades! PLEASE somebody explain the method of work here? Where is my parcel why can I never get any form of straight service from aramex and why employees lie to clients about their deliveries?! So I can't graduate because I don't have an outfit! Can aramex refund myself and shades for the lack of professionalism and being against consumers needs which I would like to also request the recorded calls from both days every time I called for myself to escalate it on my side as I will not allow even after I requested to collect it myself aramex has ruined the day I have worked 3years for because they can't deliver! Every corner of escalation will be taken I would greatly appreciate swift cooperation regarding the recorded calls ASAP. Thanks for Ruining everything aramex!

THE MEASUREMENT of package DONE BY ARAMEX USING LASER SCAN IS (60.5x44.7x25.1) AND MANUALLY done BY ME USING INCH-TAPE (58×40×25) pictures shared with aramex ARE RESULTING IN 2.480KG weight DIFFERENCE (14.16-11.68) APPROXIMATELY WHICH IS A SIGNIFICANT NUMBER...!

IN ALL FAIR MEANS THE LASER MEASUREMENTS AND MANUAL MEASUREMENTS SHOULD BE IDENTICAL IN THE INTEREST OF ALL.

I receive a call from a rider with this [protected], i inform him if he can delieve it to me at 7pm, at 6:30 i was calling him and asking about my order and 10 minutes ill be in my area he was asking about my order number and he said it was wrong.. and drop a call i call him again and told me he will call me after 9pm and telling he have alot of order and drop a call again...

I sent my parcel at sam ntuli mall around katlehong onthe 9th july it was on friday, so when i try to track my parcel it says the code is npt registered on aramex so meaning its taken tha time of looting because Sam ntuli mall is one of malls that was affected by Looting, can you please assist me on how i claim my parcels bcz i have proof of shipment

I'm lodging a complaint about Aramex's service, the service is very bad and frustrating at the same time. My parcel has been under customs clearance for a good 3 weeks, I don't know and I don't understand what is being checked for 3 weeks at Aramex, when custom needs to take a maximum of 2 days, the service is really bad and upsetting. I've paid and sent all the required documents but still nothing. I've been trying to call for help but I'm not getting any help, I've sent emails also but no help, there's no progress on my parcel being delivered. I really want my parcel. The Aramex Branch in my country asked me to pay a fee of $46.49 when they delivered my shipment to my city, which was not mentioned on the page of tracking my shipment. There is no fee mentioned on my page of tracking the shipment. It was 0.0 for shipping and delivering. I was shocked that I need to pay that fee for no reason or for any reason that not related to me. I used to deliver my shipment from other countries to Oman, but after this problem I don't think to ship them with Aramex. I'm as a customer I read everything in the page of tracking my shipment to know if there is a fee to pay or not. How that's come that the branch of your respectful company asked me to pay a fee for no reason and without any notes or mention on the tracking page. My shipment now is on the Branch. I pay 399.21$ for my order and for that the application that I ordered from shipped the order for free. Why the Branch now asked me to pay a fee? and without mentioned it on the tracking page. I attached the tracking page on the day of delivering my shipment and the picture of the fee that the delivery boy asked me to pay. I look forward to hearing from you.

I regret to inform you I had a very bad experience dealing with Aramex courier services and stuff for the past two months. I was expecting a parcel around 10 July, I received an email from kyriakos prountzis on the 11th asking for my invoice for customs purposes and I replied on the 12th with all the necessary attachments because 11th was a Sunday. Now today, 12 days later, still have not heard from Aramex, still have not received my parcel, and whenever I tried to call, i'm told that they cannot tell me when I will receive it and that it will be on the next days.
On my previous delivery with Aramex which happened in the end of june, It was a similar situation. Parcel delivery Late more than 15 days in the end the career came without any notice and expected that I will be home waiting for him without knowing when is he coming. When I asked if you could go to my sisters house which is literally three minutes from mine and deliver the parcel there he refused to do that rudely.
I am attaching screenshots of the email i sent to Kyriakos proutziis on the 12th and screen shot of the date since when my parcel is in Cyprus but not yet delivered.
Today, 27th of July i still have no news about my parcel and the staff at Limassol office could not tell me when approximately it will be delivered.

I'm really disappointed with Aramex services I find it very unprofessional of you because customers shouldn't be treated like that.

A parcel was sent for me from Joburg to Eastern Cape (Uitengahe) consisting of ZQ products (Perfumes and body lotions) for my business in March. The parcel was received by Aramex and confirmation was issued but the parcel never reached the destination Easternacape.. Uitenhage to Ms Mbanga who was the recepient. I was then promised a refund but to date nothing was given and not a single day did Aramex (PE branch) contacted me for feedback but instead I have to send emails, phone and request feedback and I will be told that a follow up will be done with Johannesback claim Department. Last months I was informed that the claim was paid directly to the company instead of client. Since then nothing has been hsared with me.
I thus request for intervention as it is now the fifth month withouth being refunded which is affecting my business.

We paid for two sets of 6 pieces of bangles and we only recieve one set of bangles, and we tried to call them but they won't even answer us even the delivery guy.

I have ordered ripple goat milk tablets on aramex but in invoice bill the product name is mentioned as bath salt I have to recheck my ordered product once it get delivered to me

Very bad service you guys have. No follow up when will get the product. I ordered more then a month I didn't receive the product. Seeing the app is waste of time its shows all the today will receive which I didn't receive till now... Calling you people is other headache no contact number anywhere the delivery guys are worst people we never talk to very very bad service
