When I first got the information in the mail, I was a little skeptical about the company because the offer came in the mail. After my first contact with John Nation, I was impressed with his knowledge and honesty. I later was introduced to Denise W as the loan Processor. She kept me informed on the status of the loan and would often contact me after working hours to ensure everything would go smoothly. The entire process was easier than I expected. The initial signing process was efficient and effective. The final closing was set up on the weekend which was very convenient for the wife and I. I had never heard of the company before, but I am extremely glad that I contacted them. I am going to recommend them to all of my associates who are searching for a home mortgage or refinancing. Thank you for your great customer service.

I’ve worked with Mr. Derek T in 2016, and again this year. I have recommended him to a dozen of friends and family. A man of trust and professionalism. However I will not stop there. His team that assisted me in the best experience has to be mentioned as well. Brandon L and Marshell R were wonderful as well. We were pleased with all aspects of our refinancing experience from start to finish. Each time we had a question, it was quickly reviewed and answered to our satisfaction. And we were amazed on the short amount of time it took to complete each step in the process and receive a final approval for the loan. Based on our experience we were impressed that America's Moneyline exhibited a well organized and well run business that is dedicated to quickly completing the refinancing process for its customers. On the day of closing, there was an error in the loan calculations. I contacted Rudy G. and Marshell R. to alert them to the errors. They immediately reviewed the loan documents and Moneyline corrected the errors. As a result, by the time the Closing Agent came to our house for final signing, we had the corrected documents. Thanks to their attention and quick actions we were able to complete the transaction as scheduled. Thanks to a great team.

I strongly recommend re-financing your VA loan with America’s Moneyline. Their initial response to my online inquiry was almost immediate. I got a phone call from my loan officer and he walked me through the offer, disclosures, etc. Not only did I get an excellent new rate, they offered me a “Lender Credit”, where most other Brokers are charging Points. The Lender Credit covered all the loan costs 100% for me AND knocked down my principal $1,000. When is the last time you got paid to borrow money…NEVER, right? Submitting the loan application online was easy. While the loan was in the underwriting phase, I received regular updates from my Loan Processor. She was always on top of the whole process, and contacted me by phone/email to make sure everything went smoothly through signing docs and funding. They were a great team to work with, very professional, understanding and always explained the process clearly. I am extremely happy with the America’s Moneyline team! Thank you for everything!

Refinancing a home can be a very stressful ordeal. I have to say it was far from that with this refinancing and cash out. Mr. and *** went above and beyond during the whole process and even after my closing. They were always available to answer any of my questions and if they were busy, they got back with me in a very timely manner. They worked very hard to afford me every benefit/discount that they could, even if it meant less of a commission for them. I was introduced to the concept of wholesale mortages by a close friend who worked with America's Moneyline Inc on a number of mortgages. I don't know why I didn't think of looking for this sooner. I do the same for my personal auto and home insurance - so why not for mortgages? They are able to check rates with a number of lenders and find the best rate - but at the same time, are an excellent source of information about mortgages so that you don't feel like they are representing a bank. I worked with Patrick and he was fantastic. He is a work horse and always took my call to discuss current rates and options. I am confident in saying that they will get you the best rate available. The rate I was able to get was significantly lower both in the rate and in the credits available. My realtor was shocked, and immediately asked for their contact info to share with her future clients. You don't pay them anything - so there really isn't any reason not to try and see if they can help you - either with a mortgage or a refinance.

Gilbert D and Rochell P were extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entire refinance process. Gilbert had assured me that I was making the best decision with going with their company and he was absolutely right. Rochell was great at going over the closing disclosure documents to ensure that I knew exactly what I would be paying for closing costs and showed how the new loan would more than compensate for these costs after just one year. Gilbert was honest and did not try to sell me a loan product that did not make sense based on my particular situation. Unlike some of the local loan agents, Gilbert has a genuine passion for helping people and this is reflected in every step of the loan process. Also, I did check with the local loan folks as well as with a cold call I received trying to sell me on a mortgage refi. No one could even close to competing with these guys. I would definitely recommend America's Moneyline to anyone looking to refinance or purchase a new home. I wish that I had known about them before when I initially bought my house!

August 30 I have been trying to refinance my house for the last two years and tried to work with my lender at that time but they were not working with me to my satisfaction. I first met Erick C through an advertising letter that came to my address. I called him looking for some further refinancing information. Right away, I knew he would be an excellent choice for my real estate interest. I learned of his homeowner advocacy and easy-going approach to the business of real estate (he is definitely above all of the high pressure, big promises I’ve ever experienced in the past) Ercik stayed on top all all do’s and don'ts of my refinancing and kept me posted on all progress. The escrow process was quick and all office personnel from American Moneyline, Inc that I dealt with besides Erick were pleasant and efficient. I must be the only person on this earth to believe Americas Moneyline is NOT the best thing next to slice bread. Amazing 4.94 out of 5 rating for a mortgage company! Did I miss something in my interactions with this business?As a retired veteran, I used my VA Loan to purchase a home. Having purchased several other homes using conventional mortgages, I endured a tortious path to finally tap into one of my veteran benefits. No big party at the end despite the Herculean effort to satisfy the paper Gods - just a simple mortgage - should have been the end of it.Since then closing on my VA Loan, Im bombarded nearly weekly with nondescript envelops {no company name or address} with the most official warnings from Americas Moneyline to refinance my VA Loan. Mind you, in more than 35 years owning homes, I cant remember ever getting bombarded by refinance offers - Youd think after the 12th letter this company would figure it out. Nope. There is money is fleecing veterans.Why - they know that veterans are great scam targets. Good luck with this company - highly doubt theyll care.

Highly recommended! I was very impress by the team of individuals I worked with at America Moneyline, Inc.. Rafael Pimental was my first contact and he was personally there for my refinancing from beginning to end. Even though I was living on the other side of the country (Virginia) and his team on the other end (California), I felt like he was a local business in the neighborhood! The communication was professional and excellent throughout (both via email and phone) and signing all the paperwork was fast and easy through Docusign. The same goes with his team of assistants including Weimar and the agent (Denise) at the wholesale mortgage company financing my property. There were almost a dozen companies and agents I was weighing on going with in the procurement process who were offering the 2.25% rate. But what separated Rafael from the rest was his solid financial knowledge, his patience in answering my detailed questions (especially where all the numbers on the closing worksheet meant), and his straight honesty and integrity when it came to alternative options. He was also able to help me get the lowest APR which was a bonus above all the quality service! I highly recommend America Moneyline, but more so, I would ask for Rafael Pimental (or someone he would recommend). This is high quality customer service I appreciate and do plan to go with him again for any future refinancing needs.

I had a great experience with Lou M at Americas Moneyline. We were ready to refinance again, hopefully for the last time. We tried our current mortgage company, but the offer they made was nowhere near the lower rates we were seeing in the mailers we were getting. They said they would try to match a lower offer if we got one, but if they could match it why wouldn't they just offer it to me up front? Whatever. One of the offers we kept getting in the mail with the lowest rates was from Americas Moneyline, so I did some research online and I couldn't find anything negative about them. I called and talked to Lou M. He ran numbers for me and made an initial offer that actually matched what they were advertising. All I can say is Lou was great to deal with. Even though I kind of kept waiting for the other shoe to drop and hear "oh sorry we can't actually do that", it never happened. Lou really seems like a stand-up guy who actually cares that he can get someone a good deal. I never got any pressure or run around and he took the time to find out what we wanted out of a refinance so he could tailor it to our needs. He was available by phone, text and email and took the time to answer any questions I had, and we had a couple of interesting discussions. Things moved quickly and efficiently when I told him I wanted to move forward with things. So what we ended up with is a 30 year VA refi that's going to save us a ton of money and we couldn't be happier. I don't think it would've been possible to find a better deal period.

I want to start off by informing everyone reading this review that Erick C at American Moneyline rocks at noon! My name is *** and the following is how I got to work with Erick. My good friend received advertisement in the mail from Erick’s office. She was curious and thinking about possibly refinancing so she gave Erick a call. Erick answered her questions and gave her some estimates however, she still felt like I had to speak to him because she wanted a second opinion on his offer. Shortly after that, she set up a 3- way conference call where I got the opportunity to listen to Erick’s offer. I was immediately impressed with him for 2 reasons. First of all his communication style was very unique. He explained everything with great detail in layman’s terms. It’s extremely unusual to find a professional in his realm of business that understands that the common civilian may not understand the mortgage world lingo. Secondly, his level of knowledge absolutely stunned me. He answered every question with a great degree of security that only an experienced individual can do. We were sold! Therefore, immediately after our 3- way conference call ended my good friend sent Erick all the paperwork he requested to get her home refinance rolling. As for me, the 2 reasons mentioned above were the deciding factors in giving Erick a call on a possible refinancing on my home. I keep getting lots of unwanted mail from this company all the time. I want them to stop contacting me right away. They need to take me off their list and not share my info with anyone else.

The company "America's Moneyline" has been sending me unwanted junk in my mailbox. I tried to reach out to them about the problem, but the website sends you to a number that never gets picked up. It just keeps ringing until the call ends. Unwanted junk mail fills my mailbox every day and it's really frustrating! I'm tired of the waste and mistreatment!

I got a letter with a picture of my house and car in the driveway. You could see them through the window of the envelope. Even my license plate was visible on my expensive car. This tells everyone where my stuff is and totally invades my privacy. I need help to make this company stop doing this sneaky thing.

My mortgage refinance gave me a credit of $176.1. I asked for an accounting because the statement I got from my new mortgage company shows a credit of $415.44 to me. Also, all the papers I have show that more money was paid to close my old mortgage than the bank actually received. I've been dealing with my mortgage broker since Nov 27th about this problem and have mostly been ignored.

So I just got a call from this guy named ***. He said he's from *** and noticed that my credit was recently checked for a mortgage. He asked if I'm buying a new house or refinancing, and threw in a few more questions before launching into a sales pitch. I interrupted him and asked who he was and where he was calling from again. *** repeated his info, and I told him that I never reached out to him or his company, so why is he calling me? He responded with, "Yeah, we both know that, don't be stupid." The number he called from is ***.

I immediately called that number back, and another guy picked up. I explained what happened, and he was shocked that someone would say something like that. So, I asked to speak to a supervisor. He talked to one and said the supervisor was busy with another call, promising to call me back. I'm still waiting for that call, and I'm really offended. *** and this company need to face serious consequences.
