Had a deal with American Aeration for a 2 year service agreement but they never showed up to service my aeration system. They were supposed to come out twice per season but didn't even after I left messages for Jeff Jerashen. I talked to him a few weeks ago and he said there was a problem with the paperwork and he would take care of it. But he never called back or returned my messages. I called his cell [protected] and [protected] but got no response.

I buyed my house on June 19th and the old owners agreed to buy a Service Agreement from American Aeration in O'fallon Illinois. It costs about $210.00 for two years of service like giving chlorine tablets for the aeration system, watching water levels, etc. The problem is I called the owner Jeff Jerashen four times about the alarm going off and flashing on my aeration system. It's been almost two months and nothing. I even asked my Realtor to call him to make sure he knows about the services promised in the contract. That was three weeks ago and still no services, no phone call, and no reason why. I'm worried about the cost if my system gets damaged because of this company's neglect. I feel like they're taking advantage of me and ignoring me. I want my money back!
