Due to water on the bathroom floor my cane slipped out from under me. By pure luck I was able to twist my back and catch myself on a black box sticking out of the wall as a man grabbed my left armed keeping me from hitting the floor. Due to a reason back surgery ( my vertebrates were fused together from t10 to the s1 bone making them one bone.) If I would have hit the floor I would have to been rush to emergency room and hospital stay. As I Saudi did not hit the floor but turn my back t catch my self with the help of the men that caught me ,my pain level went from a 2.5 to bout a 7. It been 4 days and my back have gotten little better may pain level 6.5. I see a doctor tomorrow and since it a VA doctor I hope he can order x rays to see if any permanent damage was done. ( I'm a 100 percent disable veteran but my surgery was done at university hosital .) ill probably need to have the VA schedule an appoint with them. But because of AMC I am in much more pain then I should be and if I find out it was permanent I will get my lawyer involved , if my back did not do permanent when I fell against the black box then it your responds as to if I call my lawyer. By the way when I told the manager (a very young kid ) all he said is we can get the bath room cleaned. Not a word like are you ok sir, should I call an ambulance AR even a simple WE ARE SORRY SIR. Absolutely no interest in how bad I was hurt. My name is Anthony Lester my phone number is [protected] please get back with me asap or Thursday I'm calling in my lawyer

Desired outcome: have to wait for how bad my back was hurt during the fall ( so far AMC have show 0 percent on how bad I was injured
