We (wife and myself) went to your Movie House in Baton Rouge, LA on 08/27/2023 around 1843 hours. Tried to see the Meg-2. Was asked to leave before the movie was was done because of an incident the happened either in the lobby or the parking lot. There were several Deputies and Police Officers on the scene and they came in and cleared out everyone (the whole building). Tried to get a refund that night, but the lady I was directed to said to come back the next day for a refund.

On a personal note: Your security officers SUCKS!
Inside the theater there were kids running up and down the isles, playing on their cell phones and some child (teenager) was hollering and screaming during the movie. NO security came around to even see if the kids were misbehaving. The entire establishment was filled predominantly with UNSUPERVISED kids. Your place was used as a baby sitting establishment for these unruly kids.
Also, when you make people leave it would be wise to make sure the cops and security vehicles are not blocking the the departure routes. I had to ask two of your security officers to stop blocking the damn road because the were holding a conversation. All the driver had to do was pull to the side of the road so the out going traffic could leave. It was a total cluster [censored] with the officers who really did not do anything from what I could see. Just standing around blocking the entrance to the theater. No crowd control. There were cluster of different kids (mob) throughout the parking lot, a potential for another incident!
