It took 3 phone conversation with Amazon's Customer Service Rep's to cancell the Amazon prime !!!
After about 30 minutes trying to order a specific fishing line, when I finally got to checkout, My order was over 25 dollar's, their form automatically checked 30 day's of free prime, I checked the box that I didn't want prime, then at checkout their form changed it back to the 30 days of free prime, but I would have to call them to cancel this prime, so they made the decision easy for me ! I'll never buy anything from them again, ebay used to be my choice until they refused to refund my money back on an order, I'll (Not) buy from either of them Again ! Count on it !

They keep trying to take 12.25 from my account.
I would like to make a complaint, amazon has been trying to take 12.25 out of my account since February. I have spoken with several people to rectify this. I have also sent multiple emails regarding this to no avail. I don't owe amazon money. I had purchased a produced that hadn't arrived and so requested a refund a few days later the item got delivered, at which point I have spoken to amazon and agreed to repay for the product as I needed it. Following this every few days amazon tries to take money out my account and I contact customer services to raise this and nothing is getting done about it, they have not been successful in taking any money out but continue to try.
Desired outcome: For them to stop trying to take money out my account and acknowledge how this has caused me a great deal of stress and affected my mental health
Amazon continues to driving up wrong private driveway.
I'm really up upset as Amazon drivers are not looking clearly at house numbers at bottom of private driveways. We have complained before and still having issues. This time I am really upset as we just paid thosands of dollars to have our driveway asphalted and new curb put as separated between property driveways. Amazon van drove up wrong neighbors drivemarks ran over our new curbing and new asphalted driveway instead of backing down neighbers driveway. Our driveways our private driveway and even the garbage trucks don't drive our driveways so they are not damaged. I have pictures of the driveway marks they made to our curb and driveway.
Driver told my husband the GPS is telling them to come up our private driveway. Should not drive up. Please change your app and inform drivers to not drive up our driveway or use as a turn around by driving over black asphalt or curbing from kne deiveway to another. Please respond to my compliant and acknowledge my request.
Note: We have a sign at the bottom of our driveway letting people know our driveway is private too.

Prime delivery lies
Though I understand that delivery dates can change, it seems to happen more and more with Amazon. Gone are the days where Amazon was a company you could rely on and if they did not delivery during their specific date, you would be reimbursed. Now they tell you that you need wait an extra 24 hours to request anything and when you do contact them before the 24 hours to complain, they give you all the information you can see. I literally had to demand some type of adjustment and I was provided a mere $5 promotional credit. Really Amazon, is that how you treat your loyal customers? For this particular item, I ordered it Saturday, May 13th and was supposed to get it May 17th. Yet, I receive an alert that it is delayed and why, when it is an Amazon carrier delivering it. It is not UPS, USPS, or FedEx, it is Amazon delivering. The item did not move in transit until today, so of course it is late. Amazon promises dates before you order that change in the cart and then change again when you actually order it. I have gotten things from China more consistently then with my Prime membership. I don't think Jeff Benzo would be happy if we all paid our Prime Memberships late or said, we'll pay when we get the merchandise. Out of all the companies that promise 2 day delivery, Target has been the only one to consistently come through. They obviously care about their reputation.

Froze my account for suspicious activity and phony fraud charges to keep my 1200 dollars
I opened an account to order some ebike conversion kit and saddle bags for a bike after I made the purchase my account was frozen to to suspicious activity I finally got through to customer service and they was rude would not help me to get a refund for my 1200 hundred dollar they kept requesting additional 1200 to unfreeze my account which I thought 3little fish they told me that there was suspicious activity 72 hours prior to my order but my account was open just a hour before they kept requesting prepaid gift cards or my bank card

Amazon delivery driver truck damaged property - order#[protected]
My wife had an Amazon order #[protected] delivered last week to 2666 Charing Rd, Columbus, OH 43221 and the driver hit our stone wall and dragged the stones by the tires of the delivery truck down the driveway about 10'. We tried to report via the link on the order information forwarded, but the link had already expired. Not only were we disappointed that the driver damaged our property, but more disturbed that the driver did not come to the house to let us know what happened. My son saw the stones left in the driveway and stacked them back as well as he could because the driver let them lay in the middle of the drive. When the driver was leaving our driveway I stepped outside to take trash out and saw the Amazon van halfway down the driveway. At the time I did not realize the driver was having issues, but later in the day I saw the marks and took the photos attached.
Please confirm receipt and advise what actions Amazon will take to correct the issue and advise drivers how to communicate when they damage personal property. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

You stole my gift card money
I loaded a gift card for 189 ordered an air mattress and a set of pillows you locked my account saying suspicious activity. Now I can not get into my account and you said you lost my money fix this or I promise this will get worse. Also looks like you have done this exact things to many other people so this is serious
March 2023 I was given a 180 gift card I loaded it in my account [protected]@gmail.com with Amazon ordered a Air mattress and a set of pillows they froze my account. I called I sent photos of the gift card they said it was fraudulent activity like seriously. They gave me the run around did nothing to help me but if you look it up this has happened many times to many other customers and that's a 180 I needed that they stole for no reason. I am beyond frustrated and deserve my money back this is theft

Misleading delivery dates
On 05/06/2023, I set up a birthday gift order for a friend living out of state, because the order page promised delivery by the next day, 05/07/2023. Then after I confirmed the order, the delivery date changed to 05/10/2023! Then the delivery was not even made by that date! As of today, 05/13/2023, one solid week after I was first misled into believing my gift would be delivered, the latest status available is "delayed in transit," which is still dated for 05/10/2023! It's clear to me that Amazon is at times promising deceptive delivery dates in order to manipulate customers into following through with orders! This is not the first time I've experienced this reliability problem. It shouldn't matter who the carrier is!
Desired outcome: Amazon needs to be compelled by the FTC to be totally transparent on projected delivery dates!
Customer service
Today I ordered an item after a long hiatus due to prior low speed train wrecks with them involved, everything from; "getting an EMPTY BOX" to 'WRONGFULLY SUSPENDING MY ACCOUNT' now.
I got confirmation of my order but within minutes I got an e-mail telling me I needed to send them 'document proof' to 'resume' use and get the order thru.
I spent too many minutes listening to an automated voice before I had the option to get a callback by them. I spoke with an agent, Nicholas, and then his supervisor. I merely wanted them to CLOSE THE ACCOUNT and EXPUNGE MY INFORMATION. "No can do.." was the reply from both. So I filed FTC complaints and BBB complaints today on this issue. I'm done. Over. FINISHED FOR GOOD.

What is the point of pre ordering a game that is supposed to arrive the day it comes out. The delivery person pulls up to our house but dosent drop it of stating it is undeliverable. If they don't want to get out put it in the mail box but what makes me really mad is not even a hour latter another item from Amazon IS delivered. Then you can't contact ANYONE it's all automated Amazon has gone down hill and just became a online Walmart bad service and no one to get your problems fixed to.
Desired outcome: I am tired of bad delivery services and there is no way for you to contact anyone to talk to anyone to get it fixed. This automated crap is not working stop using it
Identifying the source/shipper of items listed on your website
You provide the identification of the "ships from" and "sold by" information on your website but you do not have the geographic information. I have recently had 2 serious problems with this--when I went to return something that wasn't satisfactory, I found out that the shipper was located in China and wanted me to send it back there at my expense. This probably would have cost more than the item. Had I know where the shipper/seller was located, I would not have purchased these items. I think you are obligated to provide this information to your customers. Another option would be to list the shipper information and include a symbol that indicates they are "return friendly" and will pay shipping returns.
I am a loyal and good Amazon customer--I hope to stay that way.

I am published author I being writing books with Kindel Direct Publishing / AMAZON since 2018 and never had a problem. I started having problems with the updated book version I Just Want To Be A Kid' and The Life Of A Young Black Girl in addition, I am the author of both books. The copies they are sending is the updated versions I have dated and I being complaining about this for two years and nothing has being done. Incorrect shipping address
On 5/5/23 I placed and order with Amazon ORDER # [protected] for a gift for my daughter for Mother's Day. Not realizing at that time, I made an error in not providing the correct shipping address. On the 6th I realized my error, however, the item had already been shipped thru tracking the order. I contacted Amazon Customer Service as well as the seller by email to have the shipping address changed. They both stated that I needed to contact Fed Ex. I contacted Fed Ex and they advised they could not change the shipping address. They advised the only one who could change the shipping address was the seller. I then contacted the seller by phone and was advised nothing could be done. This morning I decided to just cancel the order. In contacting Amazon 4 different times, I got 4 different answers. I ended up talking with a supervisor and he basically said "you made the mistake and nothing they could do". I suggested that I accept the item and then have Amazon provide a return shipping label at no charge. He as not sure if this could be done.

I needed a computer by 5/15/23 so I ordered it through my Amazon prime account since it stated that it would be here on 5/13/23. The next day I gets an email saying it will be delivered on 5/18/23. I called CS and spoke with a rep and she said it was not in stock, so I told her to cancel the order, she then said it had been shipped so the order could not be cancel, I have to wait for the delivery and refuse it, then I will get my refund. This computer has cost me over $400….poor business

On May 6, 2023, I placed an order for a stereo cable for a friend, because the page assured me that delivery would be "tomorrow," the NEXT day (05/07/2023). But AFTER I actually placed the order, the page indicated the delivery date as 05/10/2023 ("Wednesday"), all of FOUR DAYS after I'd already ordered it. This is the SECOND time this has happened in recent weeks! This is FRAUD! I felt manipulated in going through with those orders, believing they'd be delivered to my friend the NEXT DAY as I was MISLED to believe! I once loved Amazon...but today, I'm indifferent about the retailer, because of being misled about delivery dates more than once!

My refund
I ordered four sleeping bags. All at the same time, same order. When they arrived they were too small. I did not even remove them from the individual boxes. I resealed the box they were sent in and got my label, and sent them out the same day as I received them. For some reason they were shown as two orders. One order of one and one order of three. The order of one was refunded the same day. Its now five days later and the three order is still not refunded. Seems suspicious to me. I can't find who to complain to. Seems that's done on purpose too. Just like having refunds automatically added to your account instead of being refunded for real. They are scammers these days and they give people the runaround.
Driver delivery service
I am a property manager of Villa Sonoma Condominiums and we have a locker box system for our owners. On May 5, 2023, between 12:30 pm and 4 pm one of your drivers dumped several packages on the floor and left the premises without checking in packages. This action subjects these packages to theft. The property is located at 10 Perimeter Summit Blvd, Brookhaven, GA.
This is not the first time packages have been left and we understand about oversized packages. I was in the package room and heard one of your delivery drivers say under his breath that he did not have time for checking packages. I have attached the pictures and can probably use our camera system to determine a description of the delivery person.
Desired outcome: The driver needs disciplinary action and is removed from this route.
Business support service
The receipts include country specific tax consumption rates and I have had to pay Amazon for that, even though there is a law in EU that disallows businesses from charging that rate. I have written and called and they do not reply. It has been almost 2 weeks. I have mentioned that it’s is urgent due to tax submission deadlines. They don’t reply at all or offer to fix the issue.
They also are rude since they only speak in Spanish though serving Portugal which has Portuguese as official language and they also to my surprise refuse to speak English. I have been to translate things to Spanish if I want to get support from them which is ridiculous and very backwards coming from headquarters that serve multi-country with multiple languages.
Desired outcome: Fix my receipts and return me the tax money since it is illegal to charge for B2B transactions within the EU. Get support in Portuguese or English since I don’t speak Spanish.
Complaints and problems
No matter what phone number you are given, it leads nowhere. The best they can do is offer a tech on maintenance who can contact another tech. Their system for reporting problems is simply nonexistant.
What was my problem? They changed my email back to an old on that NOBODY can access — not even “Ask”. I had an account but because of the emal change I was unable to send out my graduation fir nt grabdsib, I tried every number, email address, etc. but depot finding out “I didn’t exist.”
That I was not getting the help, I reported to a coohek who did eventually morph into a person. For 4 hours r I tried touching base with a real person. When I asked for help, they admitted they couldn’t do it. I was told the next morning to call, “Just Answer”. Which was of no help. I was on the phone for around 4 hours and talked to maybe 3–4 people. NONE OF THEM COULD HELP ME. THEY WISHED ME THE BEST OF LUCK. The problem was never solved so I cannot order anything from Amazon. To them, I am a nonperson — just like they are a non-company to me.

I just talked to a customer service person name Sherry that was very rude and raised her voice at me. I was surprised because I have always had good service with Amazon. She said she was a supervisor but she was so rude and talked to me as if I was stupid. I am really surprised. never experienced this kind of service. I ordered over 250 items last year and I have always had the best of service very polite and helpful. This person is going to make people not want to be bothered with this company. I was just trying to understand what happened with my return and she was ugly and loud. Amazon gives much better service than this. I even have a business that we order from under another name and had no problem at all. Just so disappointed with this service person. Thank you for taking the time to read about my concern.

Delivery
I accidently shipped to my old address. Amazon offered absolutely no options to change the delivery address. UPS won't accept address changes from the receiver's end. There was no way to contact Amazon and ask that they reach out to UPS with the corrected address. Their phone bot just ran me in circles repeating the expected delivery date. The bot is practically useless except for a narrow set of information requests.
Desired outcome: Maybe add an option to the phone bot for delivery changes.
