Package was left near the side of the road instead of bringing it to our house. The delivery info online the driver submitted stated it was left on an outside porch. This is an ABSOLUTE LIE! My husband just happened to see our package leaning against a tree next to the road where the driveway comes in. Our driveway is long and winds back into the woods. We have never had a package dropped off at the side of the road in this manner.
third party - holiday deals - sold a defective product and did not stand behind it.
March 2017 order ![protected] $389 Kenmore Elite Canister Vacuum was delivered by 3/16 and used until 5/3 when I left the state for our summer home. We returned 10/7. I used the vacuum until Friday last week when it broke. The electric connection between the hose and the part that goes into the canister came apart. It was gooey inside and the gasket was old and loose. Having used this about once a week for four months in a new home and now finding it completely useless leads me to believe it was defective or rebuilt or not new certainly from the start, so the advertising I believe is false from this seller.
Amazon is not standing up for me. Holiday Deals offered me $50 which does not cover the cost of a new hose never MIND the electric connection piece that is broken.
I think Amazon should not use third party sellers unless they KNOW that the seller is reputable and will honor the product for defects.
I am receiving no satisfaction from this third party seller which makes me very unlikely to ever buy from Amazon third party sellers in the future. I am out $389 for a machine that is useless and feel like a VICTIM of Amazon.
Amazon was unable to provide me with a location for Holiday Deals. I received only email from them with a refusal to refund my money or replace the item or provide a return ticket - no returns allowed.

I have been home all day awaiting a delivery. Amazon has ALWAYS delivered when they said they would but today? NO package left in the back of my apt building and NO attempts to call me. Supposedly they didnt want to just leave it without someone accepting the package SO why didn't they call so that I could accept it?! NOW the package will be rerouted until tomorrow for delivery? That's bs. NOW you have to circle back in whoever's route to keep making the attempted delivery day after day Mon - Fri until I get home from work? That's bs. Very disappointing!

I placed an order and was given a delivery date when the items were to arrive. Called customer service because I never received tracking information on the package because the expected delivery date was three days out.. They explained to me my order was pending fulfillment? I was confused because I had not been notified of any changes or problems to my order by amazon. So, I was expecting my order to arrive normally. I called customer service and got different answers from several different reps and still wasn't resolved. Had my debit and credit cards reprocessed and still did not get a confirmation about orders being fulfilled. So, I was then told one of the orders I placed was actually not in stock with the third party vendor and I had to wait until it became available? I'm like it was in stock when I purchased it and why was I not notified and why is it still saying the item will be delivered in three days if it is not available? This site is horrible and I usually order from here but they will no longer be getting any of my business anymore.

I was in contact with customer support yesterday 24/09/17 on instant chat regarding a couple of technical questions I had regarding my firestick. Customer support did not seem to understand what I was asking . They could not put me in contact with someone technical who understood the questions. I was told that I would receive and email to answer my questions. This was never received. I understand that the person I was dealing with on the instant chat may have not been technical or had knowledge of my specific query. 1. why is the firestick transmitting its own SSID ( Direct-4U-FireTVxxx) ?
I presume it is for the remote although customer support told me that the remote uses bluetooth.
2. How can I change the channel the Firestick transmits its SSID on as it is interfering with my wifi router?
The Firestick always seems to transmit on the same channel as my router. so changing the router channel doesnt help.
Wireless best practice is to separate WIFI transmitters onto separate channels usually 1, 6 and 11 on the 2.4Ghz band.

I have problem with my device nexus 6p which I bought from amazon
I am a frequent shopper at amazon and I love to recommend to anyone for their shopping purpose.Since few days I have severe battery drain issues with my Nexus 6p device which I bought from amazon almost a year back. I am not complaining its amazon fault, but the reason I bought this device is just because it was sold by Amazon warehouse Deals. I contacted huawei for getting my issue resolved as my device is in warranty. They replied that I need to send my device to them and they will check the problem and revert to me within 10-15 business days and if any problem found they will repair it and send it to me. And also they are not sure.Which means I need to be without any phone for 2 weeks.
Those who bought same Nexus 6p from Google store are being replaced their Nexus phones with pixel XL phones for the same battery drain problem and the ones who bought from the trusted Amazon website are facing these issues.Thinking deeply getting a phone from amazon has put me into this situation.Instead if I would have bought from google store I would have also get pixel XL as compensation after returning my Nexus 6p.
Kindly address this issue at the earliest possible.

I've been a customer of Amazon for a couple years never had a problem then all the sudden I have two transactions on my debit exact same amount on my Amazon purchase both of those transactions were taken from my debit the money is not on my debit I complain to them and they try to tell me that they only charged me once then where is that money of the second charge? So they may have just lost me forever as a customer and everybody deserves to know apparently they try to rip people off slowly
Slow and irresponsible
First of all, they are scammers and I'm sure about it. I placed my order back in May. It's now the middle of September. If you ask me what happened I will say that I have no idea. But my order never arrived. I ordered summer shoes to wear them on the beach, but now it's fall and I don't need them already. Moreover, they never shipped my order. That's what I found out when contacted them last time (before that nobody could define where my order was).
Now I'm gonna cancel it and ask for a refund and it will probably take them 100 years to recharge the money.
Hurting sellers
Who rates them well? The way they treat customers is terrible. How is it actually possible? I'm a seller at amazon, my products are in a good condition. I sent an order to my client, for some reason she didn't like it and decided to return it. I don't know why but I had to pay for the shipping. I contacted their customer service, they called the client who's keeping my item and... that's all. They didn't know how to help me :( only my bank helped me return some part of my money. What a shame. Nothing else to say...
Amazon $100 gift card scam
On Sept 05 2017, while browsing Amazon, I received a pop-up saying that as a frequent shopper on Amazon, I was eligible for a $100 Amazon Gift Card if I took a 3 question survey. This showed what appeared to be a genuine Amazon Gift card with the Amazon logo. The survey segued into a detailed survey on my consumer preferences and demographics, apparently from the "National Customer Center" or similar site. I did not finish the survey and on closing the tab was given the usual "Do you want to leave this page? Data you have entered may not be saved". Hopefully, the data was NOT saved, but I have doubts.I realized that this was a data mining scam, with the data sold on the internet to telemarketers for solar power, credit repair services etc, etc, but also made available to phishing and identity theft criminals. I am reporting this to Amazon, but also, to let buyers, especially Amazon customers, beware of this scam. Note that this is similar to the classical Publisher's Clearing House Scams which are still repeating since the last century.

Amazon claims to sell underarmour products ... they are selling fake products ..I bought a pair of training shoes from there app on 15th aug 2017.
After receiving the product I could not believe that the glue used to paste the sole of the shoe was actually visible on the corners ... still I gave them benifit of doubt and tried the shoe for a week ... I was shocked to see that the shoe was torn from one side in such a short span.
The only thing which I liked about amazon is that they agreed to process refund ... but you can't deny the fact that you are being introduced in a new market by a retailer which is selling fake product of your brand.
Imagine the kind of first impression you are giving to your customers who are willing to spend there hard earned money on your brand.

I ordered a Samsung phone and at first everything went well, the order was confirmed as usually, and I was waiting for it within a week. After a week of waiting I got an email saying that my order stuck somewhere and for more detail, I should call them. I did and the result of all this mess was my order cancellation, additionally, they also blocked my account for no reason. They suck along with their CS!
