Amazon Amazon

Today, Nov 20, 2021, I went online to Amazon to purchase Christmas gift bags. I used my mother's credit card to make the purchase but Amazon somehow manage to charge my card illegally. This is a credit card that I had removed two weeks ago however the card is still in amazons system and was illegally and fraudulently charged without my authorization. Even though the credit card is not showing up on my end it still appears on Amazon end and amazon is unable or unwilling to remove the credit card from their system so that is cannot be used. Now I have no chose but to contact my bank and cancel the card since Amazon has clearly shown that they are untrust worthy and unethical and will continue to make illegal and unauthorized transactions on my credit card. I will be filing a formal complaint against Amazon regarding this situation.

Amazon Login

I now have multiple accounts on amazon all of which i would happily close and never to return to again if i could log on. I know my password and have been a faithful customer since 2011. All of a sudden I cant login all my stuff including email is not found. I find it unprofessional and highly annoying to be forced to change my password daily and then to top it off my password i just set up wrote down even to work.

Amazon Account disbursement

I continue to be lied to by Amazon Seller Support regarding the disbursement of $7, 000+ sitting in my account. My head is about to explode! No one at Amazon can speak or understand English. I call them everyday and they tell me the same lies, "It will deposit tomorrow, " "It will deposit at the end of the pay period, " and other lies that I don't really have time to write as a business owner.

Like I said in the previous 20 emails I sent them, I am unable to clear the Product Policy Compliance, which yes, as they said "is affecting my account health, " because Amazon locked me out of my personal, student account (M.M.[protected]@VIKES.CSUOHIO.EDU). I need them unlock that account so I CAN successfully appeal by providing the necessary documents, i.e. the [censored]ing invoice. This product is right in front of my face. It is utterly disgusting how these sellers from China on Amazon can accuse you of selling a counterfeit item if you try to resell an item you purchased from THEM on Amazon. What sense does this [censored]ing make?! China rules the world is the impression I get.

They say the name BS that "this is a normal part of selling on Amazon to see funds in the account level reserve on your Payments report. I agree, however, it is not normal to wait over a month long for a disbursement, especially for items well past delivery. Unfortunately, you have to their jobs for them! The Product Policy Compliance not being cleared seems to be the real issue. So why can't Amazon help me clear it by regaining access to my account that has the invoice in question? It's that [censored]ing simple! Instead, I am told the same BS every [censored]ing day. As a result, I have no money for rent (I now owe back-rent too), no money for bills/food/family expenses, and of course, no money for inventory.

Amazon habitually lies to your face saying you will receive a call-back in 4 hours or in 24 hours. You would think a billion dollar company like Amazon could fix this?

Amazon Driver recklessness

After delivery, despite having tons of room in the driveway to maneuver his vehicle, the driver drove into the boxwood hedge, snapping and breaking branches. You can clearly hear it in the attached video. This happened on Nov. 16 at 7:01 PM.

Amazon Reset my password

i have been a member of amazon.uk for many years now .
i have forgot my password i have tried to reset by pressing forgot password amazon send me a link to reset it it is sent to my mobil phone i have not got a smart phone so i cant tap it to reset my password . also i contacted amazon by phone on the 15/11/2021 they did try to reset it also they sent me a email to reset it. it still do not work. i was told to ring in 48 hours .

Amazon Amazon orders

on 11/16/21 I did my Christmas shopping on your Amazon site it consisted of prox 6 orders and I financed the orders through Affirm, they were two shipping addresses listed and I accidently checked the wrong address I called customer service to see if I could change the address from Hudson Baros 6239 Pebble Canyon CT Katy, TX [protected] to Joseph Vojtko 5906 Keith Dr Madison Ohio 44057 that is where orders need to ship to he told me he couldn't change the ship to Address after 20 min now part of my order is going to Texas, he did cancel a few items that I re-ordered with the correct address but what I am suppose to do with those other orders I have been a prime customer for 2 years no other problems. The last 4 digits of the orders in question 1467. 6617, 3866 I ALSO ORDERED A COCO COLA SIGN OF GOOD TASTE WING VINTAGE LOGO PULLOVER HOODIE LARGE WHICH WAS GOING TO SHIP TO TEXAS TOMORROW I CANCELLED THE DELIVERY CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME OUT THANK YOU JOSEPH A VOJTKO

Amazon Delivery driver

I am a supervisor here at laport rail and terminal. I called amazon once before about the same driver leaving packages here at the security office. We informed him that we cannot take the packages and he stated it has this address on it and he was going to leave it here. He left the package here and when I called amazon they told me to just throw the package away. People spend there hard working money with this company and that's how you treat your customers. The same driver came a second time and did the same thing. Amazon didn't do anything to the driver

Amazon Amazon driver

We received a package from Amazon today I think the number is TBA0654861304. I am very unhappy with your Amazon Driver. The driver ran up to our front door and threw the package on the porch.

I was on the side of the house with my dog who heard the driver and ran over and barked. She was never more than 10 feet from the driver. I made my apologies, and secured by her collar.

The Driver turn to me and said "next time that F...king dog better be inside" or else". Again, I said I was sorry and thank him for delivering the package. His reply was " If it happens again, I'll Taze that Mother F...king dog".

Is this the service we are to expect from Amazon now? If you condone this disrespectful and rude behaver than I will take my business elsewhere. I know you can identify this driver from all of your computers and tracking. I strongly do not want this Driver to ever set foot on my property again.

Please confirm this will my request will be honored so I can order more items from Amazon.

Amazon I am complaining about an order I placed on 9/26/21 that has not yet arrived.

My order # [protected] (Zinus SmartBase Headboard and Footboard Brackets, Set of 2) placed on 9/26/21 shows that it has not yet arrived, but is on its way. I reordered the brackets and received them the next day, but was unable to cancel the original order. The gift card amount that was paid for this order mentioned above was $30.22. Amazon Payment processing

Basically I ordered two items, same order, different fulfillment's paths …. For some reason, Amazon sent me an email telling me my payment was declined and to go to the site to change the payment. I have zero issues with my credit card company or my credit. I had used my Amex points and ended up losing these as a result of Amazon's goof … that was $30.00 in points. To ice the cake, after I resubmitted my Amex payment … this time paying more because … why. Then I get a second notice in my inbox that my payment was declined. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice …. Well that was not going to happen. I signed onto my credit card's website where there were now four pending charges for the two items I ordered; one of which showed me paying more for the one item. Amazon has somehow arranged with Amex to post Amazon's customer service number on the Amex payment detail view. This is confusing because it is a special deal for Amazon that to my knowledge and experience is not present for other companies; eg Amex usually does the payment contesting for the cardholder. It fooled me. Thus an awkward phone conversation ensued with the Amazon customer service person … who I thought was an Amex customer service rep. Amazon should pay more attention to its core services rather than blasting its CEO into space. This is my last year as a prime member. It would seem Amazon has gone to the dark side.

Desired outcome: I want Amazon to discontinue this convoluted payment processing that caused the issue. I want my Amex points back and I want my 2+ hours back.

Amazon refund for undeliverable items

I received an email on October 3rd that part of my order was undeliverable. I am still waiting and need to know the status of my refund. It has been a month and a half now. I am new to Amazon and have spent the last hour trying to figure this out, don't really have the time. I have had this happen several times, and it seems to happen when the ordered item is heavy. You order an item from Amazon that's available, you pay for the item, and a date and time for delivery is set. Then your item does not arrive at the appointed date/time, and you receive this notification from Amazon:

Undeliverable

Unfortunately, a problem occurred during shipping, and we had to cancel your delivery. The package is being returned, and we will issue a refund within 3 - 5 business days after the return is processed. We’re very sorry for the inconvenience.

This is unacceptable from Amazon. The only means to contact Amazon is through chat, which is useless because the person keeps replying over and over again the corporate message "I'm sorry for the inconvenience" but will not do anything to correct it! I suggest that the manufacturer of this item find out why the item was "Undeliverable"!

Update: This is the fourth day and NO resolve. The attached photo is what is posted on the Amazon site when tracking the order:

So, it took Amazon 30 minutes to withdraw the money from my account, but four days later no answers/accountable from Amazon.

Amazon Customer Service

I had a problem with a Amazon gift card I purchased. When I peeled off the sliver strip some of the characters were taken with it making it unreadable. I contacted Amazon customer service because the web site said it could apply the bar code number. I have my receipt…the card. When I contacted Amazon customer service for help they told me that I had to have the claim number otherwise to go back to the store where it was bought. Which I did….after talking to 2 Amazon customer service reps and 2 separate emails with a copy attached. The Vons store blew me off so Same response so I ended up contacting the grocery stores corporate office and then was referred to their Gift Card department. After obtaining all my info…they asked me to send them a photo copy of the card, receipt and etc. and they would contact Amazon….I was like What….I tried that several days ago…..this is ridiculous. Your website says a card can be applied if you have the numbers.

Amazon Brand Registration of Product

After filing all documents I get several emails that they working on it. Then finally it states that it was approved and will now be evaluated by the Brand Evaluation team. After several weeks and emails stating they working on it I get an email they can't work in it further I must apply again. No reason nothing no contact possibility poor poor poor. My case has been closed on the Amazon site so no way of replying or asking questions.
