Bad store, Bad support, Bad practices - overall do not order not worth it
Well. I bought something 2 weeks before black friday (for 50% of black friday price by the way - do not trust them) and I asked them in 3 separate tickets right after making order to delay shippment. They ignored it (never even reply for those tickets by the way - 2 weeks and counting). Their courier company didn't delivered product (first courier lied that try to deliver product - I was home, nobody called me nobody came, then I contacted them with big "why" as I got text saying "delivery unsucessfull" and told them that I won't be available next working day so... of course they send courier the day I was not available (after telling them that day before of course) and then returned product to store. So I contacted Altex with "why" guys - please just deliver it to store your delivery company is bad I will go and take it myself... but they instead tell me to go to store and buy again - with 100% higher price - after few days of waiting for anwser of course.
It's my first and last experiance with this s... store. Everything here is s...:
A) cheaper price 2 weeks before black friday then on black friday
B) none existing support
C) support acting like bots - ignoring information client is providing
D) having customer deep in the s... so to speak attitude in every department of the store.:)
Well - overall - I will just go to shopping store in Czech rep or Hungary on my next visit (I will have to drive thru those countries next 3 weeks anyway) and make all my shopping there. It's my last experiance with this particular not serious brand. :)
