I gotta tell ya, I had a pretty rough experience with Alrehlat.com. I went ahead and booked some tickets for me and my fam, thinking everything would be smooth sailing. Boy, was I wrong!

So, I had to cancel my reservations on the same day, and I even paid this extra fee for a refund guarantee. But let me tell ya, their customer support was nowhere to be found. I mean, seriously, what's the point of paying for a guarantee if they don't even bother to help you out?

And get this, instead of getting a full refund like I expected, they only gave me back 300 bucks out of the almost 6500 dollars I spent on those tickets. Can you believe that? I was fuming, to say the least. I mean, come on, I cancelled on the same day! They should've given me my money back, no questions asked.

But wait, it gets even worse. It took them a whopping year to process that measly refund. Yeah, you heard me right, a whole year! I mean, who has time to wait around for that long? It's just plain ridiculous.

All in all, I wouldn't recommend Alrehlat.com to anyone. Their customer support is non-existent, and their refund process is a total nightmare. Save yourself the headache and book your tickets elsewhere. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

The experience I had with this company was the absolute worst, I tell ya. I've been tryin' to get a refund since April 2022, and here we are in mid-December, and still no sign of those darn amounts in my account. They sent me an email sayin' it would take 14 workin' days for the refund to come through, startin' from October 2022. Well, let me tell ya, those days have come and gone, and still nothin'. Can ya believe it? And to top it all off, they ain't even given me an explanation for the delay. It's like they don't even care about their customers.

I gotta warn ya, folks, stay away from this company. Don't even think about dealin' with 'em. They've got no respect for their customers' time or money. I've been waitin' for so long, I'm just plain tired. I've lost all hope in this company. It's become clear to me that they're nothin' but a bunch of fraudsters. Can't trust 'em one bit.

If you don't believe me, go ahead and check the emails under the reservation number XE5IK3FD. See for yourself if there's any follow-up team in this company. I bet ya won't find a trace of 'em. They're probably too busy ignorin' their customers and takin' their sweet time with refunds. It's a real shame, I tell ya.

Booking #XKHIYD. The airlines cancelled my ticket in August 2020 due to Covid-19. I've contacted Alrehlat multiple times asking for a refund, but they always come up with excuses, saying they haven't received the ticket refund from the Airline.

I reached out to the Airline myself, and they confirmed that the money was already deposited into Alrehlat's account at the time of cancellation. Only after I showed them proof of the deposit did Alrehlat finally admit to receiving my money.

Since then, I've contacted Alrehlat three more times, and each time they tell me, "We're happy to process your refund, but it will take 60 days." It seems like Alrehlat has their own special calendar that starts ticking from the moment you call them. These 60 days seem to stretch on forever, starting anew with every call.

They might respond with something like, "We've forwarded your request to the appropriate department and will prioritize it," but don't be fooled. They're just professional liars who get paid for it.

Please, do yourself a favor and keep your hard-earned money away from these thieves.
