This was the email sent to the co-founder, Executive Vice President as well as other senior executives in which I have not even received an acknowledgement let along resolution.

Good afternoon,

I am writing this email to notify you of an absolutely terrible experience and interaction I had with one of your chat representatives early this morning.

I attempted two days ago as well but my chat session was ended by your representative for no apparent reason so I attempted again yesterday. After I had explained that my package was not received and that I did receive an email from DHL showing they placed the package out in the open on my step, I was advised that they had to launch an investigation and it would take 7-10 days.

I informed the representative that is unacceptable as this is an issue between you and you courier company and does not involve me at all. I explained that their was absolutely no reason for them to leave my package out in the open for someone to take when there were cars on the driveway and my parents were home. That was the choice for the driver to be lazy and not get someone to sign for the package so again that is an issue between Alo and DHL and I should not have to wait 7-10 days.

I explained this was a gift that i needed for this weekend I will not wait to get a refund nor should I because of someone's negligence. I was given the standard line that this is the process and there is nothing that they can do in which I replied that if I don't get my refund immediately that I will escalate this matter and share my experience through all social media outlets. This was not a threat, I was simply letting the representative know this so that should it happen I had given ALO the opportunity to resolve the matter before posting my experience.

What I received as a response was unthinkable! I have included screenshots below of this part of the chat and after you review it I am sure you will agree that the tone and the things that were said are completely out of line and do not represent the ALO brand. To compound that matter when I asked to speak to a supervisor the representative ended the chat.

I refuse to be treated like this by anyone especially as a paying customer for an item I didn't receive, therefore I ask that my refund be issued immediately and that I be further compensated for in which the manner I was treated by your representative.

No customer should have to experience what I did yesterday and today. If this is culture at ALO and you are not prepared to correct it and make it right, then the public has that right to be aware of ALO's business practices and the employee's you hire.

My order # is GE485362324US and my name is Andonio Fiore. I have attached a picture of where the package was left as well as the chat interaction.

I will await your reply today.
