I live in Lago Lindo. Our maintenance fees were raised $75.00 all at once. They cut off our water twice because we didn't pay. The Manager Jackie Perez doesn't have a clue. She doesn't care.

As a resident, I ain't never had no problems. This office is real good at gettin' back to ya and talkin' to 'em is a breeze. I've lived in other places before, but this management is real nice and they keep my community lookin' spick and span.

They deserve a rating of 0. They are slandering, defaming, and intimidating the communities they manage. In addition, they work adamantly AGAINST the community they are being paid to protect. A disgrace is an understatement. They should have their license revoked.

Allied Property Group is the managment company for the condo where I live. They are always very responsive and resolve my issues in a timely fashion. When I call, a receptionist always answers my call and transfers me to the assistant who helps me out. They have always been friendly.

Horrible service, no empathy. Business is business, but when people are at risk, it's impossible... No service at all, very disappointing. At Sonoma Lakes, one stairway collapsed on Saturday and the owners were absent. We're still waiting for them. We paid the HOA, but it's like nobody cares... It's a complete mess.

I've been working with Allied for the past 3 years and they're really good at getting back to you, whether it's by phone or email. They take care of the residents' needs quickly. Their staff is awesome and friendly, and their customer service is top-notch. Out of all the management companies my Association has dealt with, I would definitely recommend Allied 100%.

I've been waiting for Jackie *** to get back to me but she ain't communicatin'. I sent her emails and made phone calls 'bout an ongoing safety issue at our complex. Every time I call, it goes straight to her voicemail and she ain't called back yet. She's ignorin' my emails, so I don't know if anythin's bein' done. This has been goin' on for years and I'm tired of tryin' to get a simple answer outta her.

Today I had to call the management of the association of the neighborhood where I am an owner regarding the payment of the fee for January/23. I had a lucky experience because the person who attended me, ***, was really kind and efficient. They addressed my problem and offered help to register on the association's portal so I could monitor my account status. Sincerely, *** Kendalaire Villas Association.

Impossible people to deal with. I recently bought a property in one of the complexes they manage and for the last three days, the office is so incompetent that they can't even make a simple call to the front gate to allow entry.

The secretary has to pass the message along to the back office, but they never answer the phone. I leave messages and emails, but get no response. The people in charge, like *** and ***, are absolutely useless.

5 Star wel deservd. This company shows alot of dedication and integrity. Working there for several years, I have learned alot about associations and the work that comes in managing multiple residential communities. This company has always given their clients the attention needed along with providing information and documentation requested. We see dozens of residents, potential buyers and renters, coming to our office on a daily basis, providing the best customer service to each individual with a smile.

Jimmy: I send u this email as a farewell and to thank u for all ur help and cooperation for all these years we have owned our property. Yesterday afternoon we closed on the sale of the property and a chapter in a book my mother began to write when she purchased in 1988 as one of the original buyers was finished. In all my years of working with a development company, I have dealt with many managers. I don't say this just to sound polite but u are a role model for people in ur profession to mirror. The easy things such as returning a phone call or email or meeting on the property to know a matter is being handled correctly speaks volumes. I also would like to thank ur staff, there are too many to mention, but Dinibeth has been a pleasure to work with and very responsive at any time I have called. Again, the very best to to and ur family and much success and health.

On October 13th, my car got towed from XXXXX SW *** Apt ***. I found out that my vehicle was wrongly towed based on the apartment condominium's bylaws. According to the association, all vehicles owned by The *** & Townhomes Condominium Association Inc must display a permit/parking sticker/decal on the front side of the window (see photo). If a vehicle is parked overnight without a sticker/decal, it will be towed at the owner's expense. Visitors staying longer than forty-eight (48) hours need to contact the management for a temporary parking permit/decal. It's worth noting that my car has a decal, and the bylaws don't mention the decal's color or any restrictions on where it can or cannot park. Additionally, my vehicle was parked in a guest parking spot for less time than allowed before towing. I've attached the receipt that states my car was towed because the "decal verde no puede estar en visitor". I'm demanding a full refund of ***.

Property Mngmt Co. messed up F.S.720.303(c)4 by not keeping good track of money and charging wrong with lawyer. In June , I got a "late notice" from the condo group. They said I didn't pay and owed $.96 for many years. I said I would pay the .96 but I didn't miss a payment. They sent a confusing list and said I had to pay. I kept asking for details but they didn't want to help. The payment was for 15 years. I told them I couldn't show them old checks, so they got a lawyer. I told the lawyer I disagreed, but they said they would put a lien on my property if I didn't pay. I had to spend more money and lots of time trying to figure out my payment history. If they had good records, it would have been easy, but instead, I had to pay $1600 for no reason.

This complaint is about the HOA for *** apartments in Cutler Bay. I own an apartment at *** Ave, Unit ***, ***. The apartment is on the top floor and there's been a roof leak for a long time. At first, about a year ago, the leak was small, so I wasn't too worried, even though I told the association about it. But in November , my tenant said it got worse. The plaster on the ceiling started falling down, and they had to put buckets under it when it rained. I emailed the association many times, but they never replied. I called multiple times over a long period, but no one answered or returned my calls. Finally, I got frustrated and found out the association had another branch in Palm Beach, so I called them in December . I talked to a lady named ***. She was nice and said she would follow up. Later, *** from the local office called me and said he would contact a roofer. He wanted to inspect the damage, so I arranged a time with my tenant. But *** didn't show up. I've called and emailed many times for updates, but they've ignored me every time. Then on February 15th, *** emailed me in response to one of my emails and said he would contact a roofer again. I've asked to speak to a manager or someone higher up many times, but they've ignored all my requests. I've even told them I might contact an organization like yours because of their inaction, but that didn't make a difference either. I hope you can help me find a solution.
