Allegiant Air review: Passengers denied flight boarding

My brother in law and his wife and pet dog were denied boarding because the zipper was stuck on her dog carrier and they desk attendant said the dog needed to turn around in her carrier on command...this is his service dog and she is trained to turn around in a carrier and that is NOT LISTED AS A MANDATORY POINT ON YOUR PET PAGES!

His wife became angry and she speaks broken English, they then told her SHE COULD NOT FLY!

You treat your customers terrible and you bully them. I plan to report you to the Better Business Bureau and anywhere else I can post your RUDE RACIAL BULLYING!

You ripped my husband off over $200 in the past you promised to refund him when you screwed him out of his return flight, two years ago, guess you still are the most awful airline and I cannot believe they chose you...
