We had our entire back porch enclosed by All Pro Shade Concepts. From start to finish- a very professional company and we are so pleased with the end product. These shades created an entirely new outdoor living area for us! Our installation was extensive and covered a large area. The crew showed up by 7 am- exactly what was communicated by the office. John, Mike, and Sarah worked tirelessly to install our shades in early August despite the scorching temps. Every interaction was professional and they communicated throughout the process and provided training on the remote use once installation was complete. We highly recommend this company and would definitely recommend them to our friends and family!

We had All Pro Shade Concepts install motorized shades for our bedroom and kitchen windows as well as a 20' shade for our patio, and Dayton did a fantastic job. We were impressed by their skills and by their professionalism. They evaluated and determined the best way to run the wiring and conduits and chose the option with the least visible conduits. When they ran into some unexpected field conditions, they took the time to ensure that they would cause no damage to piping and proceeded with caution. All stucco holes were carefully patched and painted over. Even though the installation required more time than they expected, they took the time and the end result was a beautiful installation.

In the spring of 2021, I purchased a set of 3 patio shades from All Pro Shade Concepts. We have been very pleased with the results from day one. Pricing is competitive and quality is great. However, what I most appreciate about this company, is their attention to EXCELLENT customer service (which is hard to find these days). A couple of minor concerns/adjustments that I called about in recent months, were taken care in a timely and satisfactory manner. In my area, they have an excellent trouble shooting technician and assistant that are very professional, capable and personable - John W and Sarah Smith. We had called several companies and not received calls back when a family member recommended All Pro Shade Concepts. They had just been to his house to place his order and he was happy with their timeliness and product. We called the same day and they were out the next day to give us a quote. We purchased that day and today, 3-4 weeks later, the team from All Pro Shade Concepts were out to install our shades. They did a fantastic job! Worked quickly and professionally and were really nice and friendly to work with. We can immediately tell a difference in the temperature near those windows and in the light coming in as well. I absolutely recommend All Pro Shade Concepts! From the phone call to the quote to the install, we're SUPER impressed!

We purchased a retractable shade from All Pro Shade Concepts and it was installed this week (Jan 2022). From start to finish they were very helpful and easy to work with. Returned phone calls, replied to emails, and delivered on schedule. John was our sales person. He knows the product and could explain all the details. Installation was done at the time and on the date promised. Mike and Dave were our installation crew. Both nice guys, and very skilled installers. They took time to explain the installation and provided good instructions on use of the shade as well as "do and don'ts" to ensure we will get a lot of good use of our new shade. We are very satisfied and highly recommend All Pro Shade Concepts.

We had All Pro Shade Concepts out yesterday for a retractable shade install on our back patio. The team of installers were great! They worked efficiently and in a timely manner. When the install was done, they cleaned up the area and took the time to explain how the mechanism worked and answer all of our questions. They made this experience fabulous! I have to say that it did not start out great, as the salesman who came to our house, seemed kind of rushed. We ended up going to the showroom and that made the biggest difference in our decision making. There was also a bit of back and forth with ordering and scheduling, which was frustrating, but now that the patio shade is installed, it's beautiful and we really enjoyed using the lighting feature last night. This is a win win!

I purchased a 26 foot awning and two vertical shades with installation.1) The products were available sooner than promised.2) The installation was sooner than scheduled (since I asked for the first available appointment). Both the product and work performed were better than I hoped for. Manny, the sales representative, the installation team, and the customer service team were very courteous and professional. They answered all questions that I had plus listened to what I wanted. After a perfect install, my complete outdoor areas were cleaned up like no one was here. My hats off to the supervisor who came to the house to inspect the work and made some very useful suggestions as to where and how the equipment should be mounted. I am very happy with the finished job and very proud of the look. I recommend All Pro Shade Concepts to anyone who wants backyard shade and increase their living space.

Shop around! These guys must put a screw driver and shade in front of the sales person if they picked the shade they are shade pros. Worst experience with the sales person Danny Sturt came down gave us Estimate on patio covers I live in a 55 plus community have to get design and color approval the drawing was well let's say there was just a make shift design And this guy put shades up here supposedly didn't tell me that the shade color was to be matching the house and the roll box was to be the color of our pergola what side the shade was to be and where the roll down cables were to be. I'm home owner that's why I had a professional come down...? Submitted the plans after a week the board rejected the plans due to not approval guide lines. Save your time and stay with the guy that picked the screwdriver.

All Pro Shade Concepts were Absolutely Outstanding! From our initial meeting with John, the customer representative/sales person, to the installation that was completed by Mike and Sarah we were very satisfied. Our appointment time for installation of our blind was between 9 am, Mike and Sarah arrived at the 8am time frame, they contacted us prior to their arrival. Once on site they conducted themselves very professionally, Mike's knowledge of how best to install the blind was greatly appreciated, there were unexpected challenges which could have proven to be problematic however with his expertise in the installation process those were all avoided. Our blind is absolutely beautiful! We greatly appreciate the workmanship and professionalism of Mike and Sarah and look forward to working with All Pro Shade Concepts again in the very near future.

Wow! What an impressive company and great experience! It's not often that I engage with a company that inspires me to write a review, but All Pro Shade Concepts in Phoenix was certainly the exception. The quality and look of the motorized shade screen they installed is spectacular! It's functional, beautiful, sturdy - it's more than we were expecting and all we were hoping for. Beyond the finished product, All Pro was a pleasure to work with and performed exactly as promised. From the initial consultation to the installation, their team was always knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and on time! And I would be remiss if I didn't complement the installation team. John Smith and Jane Doe arrived when promised and completed a fast, beautiful, courteous, and professional installation. The quality of the installation was equal in the quality of the shade. After talking with neighbors and obtaining quotes from various shade installers, we chose All Pro Shade Concepts to install retractable sun shades on our patio. Brok from sales did not hurry through the in-home visit, took time to explain all of the different options we considered, even came out for a second visit to help us finalize our decision on mounting locations. The estimated delivery was shorter than quoted by other installers and the product was even available a week earlier than estimated. John and Mike who did the install were also very professional and knowledgeable. They were efficient, took adequate time to explain the operation and issues to be aware of (i.e. wind impact due to our orientation), cleaned up the area, and completed the install in much less time than we expected. We are very pleased with the whole process, the professional and friendly staff, and we love the results! We can finally enjoy late afternoon dinners on our patio in the shade!

I purchased two Patio Shades from All Pro Shade Concepts. In my opinion, the quality of the Sales and install process were first rate. The sales representative made the Sales Process super easy, and the team from Install / Services were very thorough in explaining the Shade functionality, the install itself, and how to go about any follow-up inquiries if needed. The installers cleaned up after their install, and their install professionalism reinforced why I choose All Pro Shade Concepts for my residential "shade" needs. Several years back, I also purchased Solar Screens for my windows from All Pro Shade Concepts. The company and personnel certainly stand behind their product and people 100%, and their product selection are some of the best in the business. Our sales rep was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and the installers were Mr. John and Mr. Smith. In-home visit by Mr. Johnson was swift after one phone call in March. We quickly decided on the requirements for manual roller shades with no haggling on the price which was reasonable. We were informed that the time to install would be in the month of May just when mercury hits 100F. Fortunately, we received a call from the manager 2 days before the installation day towards the end of April. John and Smith were indeed masters in getting the wide shades installed and warned us about high wind effects on the shades. We appreciate very much for all these. But at the time of the in-home visit, we should have double-checked on the correct width for one of the shades and ended up 4-6 inches short with sunlight peeping into the living area. We relied on the measurement done by the in-home visit sales personnel. Otherwise, the process of installing 2 hand-cranked roller shades went through fine and hope to save on the electric bill.

We have used All Pro Shade Concepts for all of our sunscreen needs since moving to Arizona in 2018. We originally found them at the Phoenix Home Show to do our full custom electronic patio screen/shade. They did a meticulous job measuring and installing and am happy to say four years later still performing problem free. We were so completely satisfied and happy with our initial purchase, we recontacted them to make sunscreens for first the west and south sides of our home and most recently the east. A date to come out to do our measurements was made quick and effortlessly. Their representative came out, did a custom quote on the spot and an order was placed with screens being delivered and installed by their team just three short weeks later. All employees were knowledgeable, friendly and meticulous in their work ethic. What a positive difference all of our screens make with the blistering Arizona sunshine in keeping glare and temperatures down in the house. We initially purchased with energy efficiency in mind, but have found as an added bonus, they add positively to the visual esthetic of our home. We contacted All Pro Shade Concepts to get a quote for automatic patio shades as we were tired of the manual roll-up ones that we had for nearly 10 years. They returned our call and scheduled Brok the sales rep for a week out. Brok showed up on time and was very personable, courteous and very knowledgeable about the products where we decided to go with the electric shades. Lead time for fabrication was about 6-8 weeks which was fine. All Pro Shade Concepts called about 5 weeks later to schedule the installation. They gave us a 2-hour window for the install appointment. The morning of the install the team called to apprise they were about 20 mins from arrival. The 4-person installation crew of John, Mark, Sarah, and Mike arrived ahead of time and have to complement them all for their great attitudes! They all had smiles on and got started with the install right away. This 4-person team worked cohesively together, they removed the old blinds and mounting hardware and filled the holes without asking! Their work was meticulous, clean and fast. They never ever complained even having to go into the attic to pull power. Great guys where it was a pleasure to have them do this job. We cannot express our gratitude and what it a pleasure it was working with Brok and the installation crew of John, Mark, Sarah, and Mike. Only place to go for shades!
