I booked a round trip ticket from Johor Bahru to Penang and vice versa from 23 Jan 2024 to 27 Jan 2024 from Mail Id [protected]@hotmail.com from air Asia website on January 01 2024 with booking reference number N7HMYZ for my wife Geetha Kannan

She reached Senai International Airport at 10.45 1hour prior to check in for 11.45 flight .She went to kiosk to take print out of boarding pass as we weren’t aware of online checkin .There was no staff to help and the first system showed JB to Penang boarding pass and it took time and never printed the receipt. We printed in the next kiosk and went to queue for check in .Later they didn’t allow and said it is wrong boarding pass and it is for return from Penang to Jb though she pressed the right one.

Later the ground staff JURATNA and TUNKU NUR IZZATI guided her to go and print again but she couldn’t print the boarding pass and then they guided her to go to manual counter by then the time was 11.20 but the gate was still open. Though she had no check in baggage NAZIM the manual counter person didn’t take any effort to issue the boarding pass or let her in . He made her wait till 11.45 and ensured the flight left .

She wasn’t able to board the flight even though she was on time and later the next flight was fully booked and had no availability even at triple price and our Penang plan is completely destroyed because of ground staff negligence, poor communication skill , lack of knowledge and intention to cheat people to buy higher tickets. They didn’t guide her to the sales counter inside Airport and said there is no such counter .

We are looking for complete refund of both our tickets to and fro as it is no fault of us . And we will never chose AirAsia as we are highly disappointed and will escalate in Social media about poor service if our money goes for waste .Please do refund the whole money as there is no feasible option to move .
