I double booked a flight for 2 from Manila to Incheon last Oct. 22, 2022 under booking nos. P45R8Z and Q5KGRJ.

Booking no. P45R8Z was cancelled, but still, you charged both to my credit card as shown on photo.

In view of this, I am requesting for a full refund of the one charged under booking no. P45R8Z amounting to₱PHP29,576.78

Good am! I just want to complaint my case status since until now we could not receive any progress of my refund travel that my credit card using for payment. Please take action of my case because i really need financial to provide our family needs. this is the information of my case/ or travel dates since 2020

i did not received any emails for my booking number and itinerary ticket.

i booked my ticket yesterday morning and paid in 7eleven yesterday, but until now i did not get any emails.

my flight is JANUARY 8, 2023 from PUERTO PRINCESA CITY PALAWAN TO MANILA, with 2 passengers.

On November 22, 5:30 in the morning passenger NENITA BRIONES & FERNANDO BRIONES, two are both senior cetizen. Crew of Air Asia tacloban/airport have Not allowed to be On board the subject senior cetizen due to FERNANDO BRIONES is hard to Go up stairs on the airplaine, they didnt offer any remidy to help the two senior cetizen instead they dont allowed to get on board.

Hoping for your immediate response and actions for this very infuriating situation.

Really disappointed and disheartening to know even this kind of airline do exist

Booked a flight for my parents from Sydney to Chennai

They cancelled the flight when I left my parents in airport and my parents called me I went again to pick them

They delayed flight from Sydney to kuala lampur by a day and then 10 hours layoff initially it was 2 hours and then to kuala lampur to Chennai

It took 24 hours for their journey even without a bottle of water

Pathetic and absolute rubbish

Guys atleast this post will help some and please don’t book this airline again for their behaviour and service

i have chat with your customer service eriko ye on 2/11/22 and she ask me to submit all the document needed for refund of my booking H5E9PW.and i alerady did. and she gave me the case number [protected] and said will refund within 15 days.but now already 19days and still no refund, and i try to check the status thru the case number [protected] they said no record.

air asia cancelled our flight back in 2020 (PNR: LZQGYZ) a return journey from singapore to Denpasar bali for 2 passengers. a refund was confrimed but we still havnt had the money back to our account and cant get in touch with anyone at customer services. we went to book some more flights with them so would accept a voucher but no reply.

I was very disappointed! We're almost got there before 8am but the staff told us that we're still late ! , imagine almost 30people left behind ! Why you don't consider us and you still charge us for the rebookable which is not our fault ! Now give me us a reason why you dont consider us?

Yesterday my flight from Surabaya to Bali ref X6IH4D on the 13th December 2022 was cancelled and moved to the 14th Dec 2022. I have requested a full refund to my credit card, but this is being refused offering only flight credit. I can not change dates as hotel bookings are made for respective nights in the two locations. I have rebooked travel on the 13 Dec on another airline.

I am 75 and will not be traveling again in your area. I equally do not live in your operational area.

I thus am requiring a full refund.

I booked (July 15, 2020) a flight from Manila to Taipei for January 28, 2021. Then, I received an email on December 25th informing me that it got cancelled due to Covid.

Included in the email are the two options I could do, use the credit account feature or obtain a full refund.

I chose the full refund and have been doing follow-ups ever since. Someone called me sometime in May or June 2021 promising me that I'd get the refund before the end of 2021, but it never happened.

I still continued making follow-ups through their website but unfortunately, they just keep saying that the case is still open.

In August, I (again) sent a comment on their Twitter account and after that, at last, someone emailed me. They asked again if I want to credit it to my account or get a refund which would take long. They also get my bank details to send the refund to.

I responded with the required bank details and personal information and asked, how long I need to wait. There was no response to my email. What's worse, the open case status from my AirAsia dashboard became 'Closed'

So, I again messaged them through the website asking why they closed it. To my dismay, their live chat agents couldn't give me information and the chat only got disconnected. This happened twice, on that same time. Both agents I talked to just left the conversation.

Their Twitter agent also does not respond anymore to direct messages.

For the amount of seven thousand pesos plus, what's taking them so long to refund it. Why are they making it difficult for us?

It has been two years, TWO (2) years of waiting in agony! Please help!

My flight AK6493 (Sandakan to Kota Kinabalu) dated 11/11/22 was delayed without any further notification on estimated time to depart.

The initial departure date 750am with boarding time of 710am. It was delayed significantly. The staff didnt even inform until almost 830am. Almost all passengers were queing for 1hour to board the flight. To my suprise, they even proceed accordingly for the next flight at 11am.

This is extremely disappointing.

Re: PNR# KUIIYL (Your reference [protected]) You emailed me to say that the refund request had been validated on 09 September yet still no refund has been processed for these flights which YOU cancelled as the flights were no longer available.

This is just not acceptable to have to wait two months now for a refund and no way of really contacting you apart from this or via a robot message service!

Process this refund immediately and message me to confirm that it has been done. I am also writing to my credit card company to intervene with this transaction.

I have a complaint and want a compensation for the flight and the hotel booked.

We booked a short trip to Langkawi via Trip.com

The flight to Langkawi with Air Asia Flight AK6326 departure at 7.10am. So we need to leave our house at 4.15am and we were at the airport at 5.10am. The check in was not possible and after standing hours in queues, we were booked on the flight AK 6316 to Langkawi planned departure 1.55 pm. This would be already a major delay but now this flight is delayed to 5pm and we're not willing to fligh anymore after Air Asia kept us already 10 hours at the airport. We're claiming to get the money for the flight, the hotel and the return flight because Air Asia screwed our weekend.

I had booked a flight for the clients namely; Jonathan Lacaba, Angelo Flores and Florentina Precilda last October 19, 2022 with booking number of F9VR6U and flight number Z2331. However, on the day of the flight, which was October 25, 2022- 9:50am, due to one of the passengers/ client's health status your airline declined the departure/ travel of the client. I was able to personally talk to your airline manager and he informed me that my payment for the cancelled flight due to above-said reasons will be refunded through the CREDIT REFUND, in which your airline offered. However, as I was doing the process on my AirAsia account, the CREDIT REFUND cannot be processed. May your airline assist me with the process, as your manager assured me about the refund. Thank you in advance

I made a booking on the 28th of October on the Air Asia website for 9 pax travelling to Kota Kinabalu from Kuala Lumpur. I made a mistake on the month which is from the 17th November to 21st November 2022 but my actual dates was supposed to be 17th December to 21st December 2022. I realised after making the payment that the month was wrong and i immediately made the changes to the flight. I took a Premium Flexi fare and thought that since i changed immediately i would not be charged the change fee.

But i was shocked to see that i had to pay an additional of RM2520 for the changes which is ridiculous. A little lower would have been fine as i know it was my mistake. But this is like two more people flying in.

Can Air Asia pls help me with this and give me a discount on the additional cost that i have paid please. I hope someone can really seriously look into this and get back to me.

I need my refund as soon as possible. Have been waiting too long. Its been 2 weeks going to 3 weeks, I need my refund as soon as possible by this week. I don't care. I've paid it instantly to book my flight and I need the refund instantly too. I'm really disappointed with this service. Cancelled my flight without notifying me where else I've provided several ways to contact me via SMS nor email but your side has no initiative to provide me a notification regarding the flight cancellation, now I need my refund instantly. Its has been to long. I don't care how busy your side are. Its my money. I have the rights to have it instantly. As soon as possible!

I booked a flight for 2 passengers to Korea on Oct. 22, 2022 under Booking No. Q5KGRJ.

When i checked the payment details, I have been charged "8x" seat add on amounting to 1320PHP as shown on the photo attached, I did change our seats but i only did it once and was charged at 200PHP as shown on the payment details. I am not aware of the "8X seat add-on". May I know what is this that you charged me?

In view of this, I would like to ask for refund for the "8x seat add on" amounting to 1320PHP because i am not aware of this.

I bought a ticket from Air Asia KUL- TGG on 27/10/22.

First attempt of payment chosen was through online banking, and i paid using Maybank2U, then at the end of the transaction it was stated that payment by credit card failed.

No notification or email received with regards to this for this 'payment'.

2nd attempt, the same ticket, the same payment method, it was successful. I got my booking no.

Upon checking my transactions, there are 2 charges.
