They are excellent. I order on day and it's usually here in two. I have never had a problem. I ordered syringes with the wrong size needle but that was not their fault it was mine I love their prompt service. I will be ordering from them until my dog doesn't need it anymore. I would recommend them to everyone.

I have a diabetic Miniature Schnauzer and for the last 3 years I got her syringes from ADW. These are quality pet syringes with half marks and less expensive than from the Vet clinic. Shipping is less expensive than other vendors, fast, well packed, never a hiccup, and a discount on every order for being a return customer. Recommended.

Absolutely everything is always perfect with this company. 5 stars isn't enough. I have been ordering from them for years and never a problem. They always have the items in stock, their prices are reasonable and their shipping is fast. There wouldn't be a reason not to order from them. The highest praise and keep up the great work people need you.

ADW has always provided wonderful and reliable service. Having a diabetic cat, on the glargine at $315 a vial, I appreciate their great prices on the insulin syringes and other products that I need. My orders have always arrived on time, and correctly filled. They provide everything needed, glucose monitor, strips, calibration solutions, etc. I greatly appreciate this company.

Online service was easy to navigate for me at least. Have always received the product ordered in a quick and timely manner with notifications of receipt of order and shipping information! They offer lower cost options for my supplies though I prefer to stay with name brand which are competitively priced. Delivered to my door in a plain outer packaging! No complaints about service or products! ?

I like ADW because of the affordability of glucose testing supplies. The shipping rate is also unbeatable, packaging could be better. The temperature sensitive test was just thrown into a box without any protection from the elements. USPS carrier just threw the package on the bare floor and it rained upon for two days. Is just using the test at my own risk because I don’t how the weather has affected them.

As an Insulin Dependent Diabetic, I require numerous supplies to manage condition. I work full time so convenience is important as well as safety. I can find all of my supplies at ADW and they have never let me down. Fast shipping. Full customer service. Many quality selections for supplies. I've had one issue in the many years I've been a customer. They were quick to resolve it to my full satisfaction. I highly recommend this online medical supply vendor.

Like many other customers, I have a wonderful dog that has diabetes. When this illness came upon him, it was very sudden and very critical, I knew nothing about what challenges would be facing us, but ADW was very helpful, having all the supplies that he needs, and best of all, there is a wide variety of products to choose from, all available for rapid delivery to your doorstep. I have never had anything but complete satisfaction from ADW on all my orders.

My wife uses "pin needles" for her diabetic medication daily. Finding the size and type she uses on a regular basis is next to impossible. ADW Diabetes always has what she needs. They ship quickly and our item is always on time even though we live near the end of the Earth on a small town one mile in diameter on the Gulf Coast of Texas. We are about 50 miles from the nearest drug stores who never stock what she wants. Thanks AWD for an easy, timely service to meet our needs.

ADW Diabetes customer service is spot on. I had a problem (my own fault) with an online transaction and was concerned about a double charge to my credit card. I called ADW customer service and asked if I had been double charged on my card. They did not see anything on that day but a day or two later I had an email saying ADW had cancelled a second transaction and order. It was the one I was concerned about. Thank You, ADW for looking out for me and keeping things straight and honest!

Prompt service and reliable new products well within the expiration date. Some other online providers ship similar products with only a few weeks left before they expire. Pricing is always competitive. They have enough items in stock to ship orders quickly. The only problems I've encountered is that free shipping requires a purchase which is larger than I usually need at the time. Many glucose strip orders come with free lancets that I don't need because I use a lancing device that is different than lancets that come with the strips.

I have been using ADW for several years. I found them when I was trying to find a more affordable way to treat my cat's diabetes. They had the same injectors as the vet at a much lower price. They even found me replacement injectors at no additional charge when the original ones weren't available. I as happy that they proactively took care of a problem, and just informed me, with an opportunity to cancel if I wasn't happy. To me, that is exceptional customer service. Their portal has also been easy to manage and I have been able to change/tweak my delivery as necessary with no issues. I recommend them!

I ordered a box of 10 packs of syringes and the box first of all was not sealed whatsoever they generally have a shrink wrap over them and this one had none and it's a relatively false looking package as if these are not even authentic BB Veo syringes and upon checking and rechecking and then rechecking I received nine packs of nine syringes 81 total when I was supposed to receive 10 packs of nine syringes totaling to 90. So not only am I fairly certain they are passing off *** merchandise taking full advantage of the major advancements in black markets manufacturing... But they sent me an unsealed and incomplete box.

I have been using ADW Diabetes for nearly two years for my diabetic cat. Prices are very fair but that's not why I am a devoted customer. They keep me coming back because their customer service is unsurpassed in any online supplier or retailer I've used. For example, I have a reoccurring order so that I always have insulin needles for my cat without fearing I might run out or worrying and wondering if I should reorder. Once on the day my cat's needles were supposed to ship, I didn't have money in the account that is normally charged. Because they know this is a critical care matter for my cat and knew I wouldn't want to miss any doses, they gave me a personal call and were incredibly empathetic, helpful, understanding and flexible. In just a few minutes we'd found a resolution and my cat's health was ensured! Every interaction I've had with them has been outstanding and I'm thankful I found them! -
