Advanced Roofing Systems & Construction LLC is the real deal. They did my roof and it looks great. They were fast and got the job done right. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs roofing work done. They are the best in the business.

I really liked the job they did! They fixed up my roof and siding and it looks amazing, like a brand new crib! A couple of my neighbors came over and said it looked great too. I'd definitely get them to do more work for me down the road!

I gotta say, ARS peeps were super profesh. We had some hail damage and Brett, the Project Manager, was on it like white on rice. He even called up our insurance company for us. Now we got a fresh new roof and gutters. Our neighbors even said the work was top-notch. Big ups to ARS! Thanks a bunch!

I think we might have had some storm damage on the roof, so I called Brett at ARS Construction. He went up and verified that we did, and then worked with the insurance adjustor. 2 weeks later Brett had a crew out replacing the roof and oversaw the job from start to finish. They did a fantastic job! I highly recommend Brett and ARS Construction!

We used ARS Construction to replace our roof and siding on our house because of a storm damage claim. Kevin and Christian took care of all the problems with the insurance company and made the whole process stress-free. The scheduling was fast and they told us every step in the process. Their crew was very professional, worked fast, and cleaned up all the materials when they finished the job. The final result was great, and I'm really happy with ARS Construction. Working with this company was a great experience and I would recommend ARS Construction to anyone looking for a professional and honest family-owned business.

Kevn and Bret were awsome to work with threw this hole process. It was a process! We had some storm damage (piece of fascia pulled off) and Kevn showed up the next day to inspect the house. He determined that the hole roof was damaged and helped with the claim. He went to battle with the insurance company who's initial inspector did not find damage to warrant a roof and closed the claim. Kevn took charge and managed to get the claim reopened and submitted his own inspection to provide proof of damages. The insurance company reinspected and agreed to a new roof, gutters, fascia repair and front door. Originally, the insurance inspector only claimed the fascia needed fixed (less than deductible, closed the claim). Kevn also upgraded me to a class 3 shingle which provided for an homeowners insurance discount. Bret was my project manager, he was very easy to work with and made sure all aspects of the job were completed as required. He was also the gentleman who Kevn had inspect the roof to reopen the claim. In the end, Bret managed the project extremely well and made sure all items requiring to be fixed were fixed and code updates made where needed. Kevn and Bret were awsome to work with, I would highly recommend them and ARS.

I hired this company to put up some siding on my house. They did my roof last year and it was good. But this time, they put up the wrong color siding. I asked for desert sand, but they used desert. Now my intercom and alarm don't work. They sent me a letter saying I owe them $3000, even though they messed up. I called them while they were working and told them about the color and the intercom and alarm. They sent someone to fix it, but it's still not right. They didn't connect the wiring for my side lights and they cut the wires to my Ring Pro. They still haven't finished the job.

I hired A.R.S.construction to do work at my place and paid them 26k. But they didn't complete all the work. They did some concrete work but didn't finish the porches. The ceiling wasn't opened to view framing and fix, and the siding was damaged. They provided 3 pillars but only bought 1. They did rap them, but the gable work is incomplete. The contract lacked details of the tongue and grove and frame fixing, and I thought his son was doing all the trips back and forth to the truck. I have an unfinished garage door that is unleveled, and they repositioned my motor, which is now making noises. I want a refund of 6k to finish the work that I'll have to get back to.

On April 2 ARS replaced a skylight and other materials like shingles as needed, new ice and water and flashing. But on June 27, there was heavy rains and my main bathroom was leaking at the skylight. I contacted both *** and you requesting the skylight area to be tarp, but this didn't happen. On June 28, you sent *** to my home. He inspected the main bathroom, the skylight, and the area where ARS did the work. *** placed silicone in the area around the skylight and nailed in the shingle(s). I asked him if the skylight was installed correctly and he said no. He spoke to his boss and was supposed to return on July 3 to replace the skylight. On June 30 *** sent via text: "We will get skylight squared away." You (ARS Construction) changed your mind on July 1 for *** to install/replace the skylight correctly. *** sent via text: "*** checked skylight and it's fine." What day did *** come back to my property? The silicone that *** installed is only a temporary solution until a permanent fix is completed. On July 1 at 11:58a.m. a gentleman was on my roof without permission to silicone my skylight again. Can you explain why? Also, why was the silicone put around the turtle type roof vent? On July 1 a professional roofer inspected the skylight that ARS Construction installed. He said the skylight was not installed correctly according to Velux directions. I was written correspondence from Velux. I have sent pictures via text to *** and *** showing my bathroom ceiling damage. ARS Construction did not send anyone with a moisture meter to determine damage where skylight leaked.
