Faulty product and business will not respond.

I ordered an Aduro Mangetic PRO Phone Holder Mount on 6/5 and received an email confirmation that my order was on the way. I tried tracking using the *** eCommerce tracking number without success. On 6/24 I called and left a message and also sent an email. So far I have not received a response from either.

Ordered items on March 9. On March 23 items still had not arrived. Called Customer Service. They said the package was at the *** on *** Called the Post Office and gave them the tracking number. They said it is invalid tracking number. I contacted *** where I have link to my bank. They were advised of the situation. Thank you.

I have a VP10 projector that we got last year. Literally have used it twice for less than 4-5 hours. It will not work and we can not find anywhere to get help. I have tried emailing and calling and get no response. The phone system never allows you to speak to a person so makes me wonder if this is a scam. Im very upset because this product was barely used and very well taken care of and is a lemon.

I purchased one of their bluetooth headsets. It quickly stopped working. I was able to get ahold of their customer service. They sent me a replacement headset, but it didnt ever work. I have tried for a good 4 months to both call and email them with absolutely no luck whatsoever. Ive left tons of emails and voice mails and no response back at all. My warranty on the product runs out in a week. I am not optimistic that i will hear back from anyone there within that short period of time.

I bought 3 Aduro Case And Holster for my Iphone 11. I always buy Aduro because of it's unique design for holstered users. I sent two emails about a manufacture's defect whereas the little plastic piece sitting over the volume controls would first break on one side then ultimately break off. I never received a response. I called multiple times without being able to get to a human being. These were bought through Amazon which I believe is the only online retailer that has a relationship with.

Hi I been trying to get in contact with aconic mobile. I made numerous warranty requests with their screen protector, they havent emailed me back. Im starting to think this is a fake company. The website doesnt seem legit like a robot runs it or something. Unprofessional!My screen protector that I purchased on 9/30 cracked without even dropping my phone. I would like a replacement. All retail stores are closed due to the pandemic so I cannot return it to the store.The item is Aconic Full Body Tempered Glass Screen Protector, Invisible, for iPhone XR.

I purchased two screen protectors with a Lifetime Warranty, TG-IPH5 and TG_IP876 on 10/19/1028 from Five Below. The screen protectors cracked and I emailed the company on 1/2 and registered for the warranty, but no response to either. I have again registered the warranty and no response. When searching to see if the warranty is actually a scam, I came across other ComplaintsBoard.com complaints, and some got action, so i am trying this avenue to get replacements sent to me like they promise with their warranty. I still have the original receipt and original packaging/accessories. Thank you

I purchased a car mount product (at the retail store Microcenter) and I cannot get it to adhere to my dashboard. I called the company 3x and each time I was told I was speaking to the answering service and I would have to leave a message and someone would call me back. Nobody called me back. I received 2 emails asking me the same question "what is your order number?" to which i responded that I didn't have one because I purchased it retail.Today when I called I asked the service for the name of the president, which she could not provide. She also said I could not contact the company directly, I could only leave a message with her

Aduro owes me a refund and replacement of a defective I-phone case I purchased on Nov. 12, 2019. This product's clip design is defective, and the product broke through normal use and is neither usable nor repairable. Because I have requested either a refund or replacement several times for over 1 month without a response from Aduro, it must both provide me with both a refund and replacement in order to make things right, and to demonstrate that it can recover from this serious lapse in customer service.
