ADT Solar review: Lack of proper communication and action

I have ADT solar panels installed in April 2023.

My complaint: In April ,right after panel installation, we had a hail storm damaging my roof. In August . My insurance informed me

of the damage and need for replacement. I have tried for three weeks to get an ADT person to get the solar panels removed so that my roofer can replace the roof. I have called customer service on several occasions. they say they are REACHING OUT to a person who can help me. Finally today I had an email from Jessica Welch telling me I need to contact my insurance before they can give me an estimate on doing my roof. I have spent the morning trying to contact her. I thought I was clear. I only need them to remove the panels. I have already settled with the insurance company and they have paid me the settlement. All I need is the panels removed so my roofer can replace my roof.

My insurance policy renews on October third. They will not insure me if the roof is not completed by then .! Thank you, Deborah
