Adorlla Positive Experience with Adorlla: User-Friendly Website & Efficient Service at 4 Stars

I must say that my overall experience with Adorlla was a positive one. I gave them 4 stars as I did come across a little hiccup during my ordering process. Initially, I was informed that I needed to spend $59 for free shipping, but when I tried to complete my order, it showed that I only needed to spend $49. This left me slightly puzzled and hesitant about proceeding with my purchase. However, I decided to take a chance and re-order a few hours later, and to my relief, the minimum free shipping amount was back to $49. So, I finally placed my order.

On the brighter side, I must commend Adorlla for their user-friendly website navigation. The IT guy behind this deserves a pat on the back! The website load time was quick, and it was easy to find what I was looking for. I am hoping that with standard shipping, my order will arrive in time for Valentine's Day.

Overall, I would recommend Adorlla to anyone in need of quality products, efficient service, and a pleasant online shopping experience. Thank you, Adorlla, for making my shopping journey enjoyable.

Adorlla Disappointing Experience with Adorlla's Customer Service: Lack of Communication and Transparency

I recently placed an order for a product with Adorlla back in May and unfortunately didn't receive my package until June. Although the delay was a bit of a bummer, my main concern was the lack of communication from their customer service team. After sending an inquiry about the status of my order, I never heard back from them. I was left feeling disappointed and frustrated, as I wasn't certain if my package was even on its way.

To add to the situation, the tracking number I was given didn't offer much insight into where my package was in the shipping process. It only indicated when the package had departed from their facilities, leaving me unsure of when it would arrive.

Overall, my experience with Adorlla wasn't great. While I appreciate that I finally received my product, the lack of communication and transparency left a lot to be desired. Given these circumstances, I likely won't be ordering from this site again in the future.

Adorlla Disappointment and Frustration: My Review of Adorlla's Necklace Order Experience

Adorlla, unfortunately, left me feeling quite disappointed. I placed an order for a necklace that was meant to be a special gift for a friend of mine who had just lost her mother. It's been almost three weeks since I made my purchase and I'm yet to receive it. Upon contacting the company, they informed me that they were unable to send me an email when it shipped as their servers were down. Instead, they provided me with a tracking number. However, checking the tracking number as advised, I learned that USPS is still waiting for the package two weeks later. It's concerning to me that there has been no update in the status since 7 December. I believe I speak for most people when I say that waiting for a package is never an easy task. Moreover, when it's a meaningful gift that is vital to cheer someone up, then the waiting becomes all the more unbearable. I'm pleased to have provided a picture as proof of my order to dispel any hearsay. I was hopeful about this purchase, but I'm yet to receive it.

Adorlla Disappointing Buying Experience with Adorlla: Sent Wrong Item, Refund Policy Issue, and Store Credit Offer

I recently had a buying experience with Adorlla that left me feeling quite frustrated. I had placed an order for a gorgeous white gold ring on their website, but unfortunately, when the package finally arrived, I was surprised to find that I had been sent a gold alternative instead. In light of this, I reached out to their customer support team to ask for their assistance with getting a refund or an exchange for the correct item.

To my dismay, I was informed that while they would be happy to offer me a partial refund, a full refund was not possible due to the 30-day return policy the company had in place. The issue with this policy, however, is that it had taken Adorlla more than 30 days to actually send me the ring in the first place, which means that I was now left with an item that was not what I had ordered and no practical method for returning or exchanging it.

To me, this seems like a frustrating and disheartening experience. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and understanding, especially when an error like this is made. Instead, Adorlla offered me store credit towards future purchases from their platform - which to me, feels like an insult. If I didn't want the product that was sent to me, why would I want additional credit to buy something else?

Overall, my experience with Adorlla has left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. As a customer, I expect more from the companies I choose to spend my money with - excellent products, reliable shipping, and more importantly, strong customer support. Unfortunately, my most recent experience with Adorlla has led me to believe that they do not prioritize any of these key components, which is why I will likely be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

I ordered a bracelet and reached out to them through email as I cannot find my tracking number and it doesn't show any order status. I sent 3 emails to inquire and have not received anything. I would like to know about where my money went and where the bracelet is.

Adorlla Adorlla Review: A Disappointing Experience with Inferior Quality and Poor Customer Support

Adorlla's services were disappointing, as their poor customer support left me feeling cheated and frustrated. I cannot emphasize enough how crucial it is to steer clear of this company, and invest your resources elsewhere. Throughout my interaction with Adorlla, I realized that their quality control procedures are severely lacking, and they do not value their clients' satisfaction.

Their website boasts an impressive range of products, but the reality of their website is far from appealing. Not only are their products lacking in quality, but their level of customer care is sub-par. I attempted to reach their customer service team on multiple occasions, but I was left on hold for what felt like an eternity, with no response in sight.

Furthermore, their return policy is a nightmare, as attempting to return an item garners no response. In addition, the products themselves were of inferior quality, with visible defects that rendered them unusable. I would highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs, and seek out reputable, quality brands that truly care about their clients' satisfaction.

In conclusion, Adorlla's has proven to be fraudulent, and their practices are highly questionable. Save yourself the trouble and switch to an organization that is reputable and customer-oriented.

Adorlla Adorlla.com Review: Deceitful Company with Terrible Customer Service and Delivery Delays

I had a terrible experience with Adorlla.com. I purchased a necklace in December of last year and still have not received it. When I contacted the company, they claimed they were experiencing a high volume of orders and promised to resend the item. However, I have yet to receive anything. At this point, I am starting to believe that Adorlla is nothing more than a misleading and deceitful company.

After a few failed attempts at communication with their customer support team, I decided to request a refund. Unfortunately, I have not received any response from the company since then. This kind of behavior is simply unacceptable, and I am incredibly disappointed with my experience.

In my opinion, it is important for customers to be able to trust the companies they do business with. This includes timely and reliable delivery of products as well as excellent customer service. Unfortunately, Adorlla has demonstrated that they fall short in these areas. I would not recommend this company to anyone and would advise others to be cautious before doing business with them.

Adorlla Unreliable and Poor Quality Products - My Experience with Adorlla.com

I had an extremely unsatisfying experience with Adorlla.com recently. I put in an order for a Father's Day gift on their website and waited for over two months for the item to be delivered. Not only was this a frustrating wait, but I had to send them multiple emails asking where my order was. This simply added to my irritation as they seemed to be unresponsive to my inquiries.

When my package finally arrived, I was extremely disappointed to find that the item was not only small but also of poor quality. I had expected something of decent standard considering the wait time and my high hopes, only to be left feeling underwhelmed and upset. It turned out to be the worst Father's Day gift ever, not at all what I had envisioned.

Needless to say, this whole process has left a terrible taste in my mouth, and I would never purchase from Adorlla.com again. As a consumer, I value good customer service and quality products, and I am disappointed that this company did not deliver on either front. I am hesitant to trust them with any future purchases and would not recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and quality product.

Adorlla Unreliable Adorlla: Frustrating Experience with Personalized Necklace Order for Mother's Day

It's important to leave honest reviews about online retailers, and unfortunately I have had quite the frustrating experience with Adorlla. Despite ordering a personalized necklace for my mother well ahead of Mother's Day, on April 27th, it's now May 17th and I've yet to even receive a confirmation email about my order, let alone had it delivered.
Naturally, I've reached the end of my patience and I am planning on contacting my bank in the morning. It is incredibly disappointing to have spent time and money with a company only to receive zero communication in return, especially when it comes to a special occasion like Mother's Day. My hope is that this review serves as a warning to others to perhaps consider an alternative retailer where reliability and customer service is a top priority.

Adorlla Adorlla Review: Terrible Customer Service and Shipping - Stay Clear!

If you're looking for a reliable online vendor to do business with, then Adorlla (adorlla.com) is not the way to go. I speak from firsthand experience when I say that this company has no regard for customer satisfaction whatsoever. My order experience with them was nothing short of dreadful. Firstly, I didn't receive everything I ordered, which was incredibly frustrating. Secondly, I was charged $26.00 for 3-day shipping, which ended up taking a whopping 21 days to arrive. To make matters worse, when I contacted their customer service department for help, I was met with complete and utter indifference. Their staff was of no assistance whatsoever, and I ended up feeling utterly stranded and frustrated.

As a result of my poor experience, I can say with certainty that I will never be doing business with Adorlla again. As a consumer, there's nothing more infuriating than spending your hard-earned money on a product and receiving poor service in return. It's highly doubtful that I'm the only one who has experienced this, and I would advise others to steer clear of Adorlla just to avoid such unpleasant experiences. Moreover, I've been prompted to report this company to the appropriate authorities so that this sort of situation can be prevented from happening to others. Stay clear of Adorlla, folks. There are plenty of other reputable businesses out there that will treat their customers with the respect and attention they deserve.

Adorlla Unreliable Service Alert: Adorlla.com Fails to Deliver Christmas Gift, Refund Required

I highly recommend staying away from Adorlla (adorlla.com) as their service is highly unsatisfactory. Recently, I placed an order for a Christmas present for my mum well in advance, precisely on November 27th, with the hope that I would receive it in time for the holiday. However, until the end of January, I was disappointed as I had not yet received my order despite contacting their customer service team several times.

To my dismay, my only option was to ask for a refund. However, I remain apprehensive about the timeframe it will take to receive said refund, given how long it took to process my initial order. In all honesty, this experience has been frustrating and time-consuming, and I would not recommend Adorlla (adorlla.com) to anyone who values prompt delivery and efficient customer service.

. Although there were some obvious shortcomings in my experience with Adorlla.com, let me first begin with the good aspects. I found the website to be user-friendly and navigating through the various categories of jewelry was a breeze. Finding the item I wanted to purchase was easy enough and the checkout process was smooth. I received an email confirming my purchase, which was a reassuring sign that my order was being processed.

However, my satisfaction with Adorlla.com began to diminish shortly after my initial purchase. One of the main struggles I faced was not receiving any notification about the shipment of my items. I found myself checking my email inbox and the website, waiting for an update or tracking information. Unfortunately, nothing arrived, which left me feeling frustrated and uncertain about the status of my order.

When my package finally arrived at my door, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment. The boxes appeared to have been mishandled during the delivery process, which resulted in some damage to the package. Upon opening the boxes, one of the necklaces I had ordered had noticeable scratches on it. This made me wonder if this was because of the poor handling or if the item had been damaged before packing.

Adorlla Disappointed with Adorlla.com: Broken Necklace and Unsatisfactory Customer Service Response

Recently, my significant other and I purchased a beautiful necklace from Adorlla.com. We were both eagerly awaiting the arrival of the necklace as it looked stunning in the pictures. However, when we opened the box and tried to put it on her neck, we were disappointed to find that it was broken!

Feeling disheartened, we contacted Adorlla's customer service team, and "Ferny" replied to our message. Unfortunately, Ferny's response was not what we were hoping for. They only offered a 20% refund and stated that they could not provide us with a replacement necklace. We were disappointed with this lackluster solution, which left us feeling undervalued and unsatisfied with our purchase.

Furthermore, we found that the necklace did not live up to the expectations we had based on the website's images. While it looked gorgeous in pictures, the necklace was frankly quite disappointing in person. We were disappointed to realize that sometimes website photographs can be deceiving and do not truly represent the product's quality.

Overall, we are disappointed with our experience with Adorlla.com. The broken necklace and unsatisfactory customer service response left us feeling undervalued and unappreciated as customers. We would hesitate to make future purchases from this website, and would encourage others to carefully consider their options before buying from Adorlla.com.

Received a completely different bracelet to what I ordered, different style and looked cheap and nasty. Then the company said I had to pay to return the item! Luckily my bank have agreed to reverse the payment. I would recommend you avoid this company and shop somewhere more reputable!

The plant pot took 35 days to arrive from the order day. It was MUCH smaller than advertised and the stickers were already starting to peel off.
