Activision Call of duty: Modern Warfare 2

My account has been unrightfully put under review for cheating, and my experience of the game has been ruined. It is absolutely unacceptable to tell me to just wait for this to be cleared. Until then I am not able to play a game that I paid for. This is not fair, as I have been a paying customer of Call of Duty for over 10 years. I paid for this game, have been playing it fairly, and am now being punished for no reason. I would like for my account to be reviewed in a timely manner and for the review to be concluded. If an excessive amount of time passes, I will begin a fight to get a refund for the game, will never purchase a game of Activision's again, and spread information about this disservice everywhere I can. This is absolutely not the way to treat a customer that preordered the game well in advance out of excitement and loyalty to the franchise. I have never had an experience like this with any other game studio, and am very disappointed that I am having it now with my (once) favorite studio. Please reach out to me for my account info.

Activision Battlenet call of duty

I have just had my Battle.Net account banned for call of duty, I bought a new gpu,ssd,ram to upgrade my pc and played as normal, with my old gpu, ssd and ram I built a new pc after buying a used cpu and motherboard to sell to recoup some of the spending I just incurred. I log into my battle.net on the new Pc and play a game of Warzone to show the buyer it is working and I get shadowbanned, he logged into his account and he was fine. Fastforward 1 day we have both been permanently banned on Warzone 2 and modern warfare 2. My combat record spans back the last decade of call of duties and shows im clearly not a cheater, I even unlocked the mastery camo in the newest game. To add salt to injury I can’t even access the appeal a ban page on Activisions site as when I log in it tells me an error has occurred, I’ve tried 3 different devices, wifi on wifi off, vpn absolutely everything and it won’t let me log on to even appeal the ban for which I even have proof of me buying used parts. I just want a chance to appeal to them that their ban is unjust and their website can’t even handle that

Activision Modern Warfare 2

I have been playing since 2019. since then the cheaters, the flaws have been horrible. I am a builder by trade and if as many problems as i've encountered in your game were to happen on my job I would never work again in my field. I play mostly multiplayer and the cheaters and hackers run it. If not them the uneven matching kills the fun. The DMZ seemed to be an alternative but no matter what the circumstance you are either faced with an AI that just magically multiplies outside a doorway, or the other players hunt the spawns and wait at the exfill points to hunt you. There is no game here. It's either getting blown away or waiting to die. The rank based system is constantly manipulated by cheaters or ranked players. The K/D ratio should be the determining factor not rank. Adding a [censored]head player mark should be there. For those times when you are faced with a strategy that involves spawn hunting so those players are matched with others with that play style.

The idea that the only ones listened to are the top players or streamers is Ludacris. They only opt to get function for higher play and they are already getting paid to play. Those of us who paid to play a game are just fodder for the media cannon. Competition is a challenge. Competing against greater opponents is not. DO you ever alter the game to suit your base of commerce.

Desired outcome: Revamp matchmaking by as K/D or similar scale. And penalize players who kill at spawn or exits. A way to mark cheaters . EG IP address bans even in multiplayer. Yes I am Irate. I paid for a game and got not much more than antogonism.

Activision PC

I love how the first day I get a pc im shadow banned.. The only reason getting a pc is too play cod with a better experience. I am an above average player with noooo hackssss. This is ridiculous to get shadow banned for no reason step your game up please your ruining gaming. Brand new pc no sketchy programs on it I have always had a 1.2 area kd on console how could I be shadow banned? Please tell me or do something about it, this is a joke. Now I cant even play for 2 weeks with a brand new pc whern all I wanted to do was play with a better gaming experience

Activision Cod WMZ

Dear activision.

For those people that want to play DMZz can your team please make private matches. Its impossible to progress and finish mission/contracts when the onky goal of other players is to kill all the players as if they were playing warzone. Its not warzone and honestly makes me want to delete cod mw2 off my console and find another game to play in my free time.

Activision False bans for modern warfare 2 and call of duty vanguard

Dear Sir / Madam,

In relation to the email sent at [protected]@gmail.com on the 11/27/2022 stating that my account "has been permanently banned for using unauthorized software and manipulation of game data" (case number [protected] ) and that my ban will not be overturned is completely unfair for someone who has paid $100 for the game and has never run any type of cheating software on my PC or any PC for that matter.

Looking at my K/D ratio and my stat's it would be quite obvious that I'm not cheating, I just enjoyed playing this game (for the brief few hours I was able to play it) as it brought back happy memories of playing the original Modern Warfare 2.

Additionally, as your software has had access to the kernel level of my computer, I am requesting access to the data and logs that show evidence of the unauthorized software that you claim was running on my computer. Furthermore, as your reply seems like a blanket automated reply, I wish to make an access request under Article 15 of the GDPR regulations for a copy of any information you keep about me, on computer or in manual form in relation to the above incident including the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling and meaningful information about how decisions are made, the significance and the consequences of processing.

To summarize I am requesting an investigation into the unauthorized software you claim was running on my computer along with the logs and personal data you have obtained from me. I will happily co-operate by allowing a security engineer access to my PC to investigate, either through physical drop off or through a remote session.

Furthermore, now as I have no way to play either the multiplayer or the campaign, I am requesting a full refund as the Digital content I paid for is not fit for purpose.

Activision Warzone 2.0

I don't have access to a deactivated email address, and now I cannot play on my PC. I have been trying to contact you guys about getting this changed but there is no number to talk to a person. Everything on your website says I need the old email to do/change anything and after getting of the phone with a Real person at yahoo, that email is no longer active. Please help!

Activision False ban

Logged into my account after taking several months off due to having a kid only to find out my account was banned. Not only have I filed an appeal and was immediately denied for "unauthorized software" I am perfectly willing to subject my computer to a full scan and the only things that would be found are going to be utilities from my mouse and keyboard manufacturer but my motherboards utilities. Which apparently have been causing False Positives for hundreds of PC players if not thousands. I have a lot of money invested in my account and a lot of hours spent in it to which this seems to be blatant theft. Due to getting automated responses in my attempts to contact I would like a manual review of the kernel level software that supposedly shows I was using software not in the scope of running and maintaining a PC.

Desired outcome: I'd like to either get a full refund of all money spent or regain full access with the ban removed from the account.

Activision False ban

On January 4th 2023 I was falsely banned on Modern Warfare 2 (Steam) for using unauthorised software and manipulating game data. I have never cheated in my life and the only explanation for the ban is I accidentally left a vpn on for not even 2 minutes when loading into modern warfare 2 and even at that there are streamers that use vpn all the time so I am unsure if it’s that. The appeal and ban system from Activison is terrible, you have zero human interaction at all and if you did maybe 80% of the player base wouldn’t complain when they get falsely banned, I have already appealed this but I would like someone to actually look at it because it was an honest mistake.

Desired outcome: I would like my account unbanned or a full refund of £85 I spent on the game (not including the extra I had paid for extras)

Activision False ban code caserma rhino

Your anti cheat is getting the wrong players banned. 0 human review and these bans are due to crashes, and files being validated is an issue that NEEDS to be resolved. Don't want to play in fear that the game will ban me after verifying my game files after a freeze or hitch. This is a PROBLEM That needs to be SEEN AND ADDRESSED. APPEALS should be MANUALLY REVIEWED they just auto respond Players getting banned in the CAMPAIGN, MENU, THE DAY AFTER PLAYING and support is impossible to reach and basically non-existent, it's all robots. with thousands having this problem

I’d like some sort of compensating either via a skin or cod

Spent two days on dmz
And your server kicked me as soon as I looked into a buy station,
Lost 3 plate armour, large backpack
Aload of keys
110k in currency for a mission
Two high end looted guns and my 6 streak exfil bonus
This is the 2nd time this has happened and quite frankly isn’t good enough from your point of things!
Update is desperately needed

Activision Call of Duty Modern Warfare II false ban

Over the last week myself and many others have received the CASMERA-RHINO ban error despite playing legitimately.

This was an issue back in October but is happened again but also for console players. Activision are failing to acknowledge or communicate socially or personally on this issue.

This needs to be resolved as we have all paid for this game and can't play it despite playing legitimately.

For me I play on Xbox with an elite controller and Xbox wireless headset. No game modifying software or devices. I am not a great player either but my account has been banned falsely. We either need an unban wave like last time or our money refunded if they are unable to provide the service we are promised as part of the purchase we made as a consumer.

On appeal on the bans we get an automatic response that's not specific as to why we are banned and inacurate as we haven't cheated, exploited or performed any malicious actions.

Also Activision support does not let you submit support tickets and there's no way to contact an actual person. Please help!

Desired outcome: A refund or for the false CASMERA-RHINO bans to be lifted and the ricochet anticheat to be fixed. Preferably the second option so I can play with my friends

Activision Activision False Banning

I was playing tier 1 and I was going for lonshots with the shotguns using slug rounds so I can kill from farther range and these players kept going to the same location so I predicted them and where the ladder was and each time I saw a head pop up I shot and killed em im pretty sure they reported me for using cheats cause how I was killing em but overall I was playing the game how it was intended and then all of a sudden got disconnected and perm banned for playing the game how it was intended which is bs. I can't help tht im a good player and I use my awareness and positioning and centering to my advantage against those tht don't put much skill into their gameplay.

Activision Shadowbanned for the third time in a row

I have never cheated and I have been shadowbanned thrice now. I have been released twice and am waiting to be released for the third time. Activision you need to understand that I am not cheating and you can't just shadowban people when they are mass-reported. This isn't fair and does not encourage players to play well because they fear being banned.

Activision Modern Warfare 2 + War zone 2.0

My account is under review? For what? I have had connection issues since launch. Upgraded internet to try and remedy this. Seemed better. I am a Steam user, have been unable to verify 38 game files since launch of war zone. I have never and will never use any cheats or glitches to gain an advantage. Why cheat at a game I payed for? I game for the challenge. Cheating would negate that challenge. 2 days ago I continually got disconnected from server while in a match of DMZ with 2 friends. Tried Tier 1, got booted as soon as I shot at someone. Found out I am under review. For what?

Activision Modern warfare 2

I have been shadow banned for almost 3 weeks now. i have never cheated a day in my life but still i cant play with my friends unless in a shadow ban lobby.

Why cant they look at a game iv played and see thats im not a cheater at all, i dont understand when everyone else can tell with like 95% certainty when someone is cheating or not why cant the people that make the games look at headshot stats and tracking through walls and let the people play the game that are not hacking at all...

After looking this problem up online it's happen to so many people if its just hackers that have been banned then they wouldnt be speaking out so much about the issue and would just accept the outcome as they know its justified.

iv paid good money for a game and I fully understand cheating is horrible but so is getting banned for nothing at all... please help us fix the problem.

Activision Ricochet anticheat

My id is BSTrDxInglorious#2517315 for Activision, InglrsBstrd#1623 for battlenet and my e-mail is [protected]@gmail.com

I'm desperately trying to find a solution or talk to a real person. I got banned and I've never cheated and never will. I'm all in for an anti-cheat system but not like this. I own every title on PC from MW2019 to MWII, I've spent years on this account and a fair amount of money, you can look at my stats in all the games (MW19, cold war, vanguard,MWII) my matches, my accuracy, is nothing out of the ordinary. Not only that, I've bought more than a few bundles, I've unlocked (fairly) my mastery camos which took a very long long time. And now I got banned for no apparent reason and it's really frustrating to dedicate that amount of time to a game just to get this treatment. My PC is old, I own a GTX 1050 ti which doesn't meet the requirements to run smoothly, I do use MSI afterburner, ISLC and razer cortex to help a little bit but none of those programs affect how the game plays just how my system works. I consider myself a loyal customer and a fair player, I do not want a refund, I just want to be able to play a game that I love. I don't want to be that affected over a game but I am, cause it's been almost a month from the last release and I was very excited to hop on a constant basis. Also, I have so much progress on my account that is fair to say that I do not want to start from scratch, I'm going to do anything in my power to get it back but if I can't this is a sad goodbye, as a customer I feel like I'm doing my part supporting the game and I would appreciate that at least, I get heard and get treated fairly. If I was wrong on my end, I wouldn't be wasting my time here. I attached my stats, I wasn't able to get mwII but im sure you guys can check that out. Hope this works, best regards!

Desired outcome: Get unbanned and I wish they could create a ban department to deal with this, not a automated machine.

Activision Support

I have bought a gaming pc and had playstation 5 before that. In order to play and keep progress you have to have accounts linked. Not only am I having the issue but many loayal customers are having the same issue due to it just dont work or you never got the email with back up codes. I was in hopes they would help but they dont. They just take your money and dont help as soon as you buy the game. I am not happy with the support system of the company they dont care about customers at all!

Desired outcome: I want them to fix the issue and do it fast! to many people spend good money to be treated like this! billion dollar company and they just take your money and sit back and do nothing.
