Absolutely fantastic service. Easy online scheduling with someone contacting me very quickly. John C arrived and he was amazing. He walked in the door and heard the sound saying he knew the problem and has a part in his truck to fix it. I have an old refrigerator that he repaired by taking the old motor out and replacing with new! He was very nice and put me to ease about what needed to be done. I highly recommend this service and John!

Accredited Appliance of Arizona did a marvelous job repairing my 14-year-old refrigerator. The technician, J, quickly diagnosed the problem, checked to see if the necessary part was even available, and gave me some options. After weighing my options, I ordered the replacement part. When the part arrived, J returned to install it. It was not an easy install, but J persisted and found a way to do it. He probably saved me over $1,000 (the incremental cost to buy a new refrigerator).

John, the technician, was most professional in his assessment of the problem with our Maytag washing machine. He knew exactly what the problem was and proceeded to fix it in a timely manner. The malfunctioning part was replaced thanks to John having the new part in his van. The total price was just what the part cost with no additional charge for labor or the diagnostic visit. Excellent service and we will certainly call upon Accredited Appliance again.

Technician Drew showed up and misdiagnosed the issue with our dishwasher and charged us $145. When I called them back to actually fix the problem the same technician came and once again left WITHOUT fixing the problem. I called the office and told them that once again it wasn't fixed and they told me that the technician couldn't come back till next week!' VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE COMPANY. I highly recommend that you do not use this company. You will regret it:/

Glen called and asked if he could come early and it really worked out well with my schedule. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my washing machine and then when he got in there he realized a sock had gotten stuck in the motor and removed it. He was very honest and straightforward and it ended up costing me less than his initial estimate. I was very happy with his repair and advice as to how not to have this problem again. I would definitely call again and request Glen!

I found scheduling a service appointment hassle free with no wait time; a technician scheduled promptly arrived on time. He quickly assessed problem with washing machine stating he would order part needed and it would be in installed within 1-2 days. I received a call later the same day saying the ordered part could be installed next day. Next day I received a courtesy call stating arrival time. Ordered part was quickly installed by a skilled technician. I will definitely use Accredited Appliance and request technician *** W for future repairs.

The dryer repairman was at my house less than 10 minutes total to install a little part that pulls out & pushes back in on the dryer door, the part was less than $20 & he quoted me over $200. I talked to the customer service representative who explained that the reduced price of $175 was too low because they have to cover expenses such as their building, employees, insurance, utilities, etc. Accredited Appliance of Arizona is very unprofessional & charges excessively. I will never use this company again & will inform all I know of my negative experience. Beware.

Accredited Appliance of Arizona was a great company to work with. The office person was very helpful and courteous in scheduling timely repairs to my refrigerator and washer. The technician was very courteous and knowledgeable and repaired both appliances well. After an initial assessment, he explained the expected problem and what kind of repairs might be necessary, which I appreciated. He disassembled both machines, diagnosed the exact problems, and quickly repaired them. Both appliances work great now! I appreciated the courtesy reminder emails and texts. The repair costs also seemed very reasonable. I would highly recommend this business for any appliance repair. Thank you.

Was very happy when called to set up an appointment on washer, were able to come out within 2 days. The technician called to let me know he was on his way, so I was looking for him when he arrived. The technician was very polite and gave me a price to fix the washer which I approved. Then when he was taking the washer apart he found another issue which he explained could be a next wash problem. So he put washer back together, but only charged for the service call. I appreciated he being very candid about the problem he found and not fixing what he initially thought might be the problem with the drain which wouldn't have resolved the bigger problem with the drum probability of failing with what he saw when taking apart the washer. Thank you.

Rebecca answered the phone. I asked for a quote. She insisted that a technician had to come out to do an inspection. I understand that they want to make money, but when I told her that I needed a quote and could give her the model of the fridge and the part number, she still insisted that a tech would have to come out to look at it to make sure that was the part number. Sorry, but I am not paying $79.95 to have someone check that I can read. I wanted a quote to see if I will use them. When I asked her to check the part number and give a quote, she flat out refused. So, I asked for a supervisor. She then promptly hung up the phone. I tried to call back, but it went to voicemail. The most unprofessional experience with a repair service ever. The only reason I even called, is because I don't have an evac machine for the Freon. I could do this myself.

On April 15 Accredited Appliances sent our Drew to our home to Repair our 3 year old Samsung 48" fridge. They told us the evapourator was gone and would cost $2,000 to repair. I told them that the Evapourator is covered by Samsung warranty, They do not do Samsung warranty work so I had to call Samsung to get the work completed. It took almost 3 weeks to get the fridge repaired...BUT IT WAS NOT THE EVAPOURATOR...it was a fan which was a $250 repair. I told Accredited Appliance about there mis diagnosis and asked them to return the service call fee of $90. They said they would when I sent them the bill. It's been 2 weeks and they still have not returned the service fee which they said they would. I had used Accredited Appliance numerous times in the past and will NOT IN THE FUTURE. Nor will we ever recommend them. Nothing worst than dishonesty!

This was my first experience with this company. It was a good one! Everyone I dealt with was very professional & helpful! I am sure I will call on Accredited Appliance of Arizona again when I have a need and would be happy to recommend them to others. I had some laundry to get done and after doing one load my washer wouldn't start up again. I called the company I usually do, but they were pretty booked up, so I decided I needed to look further to get my washer fixed. I remembered I had a copy of their contact information. I found Accredited Appliances listed and gave them a call to see if they could get out sooner. I was glad they were able to send a tech out the next day! The technician was prompt, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. He had the situation figured out and fixed in no time at all! I'm happy to give Accredited Appliance of Arizona and their technician a five-star rating!

Field service technician Spenser Pryer called exactly 20 minutes before arriving within the scheduled time window. He was smiling, conversationally engaging and quite knowledgeable of our Whirlpool refrigerator. I showed him the mfgr's troubleshooting checklist, pointed out the symptoms and opined the ice-maker LED optics were bad; his analysis agreed, and he set to work. Spenser, very apologetically, excused himself to go fetch the exact parts he needed, returning in less time than he guessed and completed the job in short order. He carefully explained the cause of the malfunction plus the wisdom of replacing a major component due to very obvious deterioration of an internal piece that would taint the ice cubes. It was fun having Spencer in our home, we appreciate his professional expertise and would enjoy having him visit again should the need arise! Hopefully the next hour of fun with him won't cost $500, although well worth it! ?

I would not recommend this appliance repair company to anyone. My dryer malfunctioned and I had an old tag from this company that was on the dryer. I paid $310.41 to have their tech replace the thermostat that was identified as the problem. Their service was not itemized on the invoice to include the cost of the replacement thermostat nor did the invoice include the service time for the tech to replace the thermostat. No parts cost; no labor cost -- and when I asked the tech about why there was a lump charge; he stated that was the way that his company invoiced repairs. I was very upset in trying to present my disgust about the extremely high cost of replacing a thermostat that costs under $10.00 on the internet and took the tech 30 minutes to install. Going forward, the tech did not test the dryer for proper functioning and after he left, the dryer still did not function. This led to another part replacement for the *** and that invoice total was $395.00 and again no part or labor breakout. Could have bought a brand new dryer. Do not use this company, what a scam!

I have a 25 year old washing machine that is making some very loud noises. I was recommended by a friend to call Accredited Appliance which I did and scheduled a technician to come out and provide an estimate. $125.00 later, I was told by Joe the technician that he needed a spanner wrench to complete the job, and he (Joe) would have to pick one up at the shop and call me on Sunday, to schedule a time on Monday to complete the job, and collect the balance of $100.00 (total charge for the repair would be $225.00). I never got the call on Sunday, and on Monday afternoon I called the office to find out what was going on. I was told that Joe took a personal day off, and rescheduled to come out on Tuesday... (hmm, never got that bit of important information). Nonetheless, Joe called me on Tuesday and said he was 25 minutes out, and I said great, fortunately my wife will be home and able to let you into the house. 30 minutes later, my wife called me and said, Joe was unable to fix the problem, and because previous work had been done to the unit, Accredited Appliance is WALKING AWAY FROM THE JOB. I am perplexed on what job duties an Appliance Repair company is supposed to do. My thought is they are supposed to FIX appliances that are not working, that is why I called them. I paid $125.00 for nothing... I am very dissatisfied and would never recommend this company to any person needing appliance work.
