DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Where to start ...first if I could put minus 10 stars i would, those of you that have put 5 stars here, shame on you for pretending to be a real client of theirs. They've made millions out of honest trusting clients, they've taken the money and run sniggering all the way to the bank, disgusting Company! They promised experienced Reps who are 'expertly trained in our Company's field of profession' - what a joke and what A LIE! Listening to those phone calls later, we were cringing - terrible, so embarrassing! They didn't even know what our website address was. Out of the so-called 8 appointments they made in 3 months, 5 of them were not with C level Executives in accordance with their Agreement, but they changed the contact person's position in the Company on their CRM so that it looked like they were a C level executive, but when we called to reconfirm the meeting, firstly the contact person was not an executive or a decision maker (as Abstrakt's Agreement states they should be) but they had no inclination to meet with us at all. Out of the 3 left from the so-called 8 appointments, 2 of them we called the day before the appointed meeting , they were 'too busy' or 'out of town' or 'we'll get back to you if we're interested'. Reading the employees or ex-employees TRUE reviews it's despicable how they treat them by forcing them to 'just make an appointment or else''. They now owe us $5,000 as per their Agreement for not setting up at least 9 REAL appointments with C Level Executives within the allotted time frame, but we're not surprised to say they are trying not to pay us the money back. Any self-respecting Company would pay up knowing they are in breach of their own contract, but Abstrakt Marketing Group are obviously not that. They'll most probably try to write some ridiculous answer to this review, don't believe it, we have everything we need to prove that all that is said here is true.

We are 8 months and $30,000 into our Abstrakt Service. All I can say is DO NOT contract with them. Broken promises and totally unwilling to adjust things. And, if you try to end things, they are "lawyered up" and you will NOT get out of paying them in full. I could not be unhappier.
