Texted me and left vm for myself and my kids...

I called them back and they stated they are with Parkwood Financial Group and requested my birthdate and last four of my SSN. I told them I could not give any information because I don't know who they are and she told me I would be served. I refused to give personal information and she hung up on me.

I called a second time and the same instance occurred after I told them to mail me and stop calling and texting.

They are up to no good. No one's even ever heard of them and I have received nothing in the mail.

I got a call on May 24th from someone stating they were an agent with AAC and there was a complaint filed against *** who is my ex husband's first wife. Not sure how they got her name tied to my phone number. I told my step daughter to let her mom know about this fraudulent call.

Received a call this morning, 5/2/22, from someone being from AAC. Name given was Cam? Message was "I''m calling on behalf of AAC. This call is regarding notification complaint against (myself). You need to call the issuing agent today at [protected] and reference number [protected]. This is an urgent request and requires your immediate attention. Failure to comply will result in further action being taken. Again phone number to call is [protected]."

This call sounds very suspicious. When I called the 888 number the person told them they was from Parkwood. And begin asking me all sorts of questions to which I refused to answer.

I was contacted by this person stating that I had a law suit against me for the amount of $1788.27 and that I needed to make payment to him on March 1 in the amount $891.13 and another in the amount of $891.13. I found him to be a fraud. His name that he gave me was James Davis, he gave me a phone number to call him back with my answer [protected] and a fax number to fax him authorization to debit out of my account the sume owed the fax number is [protected]. I have contacted him back to let him know that I found him to be a fraud and have left messages. I just thought you should know this information. I contacted Bank of America and talked to a Karl and he told me to give you all of this information.
