The gentlemen arrived on time, were very personable and knowledgeable, and installed four smoke/CO alarms for us. They were thorough and efficient and explained everything. We also went through a list of other potential maintenance and repair items and will be booking 4-Star for these repairs.

I was very pleased with the customer service we received from 4Star electric. The technician “ Rodney"was on time , friendly and professional. All the cost was agreed to up front and the job completed in a timely manor. 4Star is our definite go to now for our electrical needs. Great job. Thanks.

Great service and estimating for light figures and Fire alarm system prepped and ready in same day. Great installation of the electrical panel and out lets diagnostic resolve the older problems efficently and no issues since install from day one. I would hire them again for future projects to work on in my home.

Our two Smoke & Carbon Monoxide Alarms needed replacing because they were at their "end of life" stage and started beeping. 4Star came out within a very short time and installed the new ones, so that there would not be a minute where we were without them. On task, efficient and thorough, 4 Star Electric was impressive in the service they delivered. Andres the technician explained what he was doing as he went along and the end result was very much appreciated. Their quotes, paperwork, and their reliability in doing a job well from the first call I made to book a technician (thanks Cassandra) gave me peace of mind on two separate occasions.

Friendly phone contact at the main office. Appointment was able to be scheduled for the next day. They called on the appointment day to see if I wanted the electrician to come early. The electrician was on time, knowledgeable, skilled, friendly, and efficient. Everything was explained clearly to me. He found and solved our initial problem quickly. He even was able to do some additional work to add a light and rewire some connections.

We had 4 Star Electric in to do 3 days of electrical upgrades to an older home that we had purchased. We received estimates for all the work, they were on time, completed the work on schedule and were both courteous and safe throughout.Having used them before at our previous home, we felt both comfortable and assured that the work would be done professionally.I fully recommend them for any electrical projects, big or small, that you may be condidering.

The electrician from 4 Star Electric came exactly on time for his 9 am appointment. He summarized for me his understanding of what services I needed at my residence. He walked around to check everything out. Determined the amount of time he would be taking to do the job. Quoted me a price and then confirmed with me his understanding and the permission to proceed. He was so professional. All details were explained and I had a clear understanding of what to expect. I would recommend 4-Star Electric every time.

4 Star Electric employs terrific electricians who quickly find the problem issue and then fix it...I've had them do things for me a few times over the past number of years and each time, the service I've received has been stellar.Each electrician really knows what they are doing and is able to explain what is needed to me without confusing me...much appreciated.The solutions they have found to various problems have been quite amazing, achieving the best possible outcome with the least upheaval.I've never had any problem with any employee/electrician...they are/have been terrific.

The electrician, Andres Ramirez, came to my house right on time. After checking my home's electrical, he discussed what I needed for an outside wall outlet. He then made a written estimate. With my approval, he completed the job quickly, and installed extra circuit breakers for safety. The outlet outside looks professional, like it was installed when the home was new. Andres also replaced my "wired in" smoke detectors, with new combination smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, so my family will be safe for the next 10 years. I am very satisfied, and highly recommend this company, and recommend Andres for being knowledgeable, professional, and having a positive attitude. He clearly loves his job! In the near future, I will make an appointment to have Andres replace 6 fluorescent fixtures with LED's. Thanks again, Don in Airdrie.

We are very happy with the services provided by 4 star and in particular Andres Ramirez who did the assessment and work on our new panel. Andres was always on time and explained the process to us so we knew what would be happening ahead of time. He took the time to find out where the problem was and continued to complete the job with professionalism, even when the situation presented with some challenges he assured us he would stay until he figured it out. We also had a new panel put in on a subsequent day and Andres and Susan did an amazing job keeping us informed of the process. our new panel has been put in place and all wires have been tidied up nicely. It looks very clean. We feel much safer now knowing that the merging of the two older panels into one has been done professionally and we can be assured that it meets code and safety requirements. I would highly recommend 4 star...giving them 5 stars or more!
