They hit me back quick, though, with a full-on explanation about how they were running low on stock and offered to cancel my order if I wasn't feeling the wait. But, like, I was cool with it and they said they were getting a new shipment in a couple of days. Chris kept me in the loop with updates and even hit me up on the day of delivery to let me know when to expect it at my crib. They really came through, so I'm definitely gonna hit them up again next time I need some gear.

As a retired officer, I was excited to find a website that offered a variety of tactical gear and accessories. However, my excitement quickly turned to frustration when I discovered that their shipping insurance did not cover stolen or lost packages.

Unfortunately, I had a package stolen from my house shortly after placing an order with 3CR Tactical. When I contacted them about the issue, they told me to contact the shipper in order to try and get a third of my money back from the stolen item. I followed their instructions and jumped through all the hoops, but was ultimately told that there was nothing UPS could do until 3CR Tactical gave their approval.

After waiting for what felt like an eternity, I finally received word from 3CR Tactical that they would not be replacing my missing package or giving me my money back. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed with this outcome. It felt like the shipping insurance was just an extra fake charge that they tacked on to make a few extra bucks.

Overall, I would not recommend using 3CR Tactical. While they may offer a variety of products that seem appealing, their lack of customer service and unwillingness to stand behind their shipping insurance make them a scam site in my book. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.

We purchased several parts for a Glock 26 and after installing the slide and sights the Glock 26 was shooting off target which was never a problem before. After close inspection it was determined that the slide and sights were out of tolerance compared to the original Glock parts. After contacting 3CR they just gave email run arounds and were not concerned about the problem and would not give credit or replace with corrected parts( which I doubt they had). I wish I read the complaints at this board before doing business with 3CR beware.

Ordered a new P80 slide from them with iron sight cut outs and a used slide came with RMR cuts, safety plunger hole is too small so my plunger got stuck. I have tried contacting them for five business days now through phone, email, even social media and I’ve gotten no response from anybody. Their phone number is a Google voice number and nobody seems to be in the office and their support email never gets responded. I had an issue with them for months ago and it took a third-party stepping in to get it resolved. This is terrible customer service and the slide that was shipped to me is not even on their website. Please send me what I ordered or refund my money.
