Best price I found for windows for my home. Top of the line customer service! Would absolutely recommend to family & friends.

They were really professional. I met a lot of pushy and sleazy sales people while shopping for windows, so it was nice to talk to Helen and meet with Chris @ 1st choice. This is a family business and that shows in their accessibility & integrity. I'm really happy with the product and the way it was installed. Plus, I know that if I ever have a problem, they'll be quick to fix it.

So, I had 1st Choice Windows put in some new windows in my crib on 8/16. But, turns out that 7 of the 11 double hung windows are messed up and 7 of the 11 screens are the wrong size. Plus, 2 picture windows are also jacked up. It's now November 5 and it's been 81 DAYS and 1st Choice Windows hasn't done squat to fix or replace these busted windows or screens.

I ordered 3 windows and a patio door from 1st Choice Windows and Siding on Jan 19th. They said it would take *** weeks for everything to arrive. I started calling in late April to check on the status. They said the items were shipped and would be here in early May. I called again at the end of May (the items had been in their warehouse for about a month) and finally got an installation date of June 16th. After installation, the windows didn't work right, the window screens were the wrong size, and the patio door was hard to slide. The inside caulking around the windows was sloppy and needed to be redone. The company called the manufacturer who fixed the windows and patio door. I contacted a handyman to redo the caulking, but I'm still waiting for new screens. The company doesn't return calls unless you call 2-3 times and rarely meets call back commitments. I want the company to pay me back for the handyman I had to hire to fix the caulking. I sent one of the owners pictures of the poor caulking that was done. I'm never doing business with this company again. They're not easy to work with.
