Ziprent has been providing property management and tenant placement services for my rental property for the last year and a half. Overall, I have been very pleased as I have only had positive experiences with them. They place high quality tenants and during a recent turnover period, they worked fast to minimize the vacancy period. Will continue to do business with them.

Reliable and provides ease of mind. I've been using Ziprent for my rentals in the *** for years, and they have been incredibly helpful with every step in the process - tenant placement, move in/out, repairs, and annual tax reporting. I love not having to manage my property manager! The Ziprent team succeeds in promoting effective communication for tenants and property owners.

Ziprent has made finding and renting my new place ***. I was able to view the property on my time and have all of my questions answered right away. The customer service exceeded my expectations and made the transition to my new home seamless. Their portal makes it very easy to pay rent and schedule/view any maintenance for the home. All activities related to the renting property have logs recorded on line starting on boarding thru monthly rent collected... When I found this location and saw that it was managed by Ziprent, I was relieved to know that this property had a management company but didn't realize what excellent service I would receive. From touring the home, placing a application, finalizing the lease, repairs, and moving in, Ziprent has been there every step of the way. Their communication through email is quick and efficient and I do love the text message updates.

Has been a great experience so far -- I used the tenant placement service to list my property and find a tenant. Within the week I contacted them, they had taken professional photos, listed the property, and began doing showings to prospective tenants. The process was much faster than I had imagined and they answered all the questions I had during the process. I now plan to use them for property management as well. All in all I recommend!

Ziprent is the best PM I've worked with. The whole process was amazing. Timeliness and initiative were the biggest factors. The Ziprent team got my property on the market within a couple days of me signing with them. The website and email updates are professional and very user friendly. Tenant screening was excellent and communication during the leasing process was great. I appreciated the efficiency, transparency and very fair price for the service.

We recently used Ziprent to find a tenant for our condo in ***. The process with Ziprent from the beginning to the end was very transparent, pleasant and hassle free. The staff at Ziprent, unlike a conventional property managers were available 24/7. They were professional, friendly and extremely responsive. Prior to Ziprent, we had used conventional property managers/agents. This experience was by far superior, faster, and easier for us. We will definitely use Ziprent for our *** placements/property management and highly recommend them.

You have a property to rent and wanted to do it in smoother way, Ziprent is "go to" property management. I have recently used their service for placing the tenant and. monthly maintenance , it was amazing experience.I highly recommend Ziprent for your property management . listing out things that I liked about Ziprent: Transparency in their Communication Prompt response to all the my queries regarding the services Perfect analysis Credit Score and background check of tenant applicant. We had a great experience working with Ziprents. We used the tenant placement service to list our property. They took professional photos and listed the property right away, and we were able to find a tenant quickly. The process was very efficient and definitely took the stress off me. All the representatives I spoke with were supportive and also quick to respond to all our questions which I appreciated. Extremely well-organized, professional, and efficient!After inquiring with several different property management companies, I became pessimistic about the process of finding tenants in a timely manner for the right cost relative to the current market. Ziprent was able to do this with ease and in a very straight-forward way. I believe the best part about this company is how it is structured with several teams handling different aspects of the management (i.e. onboarding, repairs, leasing, etc), which made the whole process seamless. That in addition to also being affordable with flat-rate pricing makes this property management company best-in-class.If you're looking for a property manager, Ziprent comes highly recommended!

Recently I used the services of Ziprent to help me locate and place a tenant. My experience with them is positive. Their process was straightforward, upfront, and transparent. I was able to navigate their website without much difficulty. Their response times to my inquiries were quick. By looking at the website I was also able to assess the status of the project. I received daily reports on the status. I believe that they earned their fees. On the flip side, I had to wait almost three weeks before we found someone ready to apply and pay the application fee! Maybe, they did not cast the net wide enough? Once an acceptable applicant was located it was not clear who was in the drivers seat (I or Ziprent) to pursue the matter further. Except for this little confusion, I feel Ziprent did a great job.

We saw a property using their lock box system, and submitted applications. Upon approval, they sent us lease documents to sign, with us having ZERO knowledge of the property (outside of seeing the home), or operational details of Ziprent (which are different from market norms, and designed to keep Ziprent hands off). The company is not upfront about any of this, and you have to spend hours digging into this yourself.Pages upon pages of emails, and many minutes spent on the phone-- it's a monstrously stressful task to get even the most basic questions answered. With other property managers, you literally spend *** minutes discussing such info. Over here, you are getting vague answers at best, and condescension at worst. Most of the time, it's automated responses.All their managers are like (bad) *** reps, with ZERO presence at the property, or personal knowledge. For any future maintenance work, you do all of the heavy lifting-- from compiling detailed descriptions of issues, to supervising ALL of the repairs. They don't even have any in-house vendors. The owner has the added burden of approving vendors every time. As a renter, you just cannot trust their choice of vendors either.Even the cheapest of rentals don't place such burden on tenants. And we are talking top-of-the-line rentals here, where the average market expectation is for at least 3x better service than Ziprent's. On top of that, they only give you the option of renewing the lease for one year each time (instead of the standard 1 year, then month-month.) They quoted to me on the phone this is the market standard, which is a lie.It is an utter waste of time and lots of unnecessary stress to rent through them, and much more efficient to deal with the landlord directly. Their business model forces you to sign a lease, without getting important concerns addressed, and they obviously won't let you have any communication with the landlord prior to signing.
