ZionJudaica Shiny and Beautiful Sterling Silver Candlestick Set from ZionJudaica - A Must-Have for Judaica Lovers!

Bought a sterling silver candlestick set from ZionJudaica and it was pretty dope. The set came in a nice gift box that was well polished. I was super stoked when I opened it up and saw how shiny and beautiful the candlesticks were. They looked like they were made with high-quality materials and were definitely worth the price. I would totally buy from ZionJudaica again because they seem like they know what they're doing when it comes to making sweet Judaica products. Plus, the customer service was pretty chill and they answered all my questions in a timely manner. Overall, I'm super happy with my purchase and would recommend ZionJudaica to anyone looking for some sweet Judaica swag.

ZionJudaica Disappointing Inventory Management at ZionJudaica - A Review

So, I ordered something from ZionJudaica and they charged my credit card on the 7th. I was pretty excited to get my hands on the product, but then on the 17th, I got an email from them saying that the product was not in stock. I mean, seriously, how did it take them 10 whole days to figure that out? It's pretty frustrating to have to wait that long just to be told that the thing you ordered isn't even available. I hope they can get their act together and improve their inventory management so this doesn't happen to other customers.

ZionJudaica Disappointing Experience with ZionJudaica: Lack of Communication and Delayed Order

So, I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with ZionJudaica. I placed my order on May 4th, and it's now May 12th, and I still haven't received any updates on the status of my order. I've sent them two emails asking for an update, but haven't heard back from them at all. It's frustrating because they were so quick to take my money, but now that they have it, they don't seem to care about fulfilling my order or even responding to my inquiries.

I was really excited to receive my order, but now I'm not so sure if it's even going to arrive. I understand that things can get delayed, but it would be nice to at least get a response from them letting me know what's going on. I'm starting to feel like I wasted my money, and that's not a good feeling.

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with ZionJudaica. I hope they can improve their customer service and communication in the future, because right now, it's not up to par.

ZionJudaica Unfair Business Practices: My Experience with ZionJudaica

So, I was in a rush to get Kippot for my son's barmitzvah and I found ZionJudaica. I paid the rush price and waited for my order to arrive. But, several days later, I got a phone call from them telling me that I had to pay an additional $40 to make sure that I get it on time due to the Jewish holidays. I was really upset because they didn't tell me about this upfront. I might have paid the $40 if they had told me earlier, but I really didn't like being held over a barrel with no choice to look elsewhere. I think it's really bad business practice.

I think that ZionJudaica should have comped me because it was their error in accepting the order that they could not fulfil by their terms. I mean, I paid the rush price and they should have been able to deliver on time. I don't think it's fair that I had to pay extra just because they couldn't deliver on time. I think that they should have been more upfront about their policies and not tried to take advantage of me.

Overall, I would say that you should stay away from ZionJudaica. Their business practices are not very good and they don't seem to care about their customers. I would recommend looking elsewhere for your Kippot needs.

ZionJudaica Disappointing Experience with ZionJudaica: Poor Quality and No Return Policy for Sterling Silver Items

I recently made a purchase from ZionJudaica and unfortunately, my experience was not a positive one. I ordered a Kiddish Cup for my upcoming wedding and was excited to receive it in a timely manner. However, after waiting for what felt like forever and calling to track the package, I was informed that it was on backorder. I was disappointed to hear this, but I understood that sometimes these things happen.

Finally, after a month of waiting, I received the Kiddish Cup just two days before my wedding. When I opened the package, I was immediately disappointed. The item looked nothing like the picture on the website and the quality was not what I had expected. The inside of the cup was tarnished and it was not shiny at all, as it appeared in the picture. It almost felt like plastic, which was not what I had paid for.

I was extremely unsatisfied with my purchase and disappointed that I could not use the Kiddish Cup under my Chuppah at my wedding. To make matters worse, I found out that they have a no return policy for sterling silver items. This meant that I was stuck with a $200 item that I could not use and did not meet my expectations.

Overall, my experience with ZionJudaica was not a good one. I would caution anyone considering making a purchase from them to be aware of their policies and to carefully examine the item before making a purchase. I hope that they will take steps to improve their customer service and quality control in the future.

ZionJudaica Disappointing Experience with ZionJudaica: Missing Item, Poor Customer Service, and Unfair Treatment

I recently made a purchase from ZionJudaica and I must say that I was quite disappointed with the whole experience. Although I placed my order in a timely manner, I was shocked to find out that one of the most important items was missing from my package when it arrived. I immediately contacted their customer service team on December 10th, 2015, hoping that they would be able to rectify the situation as soon as possible.

However, to my dismay, I was informed that it was a mistake on their part and that they could not overnight the missing item to me. I was even more surprised when they asked me to pay for expedited shipping for their mistake. I spoke to a representative named Mindy, who seemed to be clueless about how to handle the situation. Every time I asked her a question, she would put me on hold and come back with a negative response, saying "no, sorry, we can't do it."

I requested to speak to a manager, but was told that none were available. I then asked for a manager to call me back, but was told that he was too busy to do so. When I asked to speak to someone else, Mindy told me that she was the only one available. I found it quite strange that she kept putting me on hold as if she was asking someone else for help, but never gave me a clear answer.

The missing item was a pack of 25 menorahs that I needed for a Hanukkah party in just two days. I was extremely disappointed with the way ZionJudaica handled the situation. They failed to deliver the product on time, their customer service was terrible, and they were not fair in their dealings with me. I was shocked to learn that they claim to have been in business for over 20 years, but according to the Better Business Bureau, they only opened in 2001. This does not add up and raises questions about their credibility.

In my opinion, I would strongly advise against buying from ZionJudaica. They have zero skills in resolving customer concerns, especially when it was 100% their fault. Their 100% satisfaction guarantee is nothing but a sham. I will never purchase from them again and I urge others to do the same.

ZionJudaica Disappointing Experience with Zion Judaica: Lack of Communication and Unprofessional Behavior

I recently had an experience with Zion Judaica and I have to say, it was not a positive one. I ordered kippahs for my children's mitzvah and thought I had given myself plenty of time for the order to arrive. However, a day after placing my order, I received an email from Zion Judaica stating that in order to guarantee delivery in time, I would need to pay an additional fee for rush production due to the upcoming Jewish holidays. I was taken aback by this, as I had already paid for my order and felt that this information should have been made clear on the website before I placed my order.

When I called to discuss the matter with Raizy, the person who had sent the email, things quickly became heated. Raizy accused me of being a bad Jew for wanting his employees to work on Sukkot and demanded that I pay an additional $100 for the rush production. I agreed to pay an additional $30, but never received an updated invoice as promised. When I called the following day, I was told that Raizy was out of the office and would call me back, but he never did.

Feeling frustrated and disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism from Zion Judaica, I decided to cancel my order and look elsewhere. I found Kippah.com, which offered the same kippahs at a lower price. When I called to confirm that my order would arrive in time, the person who answered the phone was friendly and reassuring, which was a refreshing change from my experience with Zion Judaica.

Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience with Zion Judaica. The lack of transparency and communication, as well as the unprofessional behavior from Raizy, left a bad taste in my mouth. I would not recommend this company to anyone and would advise others to look elsewhere for their Judaica needs.
