I got a problem with the replacement windows they installed
I got a problem with the replacement windows they installed. They didn't do it right and it's still leaking. They came out once to fix it but it's still leaking. I called and emailed them a lot but they didn't answer. They said they have a lifetime warranty but they're not doing anything about it. It's been three years since they installed it. The lifetime warranty is a joke. Can someone help me fix this?

I got my windows from Zen Windows in July and they were installed in August . The salesman I worked with was Matt. When the windows arrived on the installation date, there were some problems. The biggest picture window fell out of the truck, but the installers didn't seem to care and just checked it quickly. That was the first issue. The second issue was that the 3 basement windows couldn't be installed because of a factory defect. They were going to be replaced, but it took a few weeks. When the replacement basement windows arrived, they were also defective. I asked for a refund, but they said they would make sure the third time was fine. The third windows arrived and were installed. I haven't had any issues with these windows except for one screen that tore easily, but they replaced it. The third issue was that the picture window and another window in the front large window had a smudge on the inside of the pane that couldn't be cleaned from the outside or inside of the window. I called Zen Windows in April and didn't hear back until May when Bill came out to replace the 2 windows once the factory was finished and the window they brought to replace the picture window. This would have been May/June . At this time, he said it would be about 8 weeks or so and now it is December and I have still not heard back. When I tried to contact Bill, his email returned as if he is not with the company anymore? Furthermore, I contacted the number on the website and a Spanish speaking man answered saying I had the wrong number. This was straight from the website and the number is accurate according to their website. Please give me a resolution.
